Since it was an Ombre style & she was blocking out 3 hours.She never showed up, not even a courtesy call to cancel or reschedule.

Very disapointed with lorena the lady who did my hair , i came for an ombre and left with a big black spot behing my head i came back to get it fixed and it was still the same thing ,dont waist your money here!

Great place for hair cuts and affordable.

Really bad experience. The workers were not friendly at all. Bad customer service, no one greeted me, workers seem bothered when I told them what I needed done. Never going back there again. I didnt stay and left after 2 minutes.

Low skilled hair dressers. In addition, staff rude and will bump your appointment time for friends and/or family.

Bad experience I would give them half a star first of they all have bad attitude the lady that did my hair had no idea she doesn’t know how to cut hair to top it off when she was washing my hair she wet my face all day complaining about my long hair .... Then get yourself another job if you can’t handle long hair) I went for highlights and they didn’t come out the way I wanted plus they were rude to other customers personally I’m never coming back the lady doesn’t know how to multitask she didn’t want to blow dryed my hair because she had another lady waiting plus my layers don’t look like layers I had to go somewhere else so they could fix my hair worst place ever not recommended it 😡
