This is my first visit to establish my kids and we’ve been in the waiting room for an hour and a half. So far I’m not enjoying my visitUPDATE: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. We got to the office at 10:30 for our 11am appt for new patient and shots. We didn’t get called back until 12:30 but once in the room everything went by more quickly and the staff was friendly. We were finally able to head home at 1:00 pm

Front staff is absolutely horrible extremely office manager Carmen screams at you over the phone over appointment scheduling absolutely horrible I wouldn’t bring my kids here ever again we have been bringing all four of my boys here for 7 years at one point this was an amazing practice but over the years they are extremely rude. Where you get away with speaking down to your clients and thinking they are going to come back and give you repeat business is beyond me. Extremely disappointing in doctor hudman for what she is allowing in this practice she condones this type of customer service. IN NO WAY SHOULD YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TALK DOWN TOO AND BE LITTLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I wasn’t highly impressed with the doctor on our first visit, and on our second visit they required me to pay up front before my son saw the doctor, for the current appointment. I had never heard of this at a doctor’s office. Our health care card was declined so I asked if the could bill me, and the lady up front was kind of rude about it. The answer was no, I had to pay upfront. Because I knew we should have the insurance funds to pay (we should have had $1000 on the card), and couldn’t for some odd reason, I decided not to pay out of pocket and canceled my appointment. Plus I just couldn’t afford it right then. I thought it strange they were not willing to bill me later for the co pay, so that I could get reimbursed by our insurance. My son has a possible ear infection so this was very inconvenient. We will find another doctor’s office to go to for now and in the future.

We love Dr. Hudman and her entire staff! Always friendly and kind. My son came in at 13 with what to any normal person would appear to be a simple headache brushed off and sent home, but they caught it and rushed us to the ER, he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and was in ketacidosis, if they had not caught it in time my son may have not survived. I thank this very place for being so attentive and for saving my son.

I need a referral for my daughter, and shes refusing to give it unless we come in for a visit. Which is fine! But I requested to see Dr. Human, not a PA and she refuses. My daughter has been her patient for over 6 years and does not appreciate being treated like this!!!

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment at this office. The receptionist is argumentative keeps saying Idk when you can be seen because you missed an appointment as if she is passive aggressively punishing my child for the missed appointment. Appointments can only be made on the same day by calling first thing in the morning. My daughter has been having chest pain for months but I can never get her in with this PCP so when she goes to the E.r they keep referring her back to the PCP for a blood test which is almost impossible to schedule.

If you have children with mental health issues, I wouldnt recommend Dr. Hudmans office. When we seen them last year for a well child check up. I warned them my son has multiple mental health issues and gets violent (10yrs) none of the staff was very understanding or compassionate about our situation. My son was cussing, hitting things throwing things. All while Im trying to calm him and saftey hold him.So here we are a year later and in order to get him into a special program, he needs a physical. I call Friday morning, was told that someone would call me back to set up appt, no call. Call again on Monday morning same story. So I call again today, get put on hold, then she gets back on and tells me, they will not see my son, because of his behavior and that he broke something at the last visit. No one informed me that he had broken anything.But funny thing is, on her website it states that they help with behavior consultation. And are not referring me to a family doctor that can see him.But here they are denying my child service. So very sad

I love this office my daughter was seen due to a head cold and was seen right away same day great customer service 👏 from the front of the office to the back of office will come again....

We had an appointment with Dr. Hudman and was seen by PA which was fine. She was very thorough and children liked her.My concern is with office staff.We were told a prescription would be called to our pharmacy, this was at 10 am.At the 3pm we called to get status and were told they were short staffed and would be called in by 5. Which did not happen!Pharmacy did not recieve the prescription until the next day! doctors office failed to verify thru insurance the prescription so pharmacy could not fill.This morning we called Doctors office only to be told they would try but could not promise to verify w insurance the prescription and can take up to 72 hours!Why???We took our child to see the doctor AND to recieve medication if needed!How can they treat patients this way?? Especially children.Shame on them.Update: 2 days later still no prescription. Ugh.

