I felt like I was heard. I brought up health issues and had the appropriate testing ordered. Every person I encountered was pleasant. Very helpful and listened. Thank you! Adding to say that the nurse came in and printed educational materials never asking me what my physical activity was like and assume because Im over weight that I must not exercise. Very physical job equals exercise.

Horrible Drs office my mother goes here and it take 2 to 3 hours every time !! She said its the worst dr she has ever been to and they are so slow!

Doctor Parker is great. She took her time and listened to me and didnt rush out. It is great to have a doctor who will take their time. I love this place!

The won’t call you, to confirm your appointment. When you have questions, you’ll be on the phone for an hour until someone gets to you.

Called at 4pm on 1/31/20 was on hold for 30min then i was hung up on before anyone answered so i continued to call back 15 more times to which i was left on hold again. Worst experience ive had and ive been to texas health methodist azle... So thats saying something. Dont waste your time! I recomend weatherford medical city they actually ANSWER the phone and ask if its ok if you hold and if you say no they kindly handle the matter your calling about.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences by coming here. The staff all seem to care from the receptionist to the doctor! I have a phobia about hospitals and won’t go until the last minute but this place has eased my fears and I don’t get as antsy about going when I need to go. I guess the negative reviews are from people that were treating people a negative way to get a negative response! I’ve never seen anyone act out of character while I was at this facility.

Every time Ive been to this office, everyone has been extremely helpful. The doctors Ive seen take time to listen to me and then help. You may have to wait a while to be seen, like every other place. However, at this JPS clinic in Azle, I can guarantee that its worth the wait. Dr Paradiso is the best doctor Ive ever seen in my life! The nurses and staff are very efficient and caring. They each try to relate to you in some way and talk to you like a real person and balance that with not saying too much.I had my daughter at the downtown hospital in 1999. It was a terrible experience and I didnt think Id ever want to go to any JPS again. Its obvious to me that theyve done some major changes in the past few years and Im proud of them.Keep up the good work JPS!!!!

Ive been here 2 times now for my 2 week old daughter, Dr Bailey is amazing! She fully explains everything and is not only concerned with my daughters well being but mine as well. By far one of the best doctors Ive ever met! The only reason for the 4stars instead of 5 is because the wait time (even with an appointment) is a little bit of a pain. Usually I have around a 10am appointment and I wait for 15mins in the waiting area before being called back and then once in a room we wait for another 20-30mins for Dr Bailey to come in. However I fully enjoy her as my daughters doctor and will not be changing from her. I highly recommend Dr Bailey for anyone looking for a pediatrician!

All this location ever did was double talk. They lied to me about seeing a doctor. Waited over 5 weeks just to see a useless nurse practitioner that did nothing for me. Then, they told me I denied to see the doctor and that I request a nurse practitioner which was not true. Since they assigned me a nurse practitioner, they claimed I would never be able to see the real doctor. They NEVER gave me the choice. Additionally, the service here is pitiful. They never return calls. Its just a good way to waste time.

If I could have rated negative O, that’s what the rate would have been. This place allows disrespectful situations to occur and refuse to address them. I was refused medical attention and disrespected by one of the physician’s at the Bardin Specialty Clinic (Dr. Benicia Williams). This place has also falsified information in my medical records. I am a person in severe back pain and went in for a procedure and the doctor becomes confrontational. I now see why she conducts herself in this manner, it’s because her employer allows this type of behavior. I have never in my life been treated as I was treated from this establishment. I have sent numerous letters and have yet received an apology. This place is a DISGRACE!! They feel because they are treating so called ‘poor people’ that they can treat them in any type of way. Tread waters lightly when using this establishment and definitely when seeing Benicia Williams, the most disrespectful doctor ever.

The staff is very caring and thorough. The only thing I would change is to be able to contact them directly.

Their wait time to schedule an appointment is insane. Every time I need an appointment, Im on hold for at least 30 to 60 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment.Then I usually have to wait a month to get seen. Even for a follow up from the urgent care or ER takes a few weeks to be seen.If it wasnt for the fact that I like my doctor since he is the only doctor to actually pay attention to my medical needs, I would never come to this clinic. Im tired of waiting a long time on the phone to schedule an appointment or to wait a month to be seen.

Although I was in and out quickly, and the doctor was okay, I had to argue with the receptionist after the fact to get a referral, as she tried to tell me that Thoracic Spine is neck related, while I was looking at a picture in a PDR that showed Thoracic as MID SPINE, neck would have been Cervical spine, ok ur a receptionist not a doctor check your info!

Am switching JPS clinics just to follow Dr. Bailey... tired of going through different DRs at another clinic (closer to my home)... hope Dr Bailey stays longer than a year - 18 mo!
