Buyer beware!If I could give a zero rating I would. Melody Taylor was wonderful and helpful, but she has retired. I spent over $7000 for aids a few months back. I need some help with my hearing aids and I need them turned up.They now have some guy from LA that won’t help. He only sits back in his chair and tells you what the problem could be. He told me to run fishing line through my aids to clear the air hole! What!All this guy wants to do his sell you hearing aids!Try Costco. They are way cheaper and the service has to be better than this!

This is a must place if you have hearing problem.You will work with dedicated staff whos care about people with hearing difficulties. A nice place.

My husband and I are sooo happy with this little hearing aide center. Melody is very patient and a great teacher and gives a month of follow up appointments to help my husband learn how to use these wonderful little computers in his ears!! We love the hearing aides and Melody and her staff. I strongly recommend this place.

Needed ear molds for custom IEM’s. Was referred to Melody by the manufacturer after another local audiologist failed twice to make molds that worked. Melody was great and got them right the first time.
