Great customer service! Came to pick up supplies I needed and was given instructions on how to use it. There was a communication error between medical office and them. Resulting in a delay in receiving what I needed but that was cleared up quickly and taken care of! Would recommend!

Thought sharing this would give Apria a turn around with these negative reviews even if its been a few weeks.My husband was needing a pap or else his license would have been revoked. I talked to Alexis from Apria and I have nothing but good things to say. She has helped me bug my doctors office for a week to get the documentation they needed. She called with updates on my husbands order and went over everything she could with me. Alexis was able to get my husband his pap before his deadline and for her, I am grateful. I had no problem dealing with Apria, the reviews for this place dont do it justice!

This branch is a joke! Very unprofessional they don’t know what they’re doing you get the runaround they’re just an all-around just terrible company to deal with tried to stay local but going to have to go down to Los Angeles to get my CPAP stuff I see

They cant seem to get information straight. They have auto payments and we have tried to stop them. Now we are waiting for equipment pick up. We talked tp Arizona first, then Bakersfield, then Florida, then Bakersfield. No one talks to each other.

Extremely unprofessional, after attempts to contact them to complete my order, and being told that they couldnt find my account then out of the blue they were able to find it and promising that it would be completed with an email verification they still couldnt complete that properly. If you have to deal with these people RUN it will save you stress and headache

Apria, i wouldnt reccommend this company to anyone. Ordered a Inogen 3 three weeks ago, been approved and its in Bakersfield, they say its back ordered, one came in yesterday i believe, wasnt put on the delivery order but was told Id get it by 3pm and its still not here, i wonder what is going on, could it be poor management or they just dont care. My next step is to go to the B B B and a phone call to cooperate. Very unhappy with customer service

Was supposed to have aoxygen delivery yesterday for my father. New customer, and they called and said all drivers were busy and we would be first thing in the morning. I just called and the woman I spoke with says maybe around 2pmI asked about filing a complaint and she said okay. I have a feeling this is going to be a ongoing problem.

I was in somewhat of an emergency situation when I needed to get oxygen for my father who was visiting unexpectedly. Isabel and Memo were the employees that helped me. I couldnt have had more helpful and knowledgeable people getting me through a little bit of a frantic time. I felt confident with the supplies they sent me home with. Now that my fathers visit is over, I realize I never once worried about his oxygen. Thank you !!

My wife who has multiple myeloma cancer has waited a week for a wheelchair and bed from this company. I called last Thursday and again today, Monday, and found out they made a mistake on the discharge paperwork. The equipment was supposed to be delivered on last Tuesday when she was discharged from the hospital. At 9pm I get a call from Apria stating that they need a credit card to complete the claim. I have excellent insurance and it is completely covered, yet they want a credit card on file. Plus I have called the insurance and we are approved on all items and we have met our deductible for the year. After look at some reviews online, it has made me not want to give my credit card. Apria has billed people even though they have insurance. With the delay and lack of customer service and communication, I would think that it would be better to do business elsewhere. Meanwhile my wife waits for a medical bed and a wheelchair at the negligence of this company and those mistakes. Please review all the other reviews online before using this company. They dont seem to be about the customer service. Also to add to this they have a BBB grade of an F and thats pretty telling.

Worst customer service of any company I’ve ever done business with in my 80 years. The manager is more disrespectful than the employees. I will die of oxygen starvation before I order from this company ever again. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. No two people had the same answer to my inquiry. Very unprofessional service.

Called apria to pick up there supplies as of my mothers passing. I advised them I will be leaving the next day back home. The next day I get a automated call saying the driver will be there between 5-9pm . I call them to let them know they will need to be here sooner . They say 3-7 and theres no way to contact a driver. Seeing how Im not going to wait for them not sure how they will get there supplies back. But thats not my problem I suppose. It can just be a tax write off for them. There a big enough company I can see why they dont care .

This has to be the most incompetent medical supply company I have ever ran into. Service non existent customer relations is a joke and they will take money from you at the drop of a hat if they have to wait for your insurance to reimburse them. Do yourself a favor and a big headache and go elsewhere!!

