Very happy with Carlos, called and he got me right in for a haircut

I would not recommend Carlos for cuts. He did a sloppy job on my hair . I went in there as a walk in and trusting that I was going to have a great experienced based on the reviews well I was wrongfully mislead by this. I asked him for long layers and instead I got my hair chopped up in different directions with no clue of where the layers are at. Also shorter then what I asked for. I try to style it myself and it looks all uneven and horrible :( . The sad thing is that I gave my hard earn money on someone unprofessional 🤦🏻‍♀️. Only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the receptionist was kind and the place was clean. I hope this review helps someone to not make the same mistake I did. I now have to walk around with bad hair and I can’t do nothing about it because I’m not willing to cut it shorter to fix it.😩

I am very disappointed in the overall service I received at pro 31, first my stylist double booked, so she was doing both of our hair at once and she was overall not very client friendly with me, she was chatting up a storm with the other client but barely spoke to me, plus my blonde highlights are orange and now I have to wait a month to fix it so this really sucks. I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere.

Kandi is hands down AMAZING

Just for a tiny trim and a basic style afterwards is expensive, youre better off spending your money elsewhere and get more done

Kandi OVER CHARGED me 3xs what my current amazing stylist charged me. She gave me high lights when I asked for balayage, left me with brassy colored hair and the day I was suppose to get it corrected I informed her Id be FIVE whole min behind and so she went ahead and canceled my appointment informing me I will have to pay for the correction to her horrible work! If I could give no stars to her I would. Worst experience ever !
