Who sends a patient home with a broken back and no pain meds? This hospital! 😡 I wish I could say I was pleased with the level of care my mother received at this hospital but it was woefully inadequate. Rude staff, incompetent system and totally disorganized. She had a handful of good nurses that took care of her.

I am sitting in labor and delivery since 10 am to get induced . supposedly no rooms available , i’ve been next in line since 2pm and it is currently midnight . yet any patient that walks in and says they got a contraction is rushed to a room. 40 weeks pregnant, haven’t ate in over 24 hours , been sitting in the same chair for 14 hours , haven’t been seen nor acknowledged since i walked in this morning. i keep asking for updates on a room and the girl at the reception desk, the one with the tattoos, just makes rude comments and has been laughing at me. would not recommend to come here! very unprofessional and ridiculous wait time.

Hygiene is filthy throughout rooms and there isnt a bathroom in room or a shower.There is no privacy & as far as the nurses out of all of them involved only two were doing a great job the rest had know idea how to be compassionate and protect the patients privacy.

I hope everyone here gets covid and gets no help. The doctors and nurses were fine. They really should fire their bouncers. Useless power abusing tyrants. Very unethical place had a surgery after a bad car accident not from the area can’t even send operative report of what they did too me. I have a surgical site infection from their careless surgery. Left me on the floor after I fell with no call light for hours and laughed when the nurse came into the room. As soon as I can get my operative report they should be getting a law suit from me close this place down immediately for their negligence. They are the most unethical hospital in the entire Central Valley.

She was an indian charge nurse 2 center

Communication between nurses and family is very poor, nurses give incorrect information and don’t fully tell u what is really going on with our loved ones.

I just want to start by saying this is the BEST hospital ever! I came in to be induced and since then have been treated with the best doctors and staff ever! I had my baby yesterday and am in recovery now and am still being treated with the best care especially being as needy as I am. Not to mention the food is great! I just want to say THANK YOU to the L&D staff and the pediatrics unit. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone that is a expecting mother.

Beware of the behavioral health unit at KMC. Dr. Patty, social worker Carla and her clinical director Laura were the worst people you will deal with if you ever take an issue to the supervisor of behavioral health. They used a complaint against their patient and family to be vindictive and discharged my son while stating his outpatient team made the decision when they were waiting to hear answers like I was. Never was my sons discharge team present. Never received call backs ever since I complained to the clinical director of behavioral health. Social worker Carla documented false information on my sons records regarding his VA Services without even calling. This department NEEDS to be investigated.

They left me on the bed semi conscious for 10 hours didnt find anything and i am still sick. the are really unporfessional. one of them was watching makeup tutorials and just made fun of patients and yelled at them and the lady was very scared and nervous too much buffonery.

The pharmacy here is excellent the staff here are great once you get to know them. So very helpful and are very thorough, especially Dr Jeff who is a man who gets things done. With it being a hospital pharmacy they deal with all kinds of people and situations seamlessly considering the volume the deal with. I have them 5 stars for their sometimes thankless service and still manage to be kind!

Terrible treatment. My parents were in a horrible car accident. When my dad asked for the restroom, they just pointed at the direction and left him in the bed with the railings on. When discharged, they left the stickers on their bodies, made them walk outside, and left them there by themselves. Mind you, they were in pain and trauma from a car accident. And they let them walk outside. Ridiculous. Go to Memorial Hospital. The difference is day and night.

