Wonderful family owned medical facility! Clean, organized, very helpful. Treat you like family. Very educated on what they do, and if they don’t know the answer they look into it for you. Above and beyond patient care! They have two locations one in Bakersfield and in Fresno. Amazing people and medical facility

This company needs to get it togther asap. I schudled a sleep study with them the first time they sent me the machine it did not work and the second time they sent me the machine it was missing parts they finally got it togther the 3rd time around. I called chris on Monday and he told me that I will get my results in a couple for days so I told him I will have my results by wendesday chris went on to belittle me and insult my intelligence by telling me the results will be there in 2 days 3 days 4 days 5 days 6 days 7 days basically counting I am happy chris learned how to count but Chris now needs to learn the alphabets. I then spoken to the manager and she told me she apologizes for Chris behavior and she told me that my results will be sent. I called my doctor on wendesday and they sent the results of somone else who is not me to my doctor they had to shred the results for privacy. If I could give this bussiness 0 stars I would. The manager along with chris need lots of training. There are 2 reviews below that are empty who gives a bussiness 5 stars reviews and dont share thier experience no one does that. I will never recomend this business to anyone.

Very friendly and very good service

A very clean and comfortable place if, despite the terrible service, they told me that I would have the results in 2 weeks, it took me a long time for the results but hey wait. After 2 weeks I spoke and they told me that they were not there yet I waited another week I spoke again, this time they told me that they had already sent the results to my Dr. I spoke with my Dr. to make an appointment for the prescription to be able to buy the machine It turns out that they had not sent thestudy results.I spoke to Better nights again to ask them to send me a copy to my email, which they did but the saddest thing was that I arrived for my appointment with the Dr. and they still do not have the results I had to give them the ones I had received. How is it possible that your service is so bad I am very disappointed I would never go back.
