Please do not go there . Worst service and charged me extra. They do not clean their equipment therefore I am suffering from infection for last 15 day. Now going thru I’ve antibiotics for next 15 days. Please friends do not go at the hat place.

This place is really going down hill, I got my gel nails done and paid close to $50 and my nails were left with several small particles on them making them look horrible. I told myself I wasn’t going back. A month later I went back for a pedi giving it another try. I was changed $48 for a gel pedi I don’t ever remember paying that much. She didn’t even clean under my toe nails. I think I was over changed. I really need to find a new nail place.

I just got my nails done there yesterday and today the polish bubbled. I got acrylics with gel polish...worst decision ever. The tech was doing it in such a hurry that I didnt notice how bad the job was until I was driving home. I am not going back. I was greatly disappointed especially since it was my first in years to get my nails done. Never again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Called ahead to see how much for a refill on gel acrylic they said 30 but it changed when I got there. Came inside , first time going, they sat me down waited for about 10-15 without no one saying anything. When someone did come she was in such a hurry to get the job done she wasn’t paying attention to the mistakes. She left air bubbles and pieces of hair from the towel she was using. Didn’t have a problem with the price if they would have done a decent job. Don’t recommend

Staff is friendly, however, they just seem to be rushing to the next customer. Ive been there 3 times in the last 2 months and the girl keeps messing up the colors.

Got a fill done here because they were the only salon open due to Covid. I was very thankful for that, however as nice as the manager? owner? was, the technician I had was HORRIBLE. Unfortunatley, I did not get his name. While he was doing my fill, I begin to have doubts about his experience. He cut me several times. I asked him to slow down and his reply was to ask me to relax. Hard to do when you are worried if you are going to get cut again! I had one nail that needed to be replaced. He replaced it and it came off. He redid it with another nail and that did stay on okay. When he applied the acrylic he had it so thick and lopsided that he had to run the drill over it a lot and it got hot. When all was said and done and he cleaned my hands with sanitizer, (due to Covid19 all services are outside and there isnt any running water) my fingers were on fire from all the cuts. The polish has bubbles and my nails have rough edges. I really didnt notice how bad the polish was until I got into my car and really checked them out. When I got home, I called the salon and requested to come back the next morning to have them fixed by someone other than the person I had. The manager told me it would not be a problem and to come in and they would take care of it. I have since decided that I will just wait for a couple of weeks and find another place to go to because the skin around my fingers is too tender to go back so soon. I will not go back to Royal Nails on Ming Ave. I am writing this review to warn, if you think something isnt right from the very beginning, dont wait to get it corrected until they are done. Besides wasting $45, That was my biggest regret.

Michael is wonderful! I saw him once for acrylics and now wont go to anyone else. He is careful and detailed, and, most importantly, makes the acrylics thin enough that I can still pick up thin things and coins when I drop them. I highly recommend him!

Horrible services the lady that was doing my nails, was just in such a hurry the nail polish was lumpy and she still used it, I had bubbles on my my nails . I could of done a better job than her.

I actually felt bad for the person who was going to get stuck doing my pedi. Its been a year and a half. He was nice though and my feet are beautiful. Ill be going back!

Like other reviews, I was charged more than I was originally told (or what the brochure said). I took my daughter and her friend to get manicures. Not only did they overcharge, but all they did was soak their nails and paint them but their polish chipped immediately. At the end, I paid what they said and didnt argue because they were nice. But now that I see that other people experienced the same thing, I realize that this is a problem.

My first time using this shop. They are quite busy. The service is terrible. They lady rushed through everything. I have never have such terrible work done on me, both pedicure and manicure. I will not going there ever again. I went here for the convenience since it is close to the home. Next time I will go back to the other one located next to Target on Stockdale.

My grandmother and great aunt get their pedicures here about a week ago and when my grandmother went to pay, they refused her card and told her to use the ATM machine they recently set up. She told them she won’t use that machine because it charges a fee and there is no protection from potential card info theft. They proceeded to keep telling her that they don’t take cards and pushing for her to use the machine. She eventually told them she will go to her bank and get cash to which they responded by taking her card to pay. Super sketchy. Either they are making money off that machine or they don’t want to report how much money they are getting through cash transactions. Either way... wouldn’t go here again.