KMC Emergency is the worst hospital service I have EVER dealt with. My daughter is very weak/ill. Was taken by ambulance to KMC. After several hours being there they tried to call me after 11pm to pick her up, said nothing wrong. I am over 70, I was asleep. Next AM, I pick her up at 7:30AM. She had been asking for water all night long and something to eat. She was totally abused by this facility. She is back in another hospital (thank God) in severe pain again. This is Friday afternoon. They should be ashamed of themselves. Mrs. R

We unfortunately had the experience of delivering a baby at this hospital and if we could travel back in time wed go somewhere else. From the time we entered labor and delivery to the time we were discharged there was only a couple pleasurable moments. A couple of the nurses and one of the lactation nurses were knowledgeable, comforting, and just all around amazing people The rest were beyond useless.The communication between the nurses, doctors, patients, and family was minimal. We only knew what was going on if we hunted them down and almost begged to know. The day after birth we saw the day light nurse once to make her rounds and then for the next twelve hours she never showed her face. We even found out later she lied on her paperwork about what time our baby ate and soiled her diapers. Kinda hard to know that when you dont see the patients to talk them.If your boyfriend or husband is planning on staying with you while in the hospital, good luck getting any sleep. The chairs dont recline and dont fold out to allow you to be comfortable .If you ask for one you get looked at like your crazy by every nurse.I hope you like prison rooms once they move you out of labor and delivery. The room was plain with nothing on the walls and a window that looked a brick wall . Oh they had a pull out recliner in this room but if you actually used it the way it was intended the mom in the bed couldnt get out of bed and nobody would be able to use the restroom.All in all stay away from this hospital. Run far, far away from it.

This hospital has been here for many, many years! They know the routine personalized to fit any need upon admission! They are the BEST at it! It is a teaching hospital! You are not just diagnosed by one Dr. they have many! You can be confident that you will receive the BEST CARE possible! That makes all the difference to me!!

The staff at this Hospital are absolutely amazing. My delievery team was so attentive to my needs and made my 25hr labor more bearable. Two of my nurses Korrin and Jill were especially fantastic. Both went above and beyond. Thank you so much for being with me throughout a very difficult birth! Would give 5 stars but the hospital itself could use some major updating. Otherwise I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Do NOT Go to this Emergency Room!!!Waited 12 hrs to be seen.My experience was very traumatic seeing and hearing screaming for help and no one caring to help.I would not be surprised to hear that people to be seen have died at this emergency room.Most unprofessional staff , highly recommend to stay away.

Was in ICU for a month and Im alive. Although I thought they were harvesting my body parts when I woke up. Turns out they were not.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Mr. Johnson discarded what 6 other doctors said to me about my condition--and they were professionals in the field of my disease! He also had me wait for 3 hours to see him. He stated confidently that I had been misdiagnosed.His bedside manner was no better. He stated that I need to go on a low sodium diet and he felt that my wife should diet that way too. My wife wasnt the one being seen, so I felt this was unprofessional and rude. I started to wonder if all the bruises and stitches on his face were from another patient beating the hell out of him.Mr. Johnson also stated that there was nothing new that could be done for me--to which I questioned why I even bothered to see this hack in the first place.Lastly, Mr. Johnson casually told me that his mother had died from Hypertension. He stated this with a flat affect which caused me to question his competency in medical practice (though I was already questioning this when he made the comment about my wifes weight and her getting on a low sodium diet).After weeks away from this place, my doctors new meds worked and I am on schedule to a full recovery. I get a call from Kern Medical asking for a followup--to which I stated that I would never go back to Kern Medical again. The secretary said she would make a note.Next week I get the same phone call and share the same insights. The other secretary then stated that she would make a note.Now on this day 9/8/18 I get a Kern Medical evaluation form in the mail asking how everything was. So this kindly reminded of how much of an unprofessional place this is and I figured I would share my insights with everyone since they dont seem to understand that I think they are worthless. I feel sorry for you Bakersfield people being treated here.

Have been waiting for hours and nobody cares and check up on my daughter I was asking and someone said ask the RN so I was still waiting for someone to come but nobody everyone just passes by but when asked how long same answer ask the RN so how long until someone comes to see my daughter who is really ill

This hospital is a much-needed safety net for the many people in the local community who lack health insurance and money. I will be forever thankful for those who provided care to my family member. Nonetheless, it seems as if some nurses, case managers and palliative care liaisons operated on cold autopilot. Also, the place seems like a jailhouse at night with all of the security guards who demand identification.

