Its OK so I was out running errands and needed a haircits been a really long time since Ive had one so this place had openings So I stopped in for a wash/ cut for my hair and a cut for my two-year-old the lady whom I was assigned to her customer service was a bit lacking she was really rough when it came to cutting my hair also making comments to humiliate me about the texture of my hair and why dont I take care of it and that I was losing a lot of hair when it comes to somebody owning a business people should educate themselves that other things cause hair loss besides Not taking care of your hair Like hormone issues and especially as a woman I felt humiliated and so embarrassed by this she was also very rough when washing my hair combing and cutting she was just very rough causing more breakage and kept arguing that it was my fault for not taking care of my hair Also she kept answering thephone and she even facetime her granddaughter while she was cutting my childs hair which is very unprofessional even to the point of paying A Bill she was in the middle of a haircut giving other her card number and just carrying on a conversation while the phone was on speaker to me this is just unprofessional I will not be going back she kept criticizing my hair type and upsell me on products Just a lot of unprofessionalism the cut itself is OK its lacking texture which thats what I went in for its a very basic haircut like the year 2010 and and it Its 3 shorter than what I had asked for its not update style for 50$ oh well ...dont recommend

Lady that cut my hair only goes in on weekends. Talkin bout some 20 years of experience, apparently she needs 20 more years cuz why is my hair cut all crooked?

The woman Celia messed up my moms blunt straight haircut. How hard is it to cut straight? They dont clean anything. This place is stuck in the 1980s.

There are Visa stickers on the windows but they only take cash. No where in the building does it say cash only.

Rude staff and nails came out horribly. Cut my fingers twice while doing my nails, used dirty tools and the outcome was no where near what I asked for. Never again, would NOT recommend.

I like it there because Irene does her magic with my hair. Shes the only one there who cuts my hair how I like it. Thats why I go back every time I need a haircut. The other ladies cant do it right. If you decide to go there, ask for Irene!

I do not recommend this place, they are not professionals, it seems that the people who cut their hair are teaching themselves with the clients, my daughter asked for a cut in layers and they left it even and a scissors in the middle, and if they charge as if they were professionals.
