The bud tender I dealt with clearly needs a new job as he doesnt know the difference between an indica and a sativa. When a patient comes in you should probably listen to their concerns when they tell you the strain your pushing as an indica is in fact a sativa. Id suggest not using this location for your needs if their supply is low because apparently everything is whatever you ask for at that point

(6/2/2020)If youre looking for a dispensary whos interest is in their patients/customers/consumers satisfaction, health and well being, keep looking!Ive visited this shop a couple of times and it was cool up until my last visit (which was about a week ago). I came in to pick up a strain of flower and possibly a cartridge. I was aware they had one or two negative reviews regarding their cartridges being fake but still, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt assuming the negative reviews were only towards Mario Carts, I went ahead and purchased a Brass Knuckles product. I immediately regretted my decision the moment I stepped outside the store. I came to realise it was a fake! I went back inside (keep in mind I wasnt gone more than 5 minutes), hoping to exchange it for some flower instead. The only option I was given was to exchange it for another cartridge. WHERES THE SENSE IN THAT!?!? Fake is fake. I simply left their unopened product on the counter, toldem they could keep it. I was disappointed. KEEP AWAY FROM THE CARTS!!!What else is fake? Their bud? Theres been times where I question whether or not the buds Im looking at are even different from the ones in other jars (seeing how I spot no difference in some), I start to wonder if theyre just slapping strain names on whatever bud they may have or refilling a jar with whatever may be left over from another. How does that one saying go? Intuition doesnt lie? In other words, how do I know Im buying the actual strains they claim to have? Thats just it! I dont! And after my last experience I wouldnt be surprised if my thoughts/assumptions were correct! You decide!In my opinion, their bud is okay, if you decide to visit, nothing really special. They have a rewards system thats a bit of a joke. But its better than nothing. There selection is usually somewhat big (not small like some claim) unless you come on a bad day. Some of the strains Ive picked up in the past that Ive personally been a fond of and would recommend: Paris Og; Abusive Og; Ice Cream Cake; Sfv; wookie. Ive mainly purchased their 15 dollar grams (Maui Waui was a little less). They have another section/shelf, where they usually have 2-4 strains that go for $18 a gram. You would think you get more bang for your buck, that wasnt the case in my experience. On the contrary, it was quite the oppisite. Youre better off with the 15s unless you wanna try that particular strain and see for yourself (perhaps youll have a different experience). Another thing Im going to mention, I noticed the 18 a gram shelf strains hardly ever rotated, meaning I always sawem in stock for that price! specifically Space Queen to be exact. You would think over time it would bump down. Maybe its just that good? You be the judge.The majority of the budtenders are cool, some more knowledgeable than others. If youre lucky depending on who you get, you might get a little extra but chances are slim. On one occasion I was given an incorrect amount of change. The budtender (Owen) over charged me 5 bucks (So check your change!). But seeing how I liked his customer service skills, I let it slide.On almost every visit I was usually in and out fairly fast. Hardly ever any wait time. Parking was always available. Taking my unpleasant experience into account, Id rate The Cannabliss a solid 2.5 stars. Its an o-k-a-y shop, its not the worst. Needs improvement, has potential.Next time, I think Ill use those $45 towards gas and make the drive to the city. Alot of good quality fresh flower to choose from, love that its open til 11pm and alot of bang for your buck . The only downfall would be that they are not very descriptive on the different types bud, so if thc/cbd % or stativa/indica are important to you then dont expect too much. Love this place

Hello,I recently visited this dispensary and had a negative experience that I thought I should share so that it doesnt happen to other people.I bought two vapes that were recommended by the budtender called, Mario Cart. I was happy to accept his recommendation which I usually do when visiting dispensaries. I usually look up what I buy afterwards out of curiosity for its effects and what other people have said about it. I was shocked to see that these products have tested positive on multiple sources for pesticides and heavy metals, there is no official company producing them, and it seems the cartridges can be bought empty from China and filled anywhere so alot of them are counterfeit. Also the tested THC content was much lower than advertised on the box.I went back to ask about this, the budtender could not verify where they came from and said there is alot of inaccurate information on the internet. I asked if I could replace them with verified products he said he could replace them with the same brand only because he cant confirm I didnt switch them out, which was my first red flag. What if others came back and took that offer? My second red flag was when I told him Id like to speak to the manager about this, after all I came to a legitimate medicinal dispensary listed on weedmaps, expecting a legal standard and walked out with an illegitimate product. He told me it would be no point, the manager would say I should have googled it first. Now I dont know about you guys but its concerning if you have to google every product for safety in a dispensary before you buy it, its supposed to be a pharmacy not a drug deal, which makes their entire work ethic questionable. I also called other dispensaries that have an excellent reputation who never heard of Mario Cart or advised against it.I asked if I could speak to the manager anyway, I was given a number that I called with the same person answering, saying he would get me the manager in an hour. Its been several days now, im not expecting a call anymore. If I do ill update this review. Proceed at your own caution.