This hospital has a really bad reputation from what Ive heard, BUT MY experience there has been great. My twins were born there in 2015. The doctors saved me and my youngest childs life. The nurses have always been so helpful and caring to my children and I. Doctors usually have a good bedside manner (few times one or two people have been jerks, not listening to my questions or my reply to their inquiries goes ignored) but overall good experience there. Kern Medical over Memorial ANY DAY!!

My dad was airlifted to this hospital 2 and a half weeks ago. This facility is the worst place you could ever leave a loved one. The entire place is crawling with transients. The building is disgusting. The medical staff is below par also. With my daughter fighting cancer I have a lot of experience inside of hospitals. I wouldnt send my enemy to Kern Medical. The final straw was my dad has Kaiser and Kaiser wanted my dad at a Kaiser facility. Last night he was transferred to San Joaquin community hospital and Kern Medical thought it would be ok NOT to call my brother or I and let us know that he has been transferred. I give Kern Medical ZERO stars.

The new ortho clinic is a JOKE! Came in for an appt at 8:30am, it’s 10am and still waiting all the while watching walk ins go in before us, people with appts after us are going in before us! Completely inexcusable! Not to mention desk help is frustrated and Rude with people getting upset over the situation!

O had to go to the emergency room to get prescription filled. They were very friendly and professional. KMC has really, Really improved there system or way of operation because the last couple of times Ive been in there Ive been in and out in a very, very reasonable amount of time. Its great. Ghetto hospital with basic providers

I love the place now. They have really gotten there stuff together there now. I mean the emergency room use to take all day matter what. They have reorganized there processing and Everytime Ive gone there they have gotten me right in and back out lickitty split. I am also a member with there Whole Person Care program and its great. KMC Has come a long, long way. Thanks KMC

Had my daughter her on April 5th I had such an amazing experience even with an emergency c section I literally am thankful I had the best nurses an doctors with my stay here !!!

I like kmc and most of their nurses and doctors, but man they have too many rotten nurses . Some are seriously so rude. As an incredibly respectful friendly person, next time I experience another rude nurse I will not only be rude back but I will let their superior know. Its not my thing but theyve got to learn somehow that their bad temper is uncalled for. Hospitals are there because we might be in pain or in need of treatment therefore nurses with bad attitudes are contributing to our already negative experience. The hospital is great once again but Id say10% of the nurses are rude.

Don’t waste your time going to emergency. I spent 8 hours there only for them to discharge me with what I already knew. I had pain and numbness ,and they told me to “get rest”. No scans or tests whats so ever. Sadly Disappointed. Not even one star is deserved by them.

The place was filthy. The bathroom floor was so sticky I thought my shoes were going to come off. I had to pick up trash just to sit down in the patient room. The staff was unprofessional. There was no radiologist on staff. How does a trauma hospital not have a radiologist at all times? They misdiagnosed me and placed me in a room with a patient who was vomiting everywhere. I don’t even mind the long wait. It was just disappointing how unclean and unprofessional the place was.

Some bad experience at the nicu unit. It depends on the shifts. The later night nurses seem nicer and respectful. The Sunday nurses forget about it. They are rude loud lazy and disrespectful. Had breast milk for my son that my wife forgot to bring in so I rang the bell and all snooty like she says only two people at a time and i say I know I just wanted to give her the breast milk. .so she say oh ok I wait and wait no one comes. So I call the hospital and they transfer me to the same lazy chic. And she says I went to the door and um like um you um werent like there or something. I said yeah i went to the lobby to go sit down. Oh well do you want me to come and get the um breast milk um or like um or meet you in the hall or um something.... I thought this place was top notch wow oh wow!!!

