Dr. Beck and his staff were wonderful! I needed a tongue biopsy. The Procedure was painless, he made sure of that! The staff was so friendly, compassionate and welcoming. Making sure that I was calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Beck and all of your staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Becks for a few years. Last week I needed to have a tooth extraction. The COVID 19 Protocols in place made me feel very safe during the visit and I was overall very pleased with my experience.

The blonde receptionist might be the most rude and incompetent person Ive ever spoken to. She refused to update my new insurance and tried charging me an outrageous amount of money. Just for me to find out a few days later that my insurance wasnt updated and she was wrong. Would never recommend anyone here

They were Not upfront about the final cost on a tooth extraction. I called several times prior to the surgery to confirm the out of pocket cost after insurance. The day of the surgery I reconfirmed the out of pocket cost. I paid that fee. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for an additional $1,200! Almost $2,000 out of pocket after Insurance for a tooth extraction is quite expensive.I would NEVER have gone here if I knew the actual out of pocket cost. If you are getting anything done here, get the final cost in writing!!!

Dr. Beck and his entire staff are beyond professional. They go out of their way and make sure all patients are satisfied. If you are looking for a surgeon I highly recommend!

No one really likes the Dentist but Dr. Beck as well as his entire staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed as if I had been going there for years and it was only my first emergency visit. I went in nervous about what to expect. They answered all my questions without me asking and made me feel relaxed and confident that everything would be ok. They took great care of me and provided a pain free experience. I will be highly recommending them to family and friends.

Great experience all around. Dr Beck was great, everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly. The staff was very courteous all the billing and insurance issues were exactly as explained. Would highly recommend to anyone facing oral surgery.

Had three wisdom teeth extracted, the procedure went beautifully. No unnecessary pain afterwards, just typical minor aches. Dr. Beck was a cool guy, and his assistants were cute and funny. Would recommend the office to others. PS. When they say dont drink fluids, water is included under that umbrella. Woops.

I was a new client on a Saturday recommended by my dentist. I was in extreme pain and Dr. Beck took me in and took very good care of me! The whole staff was amazing! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know!

His post-op care left a little to be desired, but theres no doubt this guy is a great surgeon. Removed a very large and troublesome mucocele from my lip. The surgery was painless, the recovery was relatively fast, and there is little to no scarring, my lip is completely back to normal!

Loved Dr Beck and his staff unfortunately they quoted me a price for my surgery and then when I went to get my stitches out they had the audacity to charge me an Additional $325!!! To take the cyst out??? They had the X-ray and knew it was there! Never once had they called me this week to tell me there was an additional charge and they called two times. Once to check on me and once to confirm my next appointment. I would have loved to reccomend them to friends and family but I can not. I feel that they just took advatage of my situation and the fact that they didn’t except my dental insurance. Shame on themRecent development: they also tried to bill my insurance company for an additional $208 what could that possibly be for considering I OVER paid them in cash because they did NOT take my insurance. Also they promised to call me back and they haven’t. Not have they returned any messages I have left.

Went back to Dr. Beck to have my tooth removed I was very nervous and everyone did everything in their power to make me comfortable. You are in good hands!

Went there for an assessment came out with a 325 bill and was told to go next door to get wisdom teeth even though he was covered under my insurance and is considered to be an oral surgeon for unknown reasons. I would not recommend him.

Doctor is fine, accounting office is a nightmare!!!!! Wish I could give less than 1 starFirst, they tell me the total bill would be 200.00. So I send my daughter there with a check for the 200 on the day of service. Then I get a bill in the mail 2 weeks later for an additional 735.00. So I call and it is the old insurance company screwed up and Misinformed us routine. So I give them a payment of 250.00 on my credit card and I gave them verbal Authorization to charge my credit card monthly to pay the bill for my daughter. They never charged my card. Then they say I never gave them Authorization. How did they get the 250.00 payment if I never spoke to them?? In the meantime, they call my daughter who tells them To call me To get the bill paid. They never call me and now these unprofessional people will not take responsibility for this screw up. They turn meOver to a lawyer who is adding 187.00 in unsubstantiated fees. Steer clear of this doctors office unless you plan on paying the bill in cash, in full, at the time of services. They are an accounting nightmare and needless to say, very unprofessional.
