My prescription was called in so I asked drop off if they needed anything from me. I was told no and that my prescriptions would be ready in 25 mins. I received a notification stating they were and went to pick up. After waiting in line I was informed that the pick up line I was waiting in was not the correct line, even though it had distancing stickers so I had to move to the “actual pick up line” with no stickers. This could have been fixed by blocking the line. After getting to the counter I was informed that my insurance was not in their system and asked to go back to drop off. At drop off I was told I was supposed to have a special RX card from my insurance not my regular insurance card, which I did not have to I tried to locate the information on the insurance app. After having no luck I decided to pay full price and was told I could be reimbursed if I came back in within 7 days. I then went back to the pick up window where I learned that they did not have all of my prescriptions. I mentioned that the line in question was full again and suggested they block it. The employee that checked me out was the one who make me go to the other line, laughed, and was rude on top of everything. I will not be going back. This location has horrible customer service and is severely disorganized. While I was there I witnessed other customers being sent to and from the drop off and pick up line. There has to be a better way. Thank goodness for CVS!

My wife and I cant say enough about the pharmacist Roma. She was so helpful in making sure we got the very best price on our prescriptions. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and very accessible. If you are looking for a good pharmacy and a great pharmacist, we highly recommend this location. Thank you Roma for all you do.

They Walmart Pharmacy has been the most efficient and friendly, pharmacy we have found in the area. The staff are always very helpful and always with a smile. If a problem occurs, they do there very best to get it solved with a happy face no matter how long it takes. There are 3 staff that are exceptional, in every way. they are Missy, Brenetta, and BIU .

Needed diabetic test strips. Initial cost came in over $130. With help from Rose and Brittanyand Pharmisyst, we were able to get prescription changed and get info for Medicare discount that brought cost down to under $4. Many thanks to all in helping us with cost reduction.

I have been getting my medicine at Walmart for years but this is by far the worst location. The little girl in the front always has an attitude. She definitely needs a different job. Never again. Im done with Walmart pharmacy

The medicines my mom needed, they didnt have in stock. She gets them there all the time. They said the next day after 2:00 they would be ready. We called at 2:30 the next day, and they said give us another hour. We called at 3:30, and they said give us another hour. We made a special trip to the store to be there around 2:30 to pick up the medicine. So we waited and waited! Finally at 4:30, the refills were ready. They had all kinds of excuses, but one excuse is as good as another. Poor, poor service. Highly dissatisfied, but they really dont care.

They have their good days and bad days. Just like any other business. If you are polite, they will be too. Sometimes the lines are long, but they are working hard. I know when you dont feel good, its not easy, but imagine being bombarded with people who dont feel good all day, youd be a little crabby also.

Had a prescription called in yesterday afternoon at 2pm and still was not filled as of 9pm.I could go on and on about the terrible customer service and attitudes I received this evening, however my main concern was flat out failing to fill a prescription and trying to convince me it was never called in, never existed etc while I was on the phone with the doctor herself confirming it had been. Tried to get pharmacist to speak to the doctor, however she refused and said they were to call the secured line. Later speaking to my DR to have it switched to CVS she said the never picked up the direct line.Will never use Walmart pharmacy again.

So walmart is telling me that they do not take teladoc anymore because quote your not acutally Doctors. this is from the head pharmacy tech and someone named Nacy that take in perceptions drop offs.By law they are supposed to cut chose not to follow the law.

This pharmacy is one of the worst Ive been to. I just moved to Azle from a busy place in Fort Worth and the Walmart Pharmacy there was fine - the Azle pharmacy obviously has far less business yet cant seem to keep it together despite always having a ton of employees behind the counter.Most recently, I had to fill two meds that went together. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, so I shopped around until then. When I went up to the counter, they told me it would be another 30 minutes. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before they told me they could only fill one of the medications and the other would be available the following day.I am pregnant and was feeling sick, so my husband went up there the next morning to get my medication. The lady seemed confused and had to look it up. I guess they never sent for it because it wasnt there. They told him it would be ready the next day. By then, I was almost done with the first medication and these two meds went together.Super irritated. I will start filling my meds at another location.

This pharmacy is a joke, they never have anything ready when they say they will and always say they are behind. The chick behind the counter today told me she had no record of my RX then when looking further realized they hadnt even checked their fax all day so I would need to wait on a RX I had been waiting on since 10 am already! Completely ridiculous! 8 hours is plenty of time to wait!