Horrible experience with the staff, from receptionist to doctor to accounting. The doctor had scheduled me 5 visits total to see what was wrong with me, one visit she didnt show up for (I took off work to go, no phone call to cancel) and the next visit which was suppose to be my follow up she couldnt even remember who I was or what I was there for and had to schedule me again so she could go over my file. My insurance got cut off before I ever found out whats wrong with me. The icing on the cake - the receptionist never turned in my insurance info. I never got a bill from them either. Trying to get a place for me and my child, come to find out they sent me to collections. Because they didnt do their job correctly. Now Ive been calling for a week to get them to remove it and was told, youre gonna have to handle it on your own. !!!! What kind of place is this??

The care I received was great. From the moment I stepped into the ER for Hyperemesis, the quick and understanding care which is rarely found when dealing with HG. The nurses and doctors were very kind. I will deduct a star for the fact that the first night there I had to share a room. 4 patients to a room is too much.Apart from that, outstanding. Thanks KMC

I was amazed. Staff are top notch. From the ladies in the Cafeteria who are always going out of thier way to to make you feel welcome to the staff who clean the room and the security staff who help you find that hidden bathroom on the first floor lol. Its the people who make this Hospital. I would give 5 stars but im still looking for the bathroom on the 2nd floor.

They saves my life!!!! San Joaquin refused blood transfusion 2 days in a roll. When I finally went to kmc everyone from registration, insurance, transportation, CNA, nurses, dietary, Dr, gyn, housekeeping, imaging, phlebos and every one in surgery department... Contributed in saving my life. I was ready to die before I went go kmc...because of kmc....i lived. And changed my career into healthcare.

My husband was transferred here to get a surgery done and I am by far angry with this hospitals staff specifically yesterday afternoons staff. My husband was alone and while I got our children taken care of so I could make the trip over to him and during this time he requested medicine multiple times and got nothing since arrival at roughly 2pm on 3/19/19 and he was in a lot of pain so the staff was in the next room gossiping while he was waiting for pain meds so he could sleep the nurse said oh he’s fine he’s just sleeping NO HE WAS NOT HE WAS HEARING EVERYTHING! Who lets someone with 9/10 pain go without for 4-5 hrs from arrival!!!??? And they say oh you can eat and knowing he was alone why did the hospital not supply him with food? Luckily this morning we got a wonderful nurse named Sandeep and she is making everything a bit better. She supplied him with some smacks and water and made sure he had his medicine when he needed it.

When I went in I told them I did not want to do any tests because I didn’t have insurance or a job to cover the costs of the bills. They still ran some blood test, I was there for HOURS and that’s all they did and now I owe 4,350 in bills for that with no way to pay. I tried to talking to them to see what my options were but they don’t seem to want to work with me. So now I’m stuck with this huge bill and it’s bringing my credit down that I’ve been working on for the past two years. I guess no new house for me any time soon.

As a teaching Hospital someone needs to teach them to answer their phone. I spent 40 minutes trying to be connected to my sister. Unbelievable

This cant be real?! My son in law was air lifted by helicopter to this place called a hospital! He has been in the ER department for 24 hours, yes 24 hours! Yet to be put in a regular room do to no beds available numerous phone calls have been made only to be transferred and told well if he had better insurance he could have a private room?! This is absurd! This is a workmens comp issue non the less unexaptable to be in the smallest ER room with my daughter sleeping next to him in a plastic chair. I have left messages for the ER supervisor Michelle and no calls have been returned! Let this be known 24 hours and NO HOUSEKEEPING!! Worst Hospital! I hope my son in law can be moved from this place soon and I pray for every patient who has to put up with this staff!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have a a surgery scheduled here twice in one month the have cancelled! The first time the only reason I got was the dr just cant and then they can me back on a Tues and tell me to be there Friday and Friday as Im on my way out the door going to the hospital they call and cancel again saying the Dr is sick! I feel this place is unprofessional and just like to waste people time!

