Took my 14 year old daughter to help with a pulled calf muscle. The owner was in and ypu can tell that he fully believes in all of his services. He took the time to explain the differences between full body and targeted cryotherapy, shared his personal story and how it helped him, which is why he opened up this location to bring it to Long Island. Made my daughter extremely comfortable and a great experience. I was skeptical but she said after only 3 minutes in there, she felt amazing, her leg still hurt but nowhere near as much and she felt totally energized. We will be going back and I might even give it a try!

Instant results!! I pulled a muscle while working out, which was extremely painful & incapacitating. After one session, ONE, I felt better with more range of motion & less pain. The staff is very helpful, the place is very clean. I will making cryotherapy part of my healthy ritual.

Taylor - manager on duty provided above and beyond customer service. He was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodated me due to a appointment conflict. Staff is courteous 2! Enjoyed my sauna and will b returning again! 👍😊

I was lucky to find this place in the spring really helped me to relax and feel rejuvenated when I didn’t have a place to practice my yoga. Highly recommend this place Jim makes you feel so at home. The staff is like family definitely give this place a try.

**Warning** do NOT purchase their prepaid packages. If they do not survive post Covid, you will not get your money back. No where on the flyer (see images) does it state money can’t be refunded if the primary location of the customer closes — no where! Like I said — zero business ethics.This is an update to my review from several years ago. I was a customer for several years at a different location and I prepaid for package deals in Jan 2020. Then Covid hit. From June 2020 until Feb 2021 I called Cryology repeatedly to find out when the location near me would open back up. During my last call in February I was told it had permanently closed. I asked for a refund for the prepackaged deals since the other locations are +40 minutes (one way) away from me. Melanie gave me the email address to the manager whom I emailed; I stated it was not worth me driving 40 mins to go and 40 mins back home for a 1/2 service. The manager, Alexa, responded with a generic email stating, “we have 2 other locations.....” and “there’s no expiration on the services...”. When I reiterated it served me no purpose to travel an hour and twenty minutes (if no traffic) for a 1/2 service (one service I prepaid for is 3 minutes! 3 minutes!) she responded with the same generic email. I asked to speak to someone else, she stated she was the owner. Bad business, and even worse leadership.With no accommodation; no acknowledgement or accountability on her end I’m stuck with these services....still, I said I’d give it a try.Today I drove to the Babylon location, since they refused to return my money — it took me 55 minutes to get here after a full day of teaching. I stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes with no one tending to me, I ended up calling them from my phone while I was at the front desk in the hopes someone would come out of wherever they were....someone finally came out; they put me in a room where all the lights are on (it was NOT like this at the Bayside location) There is nothing relaxing about the environment or the service, and I had a drive of almost 1 hour to get back home.To put the inconvenience of the Babylon location into perspective—I left at 2:53 to get to Babylon, I got home at 5:57 - the service was 34 minutes, and the wait at the desk was closed p minutes - you can do the math. Theyve already proven a lack of business ethics, which is now coupled with a sore lack of customer service.Knowing a customer is being inconvenienced, a good business owner does something to acknowledge this. I’m empathetic towards the hardships small businesses have faced, I come from a family of entrepreneurs and I encourage my students to buy local, to always patronize small businesses in their town — this experience with Cryology has taught me a lesson on the downside of supporting the small guy. I’m now paying with time, gas money and pure dissatisfaction from the environment—but hey, according to Alexa, I should “understand the hardships of small businesses”— how about understanding the hardship you’re adding to a former loyal customer. Disgraceful.

I was a VERY skeptical about the effects of cryology and VERY nervous. Jim and Taylor are very warm and welcoming. I was immediately put at ease, questions were answered professionally and thoroughly. The treatment was effective. It was even a little invigorating. I have been going every other day for the past week. My back pain and knee pain are gone. It works and I will be tell everyone about the effects. THANK YOU Guys!!!!!!!!!!

I am a high level competitive powerlifter and I use this place to help me recover for contests! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have used other places before but nothing beats this place. Their cryomachine gets much colder then others!