Was not happy with the experience with the front desk today my wife is a nurse at an emergency room and know how customer relations are suppose to de dealt with and the front desk lady named Adriana was not helpful and was rude so we will be taking our kids to a different pediatrician from here on out so beware of how the front desk will treat you and the sad part is we’ve been going here for 5 years

The doctors and nurses are so helpful, very informative, and super knowledgeable! Very thankful for all of the help we get here.

Amazing. Hands down. Very friendly sweet and helpful. They actually listen to you. Theyre clean!! And organized . Informative. they give out coupons and samples unlike most others (i thought that was a cute gesture). Kid friendly for sure. And will make sure you leave feeling relieved and with knowing your options!

We have been going to this office since it began years ago, on the opposite side of he highway! We absolutely LOVE Dr Hudman and the new PAs she has brought in over the last several years. The staff and nurses are kind and always willing to help. Excellent Doctor, PAs and Staff!

Dr. hudman and her staff genuinely care about the children they see. In the past she has gone well out of her way to make sure my daughter has what she needs to be healthy. Ive seen it on multiple occasions it is very impressive. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends

The doctor and staff were friendly. The longest part of the appointment was in the large and quite nice waiting room. Now I did show up half an hour early though, so that was probably my fault. The doctor came to the room quickly. Assessed both my kids and determined what was wrong. Then gave me the prescriptions we need and we were done. When we left my daughter said, I really liked that doctor, she was really nice.. Definitely my new primary care doctor.

I love doctor Hudman, she will get you in last minute for emergencies and is flexible. She’s good with my children and it’s obvious she cares. The only downfall is the appointments are never on time expect to wait every single visit, which is hard when you are bringing your child on lunch breaks or in a hurry.

Initially, I liked Dr. Hudman. She was always quick, direct, and prescribed medicines to resolve the complaints. However, as time passes and we’ve had more visits, my experience is now lining up with previous reviews. I need to seek another pediatrician. She seemed to answer my concerns, but I’m noticing that she does rush her visits and tells you what she thinks will get you on your way. While that might be acceptable for some minor issues when you just need a quick Rx, it is not the type of long term care I want for my children. We’ve gotten more thorough service from the CVS clinic! Dr. Hudman is friendly but too quick to diagnose and medicate without doing a thorough assessment to resolve the root cause of complex issues, thus we have misdiagnosis and subpar medical care. Her annual physicals are very quick and brief which is concerning. I feel like her ultimate goal is not doing what is in the best interest of your child’s health, but to get you in and out of her office as quickly as possible. Don’t take a chance despite the reviews, you will regret it.

If you want a doctor that misdiagnosed your child and then lies to your insurance company about it shes a doctor for you. Save your time and please take your kids somewhere else. If I could give her zero stars I would

I was very impressed, initially, of this clinic. I soon came to fine out that the clinic manager is socially inept, rude, unmannerly, aggressive and always prepared for confrontation. On several occasions I witnessed her narcissistic ways of encountering people. She would verbally take a defensive stance when one was not indicated; making the conversation uncouth and antagonistic. The physician is sweet and caring, but lacking. Her benign characteristics are over shadowed by the office managers belligerent crassness; and it is oblivious (in more ways than one) that she wears the pants. I urge any potential candidate to investigate and question the longevity and turnover of past employees, the reasons they were fired/let go, and possibly contact them to get a better understanding of this clinic. If possible, talk to the current employees. I was able hear many-a-story regarding this manager. Its funny actually, the way the employees would detest, feel threaten and be intimidated by her. They would talk behind her back and criticize her; unbeknownst to her. It was as if they were playing a part in a play, she the villain, they the martyrs.Also, take this advice from, not a vengeful person, but a hurt one. This is a good clinic that provides good service to children, but at the expensive of the moral and spirit of the clinic; mostly when the office manager is present. Id also like to state that the PA is surprisingly professional and adequate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst doc I have ever been to. Loves to write prescriptions even if my kids dont need them... hope its worth the pharmaceutical kickbacks she gets. Every time I ask about a specialist she talks them down and asks why I would want that for my child. Doesnt use proper procedures or instrumentation to diagnose and tried to tell me and prescribe my child drugs for ADD based on a 20 question questionnaire alone... Crazy bad doc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BRING ANYONE YOU LOVE TO SEE THIS WOMAN OR HER STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My kiddos have been going here for the last 6-7 yrs. I love the staff as my kids do too. Never any issues and always able to get them in!!

