In times like these its very frustrating to get told that we can not assist our elderly def, Spanish speaking father into an office to assist him and better understand his situation. it saddens me that we are lost at this moment in his life when we he needs us the most but that is exactly whats happening here at the Drs office and it makes it worse when they have incredibly rude front desk staff that we have to deal with. we appreciate and are greatful for the drs help especially coming from my dad. but we only wish we can go inside and help him better communicate.
