The staff was kind, but the experience was poor at best. If you’re from out of town, don’t stop here. Our 1 year old had a 103 fever and we stopped here on our way to vacation. We were directed to wait outside in the back parking lot. After 30+ minutes, the nurse came outside, didn’t check his temp or follow any standard protocols. She asked “just checking his ears?” We said yes and whatever else should be checked for a high fever. She looked at his ears outside, said they were red from his crying and to just wait and see if the fever goes away. Two days later we are leaving another urgent care (which allowed us to come inside and see a doctor) with double ear infections.

Not the closest urgent care for me, but theyre well worth the extra driving time. They got to me promptly, and everybody was very pleasant and professional. The nurse practitioner was thorough and gave me good information, patiently answered my questions. Would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to get meds I need for well over 2 months now, and between them never calling back or not giving my insurance any prior authorization it has been the worst time I have ever had with a doctors office. I have 2 stars only because on a normal basis they are fantastic to work with and very easy to get along, but recently it has been a nightmare.

Visited today because my 9yr old was sick. This was my first time visiting. Everyone was very nice. The Dr was very thorough and concerned. He took his time with my daughter. His nurse is very sweet and explained every test before administering. The receptionist was very professional as well. She allowed me to sit in my car to complete the paperwork, since my daughter was so sick. Five stars all the way!

Every employee was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have a great team. Dr. Tuten is a very good chiropractor. I had a pinched nerve in my back. Now I am well and have no pain.

There are Doctors and Nurse Practitioners available to meet all urgent care etc.. Stop by and experience an Awesome Massage by Melba and the great care from the staff. They will treat you like family..

AWESOME STAFF I CAN EITHER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR WALK IN TO GET TO SEE THE DOCTORS. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND ONE SOURCE SERVICES FOR EVERYONE NEEDING A DOCTOR IN BAINBRIDGE.

Great people. Everyone in the office is so very nice. The Doctor did an x-ray first which I feel is very important before you are treated. I do not feel they have scheduled too many appointments, and I feel 90% better than I did when I first went into the office.

Sorry to say , not on my PPO list, but would go here for an urgent situation. Very kind and thoughtful, and thorough.

The staff was very competent and the waiting area clean. I left feeling cared for.

I would highly recommend OneSource in Bainbridge for any chiropractic needs. Dr Tuten as well as the nurses, massage therapists, and staff have been nothing but friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my issue. In addition, after just three visits my discomfort level has noticeably decreased. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The doctor was fantastic she had a lot of knowledge and was truly helpful.

I was having problems sleeping due to a sharp pain in my lower back when I would be laying on my back. After my first visit I was able to sleep again and after several treatments the pain had subsided. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and genuinely concerned with my well being.

They always take good care of us.
