Took my daughter there. Scheduled online. We got in right away. Amber was very thorough and walked us through the store to get medicines and explained them to us. You wont find better customer service at a doctors office. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Unfortunately the NP would not see me even though there was no one waiting or being seen at my arrival. They opened at 9:00am and I arrived at 9:08am I was informed that they were completely booked and that they would not be able to see. The NP also violated my HIPPA rights by asking me my condition out in the open reception area for everyone to hear. I expected more from a health professional. Just dont go here since appartently even though they advertise walk in visits forget that

Both my fiance and I went in, we have the same sinus infection. Amber only spent 10 minutes to test us for Step Throat and then told us there was nothing she could do for us because it came back negative and told us to get tested for COVID. (COVID WAS NEGATIVE). Ive now been home all night with a fever, I am pregnant, and we have gotten worse and she didnt do a thing for us. Charged my fiance $184.00 just to tell him to go see another doctor for a couple hundred dollars if he got worse. We will never be going there again. We spent over $200 for NOTHING.

Very disappointing experience. I had scheduled an appointment (ahead of time) for my son, showed up early, the nurse practitioner advised me that they were running 45 minutes behind so we waited. Almost an hour later she tells me that they weren’t going to be able to see my son. Not professional at all! Zero respect for people’s time.

I normally have not had issues with Minute Clinic and matter of fact I went last week to this location and it was all good but it was ado a different physician. Today I registered online. Told me to show up 5 minutes before 12:37 in which I did. Got there and checked in. I was then pushed up 45 mins which is fine things happen I get it. I wait and come back inside to find that my time moved up another 1.5 hours. So I waited patiently to talk to the physician to see if this was accurate so I could find care elsewhere. She came out I waited and asked her if she had a quick moment. She abruptly stopped me and said I don’t have time right now. So she finally came back out and seemed very annoyed that I would even ask her a question. I simply asked are those wait time accurate in which she said yep it will be awhile. I get that she was probably very busy and more than likely overworked. However if you are going to be in the medical field I suggest you brush up on some emotional intelligence skills. You could have simply been a little nicer and said give me one second and I’ll be right with you. I get that you are human and we all get irritated or stressed, but I’m a sick patient the least you can do is communicate in a professional manner. Minute clinic please spend more time educating your staff and do not allow online check ins if they are going to be that far delayed.

This is where I always go to get my flu shot, I need the privacy of the office since I tend to get woozy when it comes to needles. The nurses/pas have always been very professional and understanding..always have a great experience

Terrible service. We drove 40 mins to get to this location that we’d scheduled an appt for two days prior. Amber refused to see my daughter and literally walked out of appt because my wife had booked the reservation under my son’s name (instead of daughter) by mistake. Apparently they don’t hire people intelligent enough to use a computer and change a first name. So sad..this setup has the potential to be great but when you have unintelligent robots running a facility the end result will be failure.Asked for customer service number to report our experience and was given an automated phone number. Shame on you CVS for your poor service and lack of management when it’s needed most.Do better CVS!!

It’s rare that I even go to the doctor but I was on day 4 of being miserable, and my mom has used this MinuteClinic once before and had a great experience, so I went in! I was seen immediately as there was no line at the time, and I was really happy with my visit! I got a thorough exam to figure out what was going on, and in depth information on how to treat the cold/virus I have. I would definitely use this place again. I had the NP and she was great!

Very poor customer service and the employee is very rude. Employee knowingly let a couple go before me to be evaluated then 15 minutes later came out and informed us it would be best to leave due to the time it will take. Will not ever go back. Glad I didn’t give any money to this business.

Came to cvs minute clinic because it’s Advertised as being cheaper than Urgent clinics. My son had an ear infection last week that cost $89. Came back a week later for the same issue that has become worse. The PA performed the exact same exam of checking both ears. This visit cost $139. I asked why it was higher this time. She said it’s calculated by the system based upon the exams she inputs. I said she did the exact same exam as last time. The only difference is she prescribed 2 different medications this time. It shouldnt cost $50 to enter a 2nd medication into the system.I will not be returning to cvs to be seen by a PA if the cost is relatively the same as seeing a dr at Carenow or a primary care physician at the family Dr office.

Absolutely amazing service and experience here!!! Would highly recommend to anyone with ear infection, sinus infection, or strep. Was in and out quickly and the doctor here is so professional, nice and quick. She had us in and out in no time and sent the prescription straight into the pharmacy in store. Easy doctor visit and prescription pick up. Will definitely be back if sickness hits our family again.

I didnt have to wait long. Ms. Robin was professional, helpful, and personable. She listened and was able to answer my questions in a very practical way. I didnt feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would go here again for minor health issues and concerns.

I received excellent care by the nurse practioner in Azle! He was so kind and thorough. He really listened to my issues. There was so much going on as it was a very busy day, but he wasnt distracted and made sure I got his full attention. He gave great instructions on how to take care of myself, use my medications and when to seek more help. I would highly recommend care from this professional, knowledgeable man! Thank you so much!

AVOID - AVOID at all cost!!! Woman there didn’t know what the heck she was talking about and she LOVED to talk. It was one of the worst urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Still sick and have to wait to see a REAL doctor on Monday.

Diagnosed me with pneumonia. Gave me antibiotics for pneumonia. When it didnt get better they said i needed to get rediagnosed meaning more money. These people are unqualified to make the initial diagnosis, what makes them think ill be back for a second. Stay away if you value your time and money.

We’ve gone multiple times in the past. Came at 6:15 started checking in and said no more due to closing which is at 6:30. 3 yr old with fever and ear pain upset because the doctor wouldn’t see him. That’s a real shame. Never coming back.

The worst experience of my life. NP was set in his ways and failed to listen to my complain, insisting I was fine and “just had a bad cold”, no caring to hear my symptoms, was very irritated I dared to ask questions. As I suspected, he misdiagnosed me, wound up in ED 2 days later, having had 0 relief from his prescribed treatment. The problem was exactly what I had thought instead of what he had thought, which was a huge mistake. The main issue is that the NP has a HUGE attitude problem, which caused him to fail in his assessment and diagnosis. This guy is a complete and utter moron. Avoid at all costs going here and save yourself the money, pain and time.

Went in at 3pm, there was 3 people waiting, no one in room (it was open) and they turned me away because they said they were “full”. I see they are in this for the 9-5 paycheck and not caring for someone who feels terrible seeking help.