Let me start by saying this review does NOT reflect on the women working in the 414 19th St office, it is regarding the “Office Manager” Marco Morin Reyes only.On 2/20/19 after dealing with the call center for more than a month trying to get my new walker, I went into the office to see if I could speed up the process. The staff was wonderful, and the walker brought to be was a Sit or Stand walker, meaning it could be used as a rolling walker w/ a seat or as a stand up walker. To get the handles the proper height, the seat was too high to be comfortable. I mentioned this while I was in the office, but took it anyway.The first time I used it, the 5” wheels were stopping entering or exiting my apartment building & the elevators in the building. Any threshold, 1/2” cracks in the sidewalk or small raised 1/4”-1/2” concrete stopped the 5” wheels like the brakes were applied. As the 3 weeks of use went on, I noticed it pulling to one side, a constant ticking sound when it was rolling & a feeling like it was falling apart more with each use.The deciding factor the beginning of the 4th week was, when I entered the building, the walker STOPPED COLD, and I did a dive over the knocked over walker and crash landed on the linoleum in the buildings gloor. Thankfully the ONLY injury I suffered was a small cut on my left knee and a large bruise to my ego.On March 26 (34 days after I received it) I went to the office to see what could be done about this walker. First, the women in the office were very nice and polite, assisting me within 2 minutes of me walking in the door. Mr Reyes came up right away and said “Can I help you?” I explained everything I mentioned above and he said “If I take it all I can do is check all the connections and maybe replace the wheels” I repeated myself and even demonstrated on the inner door metal strip that covered the lobby linoleum and hall carpet. The walker stopped dead when the wheel hit the strip. Mr Reyes then told me “Your insurance company tells us what walker to give you, and we have no control over the model. You cannot have one with larger wheels and you’ve had this over a week”(I called my insurance company and this statement made by him was outright fiction per the insurance company). “Yes sir” I said. “I said over 3, closer to 4 weeks”. At this point, I asked for his business card, when he found one he handed it to me without a name. I asked for his name on the card and told him I would take care of this issue another way. My insurace has another vendor that I will be working with in the near future.I have dealt with this office since 2004, as a caregiver for my mom & her oxygen deliveries. Most of the staff is very caring, but there are a few that are there only for a paycheck. Unfortunately, its attitudes like the office manager that will cost Apria business.

Whats the point of scheduling a delivery time if theyre going to come at the time they want and I end up missing my order.. So then I have to call the call center and their no help because they are on a rush speaking over me!

The oxygen machine broke and the driver didnt want to come out and replace it. He wanted us to wait until the morning and have another driver do it. I called and tried to cancel an appointment the dummy on the phone could not comprehend dont send someone to such and such address on this day etc. But because she couldnt get the last name right some driver showed up anyway woke me up and my 15 pound dog got out of the house. I asked the driver if he could call him to him or something to help me catch him the driver kicked at my dog. It takes a long time to check to in check in when I go in to pick up supplies. The drivers are rude and lazy. I usually have to wait a while when into in to get supplies.

This company is an absolute joke if it wasnt medical contracts this company would be begging for money in the streets. I saw several othe 1 star reviews and thiught how bad could it be only the government could run something into the ground.I wouldnt buy pet supplies from this company that would probably die before they recieved them anyways.Run and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

1 star is too much for this place. Customer service is horrible. CPAP mask not fitting right after 10 days guy on phone says no problem have 30 day exchange policy. I get transferred to customer service lady says I need another prescription to change mask. They supplied the mask it doesn’t fit they should take care of it.

They lied to doctor about covering cost with insurance and at last moment asked for my credit card number. There is NO LOCAL STORE CONTACT. They stated to doctor that all they need was correct address for delivery and I then phoned and had expected delivery. They said order was NOT complete until I gave credit card. And then when I attempted to pay and pick up walker (we had been led to believe it was awaiting address for delivering) the phone number for local rang right back to snotty rude man from prior conversation who would not give call to manager either local nor his place. So I recalled local number which rings to back somewhere and female non manager told me that the man had canceled the order for the walker (which they had told doctor was ready for delivery. So now I have no walker to attend one time family event AND they have the money from insurance so I cant get another one from a local place. So , do not attempt to do business with this company..

Having a wheel chair delivered. & I going to door on a walker recovering from spine surgery I guess I taken to long to get to the door so he left,but he had a delivery two houses down caught him there but he didntt want to give me the chair afther I showed my D..L.big dummy.

Customer service SUCKS. I have never dealt with such incompetence. your call is answered by an offshore service and they will not transfer you to a US service. The offshore service was asking for info they did not need.