Labor and delivery is a joke!6 days in this room and no housekeeping.Seems like every other nurse is good,the others have attitudes change nurse Jennifer was the worst,she thinks shes a doctor!

This place has the worst service. I had an 8 am appointment. At 11:30 I left after not being seen yet. A patient with an 8:30 appointment was in and out before I was called. Another patient with an 8am appointment arrived after 10:30 and was still called in before me. Other times that Ive been to this place it was the same experience. I think they should respect the time of their patients.

My brother in law was stabbed and after waiting for 4 hours had to walk out because the doctors refused to treat him. All they did was give him gauze not even a single pain pill. This is ridiculous do not come here ever if you value your life.

I really like kmc hospital because I honestly believe that if it wasnt for them I would have lost my little girl they did everything right and also explained in detail exactly what they were gonna do so i definitely made the right choice in choosing the hospital to deliver my baby and they did an ultrasound and found out that she was breech so thank you to the team at Kern medical center for making it possible for my little girl to be here today and for saving her life.

I dont have a clue how this place has 3 Stars. This is by far, the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life and it should be shut down or at the very least have whatever government funding it receives stripped from them. I recently visited the ER with my partner, and let me just say that I have seen crowded ERs in the past, I have seen all the headache and frustration that comes from overworked and underpaid staff. THIS was not it. THIS was lack of empathy, lack of human courtesy and dignity from the staff as well as what seems like a complete and total disregard of adhering to state and local laws. While in the 1st (of three separate waiting rooms) I witnessed something which struck me to the core. There had been a homeless man in there causing a ruckus, clearly needing pysch and he was shooed away like the front desk couldnt be bothered with him, like they were too good to even listen to this poor man. It really truly hurt my heart. But what happened after is what truly bothered me. Apparently, so called unsympathetic front desk clerk called security on said homeless man and when they came down, instead of asking the clerk where the man was, they singled out the first rugged looking person (making assumptions based off of looks) and screamed at him, Have you even checked in?. The poor man was like, Yes. Eventually, a nurse advised the security guard (after watching the whole thing take place) that was the wrong man and the guard just huffed and puffed and turned around, not even apologizing for approaching this (sick) gentleman in a harsh and demeaning tone. Anyways, I guess my point here is, whoever is running this place should think about dropping a bit of time to see how the employees are treating the patients. THEY ARE PEOPLE. WHITE, BLACK, POOR, RICH, PRIVATE INSURANCE AND MEDICAID. We are all people.

You go with ligit pain they will give you something strong enough to kill it , then tell you that they dont prescribe it for your pain then tell you that theyll prescribe ibuprofen then tell you that you can buy it otc. And if your still having pain come back for another dose of the good stuff,total ripoff....

I like the personnel, but just to get appointments scheduled for my medical needs, it’s like pulling teeth. Also if you’re under TRICARE I’d look elsewhere, they are NOT helpful to service members and their families. I’m looking for alternatives myself, but to wrap it up, it sucks dealing with their bs and the process.

Worked there and in 30 years in the medical field in various fields, in numerous hospitals, this place by far is the most unethical, filthy facility Ive experienced. From the OR to the floors. The care at this facility is below the national avg, infection rates are through the roof. But inspecting agencies are tipped off to protect the facility from unethical findings and health and safety code violations from rusty, dirty surgical instruments to mold in the OR, to inexperienced techs who not only dont have a clue what theyre doing but do NOT care for the patient.This facility should be SHUT down COMPLETELY. The Staff is rude, incompetent, their cell phones and breaks are their priority.Again in my 30 years, this is by far, without exaggeration the most filthy hospital Ive ever worked in.

Great care during my emergency visit. However, they had me covered me on medical for the visit and also covered me on medical for a month after the visit...then billed me? Obviously, there is a poor administration system and I cannot seem to get through on the phone to correct the problem.

