Went because my teeth were breaking everywhere because my girlfriend on my mom wanted me to get implants. I used to fight so my front teeth were missing I wanted to get partials and he wanted me to get all my teeth out and I did. I couldn’t afford the full set of implants then so I just got regular dentures. From the beginning they were problematic they never seemed to close or fit right. I took them back for hard reline twice, both times I was told it wasn’t the dentures. To be honest I wasnt sure it was either (I grind them at night and have had my jaw broken and dislocated) but the problem became apparent when I actually sat down and realized the bottoms had five teeth in the middle instead of four but only on the lower denture.I can’t even get a call back now.

I went in with a front crown that came off and the front tooth next to it just broke. I would not smile or laugh. Had to close mouth smile for a long time. Also my other front teeth were decaying. It was so embarrassing. I did not want to go anywhere. I was also worried about my insurance.But I went in to my surprise the staff treated me very kind, and helped with my insurance along with the Dr., they are all wonderful! I never thought I would come out with my front teeth looking like they did in my teens and twenties!I cried when I looked in the mirror, I was so happy. I would and have recommended them to everybody, even if you dont have great ins. Or ins at all.Thank you for giving me my smile back Star Dental!

I have seen and heard of many dentists before, but this one is by far the best. The wait time was very minimal. I had a 9 am, and there was only about 5-10 mins of waiting, and thats only because they had just opened and were setting everything up to get it ready. The staff is fantastic. Everyone there was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They were able to explain the specifics of concerning my questions. I had asked them about fillings and they were able to tell me the factual information, explaining the difference between different types of fillings, which ones they use, and why they choose to use those types. They had the paperwork all set up to be filled out before we even walked through the door. The dental doctor, himself, was just as friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable, and takes his time with his patients. He not only made sure that you were comfortable, not nervous, etc. but also makes it a point to inform you of everything that he will be doing before he does it. One of the best things is that when I came back for a return visit, he not only was asking about how I was feeling after the first time, but he also checked up on how my daughter was feeling after her appointment, asking if she was feeling any pain or anything like that, showing concern for her well being and mentioned that if she was feeling pain to go ahead and come back in. And to top it all off, parents are allowed to go back and sit with their kids when they are being seen, or having work done, etc. My daughter was having her 4 front teeth drilled and he was very gentle, took his time, and did the procedure correctly. In all the dental offices I have been to, this one is by far the best one.

I came in with intense pain and was immediately given an emergency root canal. Every step of the process was without pain and very efficient. I then had my teeth cleaned and whitened and my teeth look awesome following the experience that was not without sensitivity issues, but well worth it! I will continue to use Star Dental for all me dental needs.

They have great customer service..

Waited for about an hour past appointment time to see the dentist (despite arriving early.) Dentist ignored me when I tried to tell him to stop because he was hurting me, despite asking several times and him acknowledging he was hurting me. It took me physically reaching to grab his hand out of my mouth to get him to stop. He seemed annoyed that he had to numb me. After he put in my filling he recommended no less than 10 more procedures, which was stupid because Id just gotten the all clear from my regular dentist not 2 weeks before this. I wasnt gonna bother writing a review (despite deciding Id rather let my teeth rot in my mouth before ever going back) but not 2 months after he gave me the filling its already fallen out. So at the end of the day Star Dental has done nothing but hurt and annoy me.

Wait time is horrible. I had to reschedule 3 times due to an 1.5 hour wait time. Once seen the quality was worse. Fillings have high spots and they didn’t even do the extraction that was scheduled.. the only reason I went to the dentist was for the extraction!

The doctor and staff are as incompetent as they come. Before extracting a wisdom tooth they injected my girlfriend 10x with the numbing agent as they were working she started crying because of the pain. When she tried to tell the doctor, in the middle of her sobbing he began to smirk and get frustrated. Once he removed the tooth, after I paid to have the laughing gas used, he refused to give her anything other than Tylenol. Tylenol, for a wisdom tooth. I have tried calling for the last two days to try to get something else for the pain but my calls are NEVER returned or nobody answers the phone. I, nor my girlfriend will return to this office for any future services.

My job recently transferred me to Bakersfield, CA. Two months ago, I woke up with a severe toothache. Since I wasn t familiar with the area, and couldn t drive to my home town, I called 1-800-Dentist. I was very nervous and didn t know what to expect when I was referred to Star Dental. When I called, they were able to take me in immediately. The staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Rajbanshi was also very comforting during the procedure, consistently asking how I was doing. His office called twice after my root canal just to make sure I was feeling ok and didn t have any issues. Even though going to the Dentist was not on the top of my to do list in my new home, Dr. Rajbanshi and his staff made me feel welcome and right at home. I had an excellent result and would highly recommend Dr. Rajbanshi. I look forward to making him my personal Dentist as long as I m in Bakersfield.