We’ve been going to Dr. Hudman since my oldest was born 5 1/2 years ago. Both of my boys love going there! Dr. Hudman and her staff are absolutely the best! Anytime any of my kids get sick, they are always able to see them that day. I couldn’t be more happy with this office. I wish I loved my doctor’s office as much as I love my kid’s love theirs!

My experiences have been excellent with Dr. Hudman. She is knowledgeable and good with children. Not too quick to medicate, and cautious with diagnosis. A good Doctor overall. The staff is a bit sub-par, but thus far I havent had any paperwork issues.

If i could give a zero I would. I called to schedule an appointment for my baby. The young lady that answered the phone informed I had to call back tomorrow morning. I asked her if they were closed she said no just call back tomorrow to schedule for an appointment. She didn’t even ask me any questions what was going on or my name. Her customers service was very rude.

Took my 5 year old to see her last week. She came in , had no idea who she was cause she didn’t introduce herself. Very cold and unfriendly . Not professional At all. Will NOT go back!

Dr. Hudman is amazing and so is her PA. Giving the 3 star because I dont like how the office billing girl are. Refused my daughter to see the Dr. because we hadnt paid something that hadnt been processed by insurance yet.

I will first say this is an emotional review because we are going through a cancer diagnosis for my 3 year old son. We started out going to Dr. Hudman soon after our son was born. We had no problems, up until 3 months ago this year.Now I always had doubts about his checkups. It never seemed thorough. It seemed rushed. We most always saw the PA. Which I thought was weird. Any questions we did have, since (we were first time parents) were always met with dismissiveness mostly. If it were questions about his head being flat-like most of the reviews she didn’t over diagnose him.Which seemed fine until he turned 3 and started having several unsettling symptoms all together that I didn’t feel were right, we took him to the Dr. Hudman several times.We asked for a blood test up front, and they never ordered one. We were told his leg pain were just growing pains, bruises were just bruises and that his swollen face was just because of allergies, his swollen lymph nodes were “fine.”But something in my heart told something was wrong. The last visit we made sure he had a blood test.We were told to go to Cook Children’s ER, were he was disagnoised with ALL Leukemia. Sigh.So all that to say, trust your instincts. Don’t just take their word for it. We never got anything from his former doctor. She never checked on him. She never asked about him. Nothing. For someone that has been his doctor since he as born. Such a disappointment. Needless to say our son is with Cooks. And his treatment team is beyond amazing.Just be aware, ask questions, you know your child best.

I like Dr.Hudmans Approach With my Daughter! She has always listened and Made good judgement when it comes to my children. We went through a time where my daughter had some issues and we called her at odd hours and she always returned our call and was comforting to us. She also let us Know the Liquid medicine my daughter was on and was costing us 120.00 a month was only 2.00 in the pill form Saving us alot of money. When we go to the office we never wait to long to get back to see her. She has always made the proper referrals and sent all information in a very timely manner. Her staff has never been anything but helpful to us and polite. The only draw back I would say is the aids are in a bit of hurry and speed through things a bit quickly but Dr. Hudman always takes the time to listen and never seems to be rushing through the appointment. My children have been very comfortable with her and we have went there for many years. I would recommend this Doctor to any of my Family.

Very professional and never misdiagnosed. If they treated adults Id still go there

The wait is never long, the doctors actually care, never seem rushed & take time in the rooms, & they respect all your wishes for your child. Never had such a great experience with doctors before.