The staff at KMC are completely incompetent. Had a broken shoulder for 6 months before I started getting treatment. All of my appointments were getting postponed for no reason. The staff gave me wrong addresses and times for appointments on 3 different occasions

I rate the hospital of the best because it is 1 of the best, and not just because they save my life 12 1/2 years ago. And a former nurse. I know that the local county hospital is always related the worst. However where do you think most of the cases go. if your insurance does not cover it he will be transferred to A county hospital. try get the specialist on call 24 hours a day at a private hospital. the majority of major cases are often transferred to the county hospital.

This is the worst hospital ever. The staff and nurses were rude and impatient. Couldnt answer any questions I was asking and she the doctor said I can take the neck brace off, she REFUSED even though she knew I was in pain. I hate this hospital and definitely do NOT suggest anyone to go there.

I had surgery here about a month ago and when I woke up from surgery I was in so much pain, I had no way of telling the nurse I needed more pain meds. But I figured out if I tapped the metal bed rails long enough it got their attention. After a few hours of going back and forth of being awake and in pain I learn Im being discharged the same day of my abdominal surgery with a 13 inch incision!!! They then make me get up to try to pee, apparently they cant let me go until I pee! After sitting on the toilet so long my legs start to feel numb they let me lay back down. Oh but not in the recovery area, because they needed to make more room. They put me in a bed near the restroom and didnt even bother to put my IV on a stand. They just sat it on a small desk next to me. After a few hours they got me up again to pee, I maybe urinated a few drops and that was good enough for them. They then wheeled me out to my mother in the waiting room. She was also shocked to find out I was going home the same day, and shes a nurse! In hindsight Im kind of glad they let me leave early, god knows what kind of care that place provides. Im glad I cleaned my entire room with pinesol and bleach the day before (bedding included), so I didnt have to worry about infection.

Went in to fourth floor feeling very sick while pregnant around 2pm on Thursday. I told them all my symptoms and how I felt (couldnt hold down food and liquids). They took me in the maternity unit asked again what was wrong and monitored my babys heartbeat. They took vitals and the normal. The doctors were nice and one was very interactive with me, trying to make me feel better and giving me water. The nurse that came in to draw blood was horrible! I dont know what is wrong with KMC and their inability to draw blood correctly! The nurse kept poking me and redirecting the needle, which hurt immensely! She kept saying the vein was close and moving the needle around. Then, after long minutes of my screaming and crying, she tried to get blood on the top of my wrist. No! That hurt worse! Then she apologized and left to get the head nurse, who tried once, redirected it a few times and got blood flowing, but still hurt me. They put an IV even though I was really uncomfortable and in pain. In short, my husband was waiting and worried about me, he asked them questions to know if I was ok, they avoided his question, he got frustrated. I was released at 6pm with a Youre fine, just dehydrated and left feeling pain in my arms and Im still unable to keep food down. Im rethinking the quality of this place. My mother could have told me I was dehydrated and taken care of me better than them without causing me pain for the four hours I was there.

I needed a simple IV due to dehydration and they expected me to wait an hour to two hours!!! ridiculous. I was in so much pain I couldnt stand to be there. The nurses were rude as well.

I dont even know of it deserves a star. 2 weeks ago we had a horrible car accident and they didnt want to see us yhey didnt bother to check on my baby since im pregnant aor on my 3 yr old since she wasnt crying! they gave me and family a horrible service....

It was obvious that this was a training hospital. Not like on TV but understaffed and not really people friendly.

The fat lady in the front in the er is rude af, the doctors rarely check on the patients, it stinks in the waiting room, too many homeless people hanging out using the restrooms! Hella rude to hispanics I dont speak Spanish!! I DONT recommend this hospital at all!!!

