I LOVE working out at this gym!!!! Its an extremely open environment, lots of weights and equipment. There is something for everyone here, strongman, powerlifting, oly lifting, there are very knowledgeable coachs, the owners are regular down to earth people that care about the people that come to there gym and make every effort to keep a positive non judgmental atmosphere. I couldnt tell you if I wanted to, who the owners or trainers were at the commercial gym I used to go to. If you want to workout somewhere where you can feel comfortable, learn how to lift, or learn how to lift better this is your place.

The best gym I have ever been to. The owners are incredibly qualified, personable, and helpful. There is plenty of equipment but they still update their equipment and bring in new stuff.

My favorite gym to work out. Powerlifters and body builders unite. The owners are the kindest people to ever exist. Women are as welcome and accepted as men are here. Seriously amazing gym.

Very quality gym, allows their members 24 hour access so as long as you respect the environment and equipment, which is fair because theyre trusting you to go in without much supervision. They really build a community, which is unfortunate because I only ever go at night whenever I get off of work.
