Dr. Trinh and his staff are amazing! Every-time I have pain, they take me in on the same day. They make me feel comfortable with my dental procedures. The staff knows my name and they care about their patients. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. I cannot thank them enough for always taking care of my dental needs! I have come to this dentist for years now. I always had a fear of the dentist and they have helped with that ans have made it where I come and dont have anxiety about my visit. I bring my children here also and they love it!! They had anxiety tell they came here. I appreciate the staff so much!! They remember the littlest things and my kids think thay is so cool. They are like a family!!!

My four children, my spouse and I have been coming to Excel Dental for a few years now. The staff is always friendly, the office has always been clean, and all necessary procedures and costs have been explained to my satisfaction. Weve had everything from simple cleanings and exams to root canals and crowns. After having some bad experiences with previous dentists, my children, ages 4, 8, 12, and 15, are very happy with Excel Dental. A family friend recommended Excel Dental and I will be passing this recommendation on to others!

My son had a dental emergency and needed to be seen same day. Our regular dentist didn’t have availability. I was nervous about trying a new dentist but I am so glad we went here. They took great care of us. My son has only had cleanings and no major dental work. When they told us he needed two teeth pulled I was worried he’d be upset and freak out but the staff was wonderful at keeping him calm and he didn’t even cry. I was so impressed with this office that we are considering making this a new family dentist.

The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and treat their patients with respect and dignity. Dentists usually make me nervous, but the atmosphere at this office really put me at ease. Highly recommended!

I agree with RcBattler. If you pay close attention to the billing, you get overcharged EVERY time. Keep ALL of your paperwork and receipts. The dentist always wants to do major work on your mouth that is not needed. I had a cavity filled two months prior to visiting Excel Dental and the dentist said I needed a crown!! Unbelievable! During the procedure, I cried in excruciating pain because they didnt want to use a general anesthesia. Traumatic experience that now gives me anxiety stepping into a dental office. Scam artist! Worst experience ever. Bad quality, greedy diagnostic, horrible estimatingBad quality: crown was installed on top of my existing tooth, had an infection ~6 months later, came back, tooth had to be removed and new crown installed - at my cost of-course.Greedy diagnostics: I am 40 years old, I can be very proud about my tooth health. I chose this dentist because it was close to my house and I did reed one good review about this office. When I came in for my yearly checkup, Dentist found a lot of issues (dentist did have some fancy equipment). It was estimated that it will cost me $16,000 to fix all issues. Of-course I did not have money to fix them all therefore I started with dentist’s recommendation. Later when my experience turned in to be miserable with this place I left and went to Capital Dental Group. What was very interesting is that Capital Dental Group did not find any of the issues that I was pointed out at Excel Dental. I believe that the guy at Excel Dental was creating non-issues, so he can charge me money. And yes, he does drive Ferrari.Horrible estimation: besides recommending me all the non-issues, even if I did agree to be worked on, the estimation never came in as estimated. Every, and I mean every time when work was done, few weeks later I got a bill on mail, saying that the insurance did not cover something and I need to pay more. And that “more” wasn’t $100 or $200 it was always more than a $1,000Yes the place looks neat, dentist has fancy cameras....., but he will be drilling your teeth that dont need to be drilled, and will charge you a lot of money. I WOULD DO NOT recommend this place to my enemy.

I have had bad experiences at dentists since I was a child. 3 years ago I started coming here, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable, which should be a given but he takes his time to explain everything to his patients which I’ve noticed dentists don’t typically do. I appreciate that he makes sure that his patients understand what is going on in their mouth. His surgeries are quick and easy, with no complications. I’ve had removals, fillings, and crowns by him and he has done great with everything.Marybeth does my cleanings and she is the absolute sweetest. She remembers me, always asks about my family and work, and the best of all, she does an amazing job. She takes her time to do everything properly and if there is something bothering me, she is good to keep it in mind when cleaning to avoid any discomfort.Dawn is very sweet and does not mind going through your bill to explain everything to you.100% recommend to come give Excel Dental a chance. The team here individually and as a whole are amazing!