I dont even know were to start with this place I am just appalled and upset with how my family member was treated, and on the way this place runs. My mother in law was admitted to the ER. She was left on a Gurnee in the hallway with tons of people piled up on other Gurneys and chairs due to inadequate rooms and overcrowding. As I sat in the waiting room since only one person is allowed in the back. I watched numerous patients in their hospital gowns go in and out the front door to smoke and do various activities then go back into the hospital. Mind you these were people were admitted in the hospital not the ER one guy had the front of his head stapled together with a very large laceration going horizontal through his forehead and drain tubes coming out the side but still was going outside to have a cigarette at the front door in his hospital gown. I also had to fight homeless that camp out in the waiting room using bags of trash for their pillows for a seat. My mother-in-law was then admitted at 3:30 in the afternoon. She was supposed to be moved to a room immediately and was left to sit on a gurney in a hallway until 4:30 in the morning. When trying to speak to staff to have this addressed I was told if and when and treated really poorly. What happened to HIPAA how can someone be treated with confidentiality in a hallway filled with other people. When she was finally moved upstairs the room had no air flow or air conditioning and was completely ridiculous hot. Her nurse call light didnt even work and when paging the staffs just so she could use the restroom they never showed up we had to help her in and out of the bed. I dont know how this place can be considered a hospital its more like a three-ring circus. My recommendation dont come here run go somewhere other than here for medical attention. I CAN NOT BELIVE UCLA would attach their name to this Hospital.

POOR SERVICE EVERY TIME I CALL I WAITED MORE THEN 45 MIN AND NO ONE COULD EVER HELP ME THEY TELL ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WEEKS WILL PASS AND NOBODY WILL EVER CALL ME BACK.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TOFOR ME TO BE ABLE TO WRITE A COMMENT.

My boyfriend was a patient there with a broken leg and broken arm ,had to have five surgeries, thanks for taking good care of him,keeping him pain free cleaning him up when needed and most of all kept him alive... even though the stupid cops is the ones that did this to him!!!!!!

Dr.Heideri and Dr.Dickey saved my life in 2012, Im forever greatful, I had been to several hospitals and wanted to give up,well I was diagnosed with CNS cocci valley fever on my brain in 2011, I felt like life was over till I came here in 2012, life never been the same,I feel like a normal person, My husbands job have switched insurances from Cigna to Kaiser ,I follow dr.Heideri everywhere didnt care about waiting for authorizations, Ive seen him at KM when the Cocci clinic was there,When I had Kaiser I saw him at the Kern Medical Physicians on truxtun, now Im am currently seeing him at Sage Brush on Columbus....Im for ever thankful for meeting Dr. Arash Heideri he a great Dr. If you know someone suffering or living with valley fever hes the Greatest, Im truly thankful to GOD for sending this Angel, I lover KM especially Doctors and Nurse Assistances, Laboratory, x ray,cafeteria, ER,3 center,thank you than you all so much♡♡♡♡♡

An absolute disaster! Avoid this terrible, outrageously expensive hospital. By far these has been the filthiest building Ive ever been in. Make sure to take nose plugs and extra hand sanitizer if you happen to go.

It is better than before the last time I visited this hospitalThey the doctors and nurse seems worn out from work., now it seems they have a revival n their being u now what I mean.🤣

Theyre alright, the stupid lady at medical legal sucks ass, she doesnt even listen she just wants to be free of people so her fatass could be on her smartphone allday, stupid useless lady didnt help me out one bit, ahe should get fired !! Honestly...im not the type of person who likes to send oit negative energy out there but that lady deserves it, i mean do your damn job like youre suppose to.

Worst hospital i ever been too had my son there service was so poor i took my son to the emergency room today an they didnt even take my infant son seriously when they didnt even ask if he had a fever he is a new poor they dont even care

The organization there is horrible. If i could go somewhere else i would. The care is ok but it broke my heart when my four year old had to get her arm reset they gave her nothing. Then the doctor got mad at her for crying. Horrible.

They gave my husband the medication that he was allergic to and he went into shock and they opened his abdomen and didnt stitch it back up...I hate this place always have and always will. These are horrible inexperienced people