I paid for the top Pedi but they are usually so busy but this time I paid $50. with a $5. tip and got a quick drive through. Ive found another favorite place I will use from now on and shes $5. Less in a #1 top Salon in town.

I wont be returning. Everyone was nice but I felt rushed. Nail polish was okay but could have used thicker coats. I wasnt able to relax. The seat I had was next to the gel polishes so we were constantly interrupted.FYI cash only.

I hate this place. Ive been here 4 times and theyve messed up on my manicure 2 times. The colors dont match. I went in for a light lavander color and came out with a neon disco purple from the 80s. Super sloppy. And she cut my nails way too short after i grew them out for a month. I asked for almond shaped and got something ratchet as hell. Felt like crying after. NEVER coming here again

The lady I got she charged me for everything.... I went in with a friend got a full set badly over my regular nail and I walked out paying 50$ and just have a basic pink on my nails ..... She first asked how much I had and based her price off that

If there was an option to leave negative stars i would. the first time i got my nails done (gels) the woman did a fantastic job they stayed on for over a month. so i went back and got a different woman and she did TERRIBLE!!! ive had them on 5 days and they are chipping and my real nails are all ripping! i do not recommend going there. i went back and told them and they said it was not their fault because i have thin nails and they wanted me to pay to get 1 FINGER TOUCHED UP ON THE END. gels arent supposed to chip in 2 days!!!! now all my nails look awful. my family and i will not be going back. we wont waste our money.

I was very disappointed with the quality of work, I spent way over $100 in there for a pedicure, nail set, and eyebrows. Price is not an issue to me if the quality is there, but unfortunately it was not. Plus, I was not allowed to use my own colors, the gentleman said I have to choose from a gel color for my set. Plus, they are cash only, which I had with me, but had no choice to use their own ATM machine as I needed more than $100(after the ATM fees and tip my tab was over $120). I am new to the area, so I took a chance, sorry, but I have been getting my nails done since I was 16, and I have seen some bad and excellent work in my days and this was pretty bad!

I went to get my nails done while my mother got a massage. (Side note I am 18 but I had no makeup on so I probably looked younger). They did my nails and everything was fine until it was time to pay. I tried to pay with a credit card because that is all I had and they rudely told me they do not take cards and asked why dont I have cash.Its 2019 it is rare for people to carry cash now. I ended up waiting for my mother to come and while I was waiting 3 of the works came up to the desk and speak in a different language and stare at me while they are talking. My mother shows up and after telling them she didnt have cash they let her pay with the SAME CARD I was trying to pay with. They were incredibly rude and I will never go there again and absolutely never recomend them to anyone.

This nail salon has a very strong smell of nail products and I find it hard to breathe. They are very lazy when doing your nails and they overcharge. Overall not a great salon.

Worst pedicure ever. A woman named Lee made me bleed on 4 toes, which I didn’t even know was possible from a pedicure. She tried to give me coconut oil to make me happy but I turned it down. When I told the man at the register he just laughed at me as if it the situation was funny. Also, she painted my toes while I was still bleeding which seems unsanitary.

They only take cash! They made me take money out of the little ATM and pay them in cash. I checked my bank statement. And BOOM. My bank charged me fee to use that ATM. Very poor service. if there is -3, I will definitely use it for this place.

Expensive, rude, air bubbles and lint in my nails. Nail tech was telling me how much he hated fat people when the lady he was taking about was only a few feet away. Will never go back!!!!

A guy name Hal did my nails, very unprofessional and charged me more than what he was suppose to. I called the shop after leaving and asked the cost for the service I had just received. Long story short, I was charged $45 for $33 worth of work. Bad business.

I always come here but this one time the lady and the man were being super rude and I just went w it because they had already jacked up my nails and then they charged me 100 bucks🙃
