I received a referral from Kaiser and called to schedule my procedure. Was told that the person that handles Kaiser was not in and they took a message. Never got a call back. I called back and finally got an appointment for 3 weeks out which was fine. Got a call 3 days prior to scheduled procedure and was told that the doctor would be out that day. Keep in mind that this was a Friday prior to a holiday weekend so I think he just wanted a longer weekend. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Got a call 4 days prior to rescheduled date and was told that the doctor was going to be out for a week. He apparently likes his long weekends. I told them that I was not going to reschedule because this was unacceptable and they would probably cancel on me once again. I will be calling Kaiser today to get a referral to another provider. I have never had an experience like this one. Ravi has absolutely no respect for his patient’s time. He does not deserve my respect to call him Doctor! I would have given one star but it was not allowed.

I would not send my worse enemy to this man!! He should not be a practicing physician. He does not listen to the patient. I will be reporting him to the medical board. I can not even rate this man.

Friendly staff. Doctor very professional. Answered all my questions. I had my colonoscopy 2 weeks after initial appointment. Easy process.Everything in the same building.Very convenient. I’m a happy patient.I highly recommend.

I had continuing issues with intestinal irritation. Dr. RAVI gave instructions to me to help reduce my pain. I had a colonoscopy and he confirmed my problem. He gave me instructions to help me get better.If you want someone who is precise, knowledgeable in his profession then he will be good for you.He is very straight forward in his demeanor, not overly talkative, very business oriented not touchy feely.He gives instructions quickly so pay attention!!Thank you Dr.Ravi for giving me answers, and setting me on the correct path to getting better.

Horrible bed side manners. In a hurry. After a colonoscopy, gives quick results without explaining findings. If you really care about your health, RUN.

I woke up in the middle of my procedure and I remember saying “ouch!! That hurts!!!!!!” He said “you can feel that?” I said “ Hell yes I can feel that!!!” Then he told the nurse to press down on my stomach which hurt even more then he told her to give me more of something. I’m assuming something to put me out again then he tells me I have diverticulosis and yet doesn’t explain anything about what I need to do about it and sent me home. I have had problems ever since that procedure and I will never go back to that doctor again!!! I have Ben constipated ever since!!!! I still feel where he hurt me and I think he messed me up somehow!!!

I was sent to Dr Ravi , for Colonoscopy , The day of the procedure was as expected and Dr Ravi carefully explained the results to me , More over I was suffering for years f rom a gastric bypass I had and was having all sorts of heart palpitations bloating , etc , Seeing cardiologist ,Gastetic surgeon etc with really no explanations , till I discussed the symptoms with Dr Ravi and he was the first D4 to explain wha5 I was doing wrong and in one month I was asking to be taken off the heart pills due to my new eating changes , The changes your stomach goes threw as you age and how the surgery required me to just simply be a different eater , Over a year now. And I’m still controlling these issues , Can’t believe what I’m reading about Dr Ravi , I can say without a doubt Dr Ravi knows his practice very well and would take any family there , And believe me I’m brutal when it comes to dealing with Drs , Thank you Dr Ravi

I am a Kaiser member and this doctor is contracted by Kaiser. Hopefully they realize what a mistake it is every one star review I’ve read on this site is true I have been trying to make an appointment for a week and a half getting the runaround about a referral always somebody will call you back and nobody calls back. His bedside manner is horrible avoid this doctor at all possible cost

I appreciate this dr for performing the surgery I needed in the hospital that saved me... but when I asked why another dr he got so upset and told me “Do you not want to be here? If not then tell me and leave! You can go home, get sepsis and die! I don’t care!” I said politely, “I’m sorry I just didn’t understand “ he replied “well it’s obviously because you’re so fat!” To which I replied sobbingly, “ just do what you need to do” and I was instantly put to sleep silently sobbing because I was so hurt by this drs words but I knew I needed this surgery. After surgery I woke up crying still hurt. The dr never came to check up on me what so ever.

You are the worst place ever you guys wont give the results of my Fitbit test I dont ever want to come back quit bugging us to come in to do that thing because it is happening we found a place who will do the enscopy

Horrible office, staff and Doctor! Tried to rip me off with a over $800 Co-pay!!! I contacted my insurance company and they stated that the procedure should be zero co-pay!! This doctor is greedy and willing to rip YOU off!!! Avoid him!

The worst attitude ever. This is his first thing he will say when he opens the door and comes in “what do you want from me,”He does not care about his patientsAlso whatever problems you have and you tell him about it, he will disregard it and brush it down the drain.Find a different doctor that will treat you with respect and shows that he/she cares about you.This guy is a joke
