I was a walk-in at 8:15 this morning. I filled in theInformation on the screen and said to text me.They were crowded so I knew it would be a long wait. After 1 1/2 hours I went inside and found they had called my name. I told them I requested a text and the one said she did text me, There was no text on my phone. She lied, I was told to go and make an appointment. Very rude and ugly. A hostile environment for sure.This is not the first time either. My husband was there a few weeks ago and he is a large man and can’t hear.He leaned dow to the nurse to hear her and she told him to leave because he intimidated her.We are senior citizens and don’t need this.Someone needs to require some customer service.

Still forcing masks on people. So you arent allowed to breath but everyone coming in can put their grimy hands all over the check-in ipad. Common sense hard at work.

I was skeptical to have bloodwork done because of the reviews so I will give my feedback...I gave it a 3 because the waiting room needs some work in the cleanliness department and the appointment scheduling was a nightmare in my experience ...other than that my check in was fine...they got me in close to my appointment time but the 5 star experience would have been Melissa...I have had ALOT of bloodwork done over the years...and this was one of the smoothest sticks I have gotten. Kudos to her on a great job...if there is a way to request her I will...let me know!

AWFUL! Corporate is awful and the staff is extremely rude at the Azle office and corporate office. Lab staff rudely said fax doesnt work and they cannot get orders and she doesnt know when it will work again. Absolutely terrible customer service in corporate and location. Go ANYWHERE or to ANY OTHER LAB than here. Recommend CPL or even Labcorp!

First class service my hind end. This place sucks big time. Only reason I would ever use them is because I have to. You might as well be cattle. Absolutely zero service. If you have a question, too bad. nobody at the front desk, just a pad you sign in on. Nary a human. Only way to ask a question is to sign in on the flipping pass and wait forever long (was going to be 15 minutes.) Horrible!

What an AWFUL experience we had this morning! I took my 5 year old to get a random blood draw done. HUGE mistake! One tech was so rude to her and to me. I was baffled at her attitude. That was our very last visit to Quest Diagnostics Azle.If you have to get bloodwork done for kids, DO NOT even attempt taking them here. You will regret it.

They treated my wife with complete disrespect. They literally had her in tears because they refused to fully understand our insurance situation. After two trips and a phone call to my wife’s doctor they finally were on the same page but, the damage was done.

Awful place. Good phlebotomists but ugly attitude! Megan nearly bit my head off for daring to knock on the door, which I did because when you walk in, the counter is unstaffed... for a long time. I mean, telling me out in front of my child, huffing, rolling eyes... I dont know if these girls hate their jobs or hate people or both. Who cares? It is a business, and their service isnt a favor. I dont need to walk on egg shells every time I need to get my blood drawn - they are not the only fish in the sea. If you want to be treated with some basic respect, please go elsewhere.

Very rude staff. Told me there would be copay got nothing but rude answers from Vanessa when trying to find out if they were in network or not with my insurance.

I went in for my annual biometric testing for work. I was seen right about at my appointment time, the facility was clean and and I had a professional tech. The whole thing took 10 minutes

If you have to take children with you, dont choose this location. I had to have bloodwork done recently and chose this location because they were nearby and had convenient appointment times. I arrived and I was taken back quickly. I had my 4 year old with me and while I sat down in the chair he attempted to squeeze himself behind the chair. There was absolutely nothing between the chair and the wall. No cords, no tools of the trade. NOTHING. Had the woman taking my blood asked me the required questions and done the blood work Im fairly certain he would never have moved from his little corner behind the chair. But instead she stopped what she was doing and demanded that he come out from behind the chair. He obeyed immediately and got his foot caught in the cord of her heater that was in front of the chair. She continued to freak out and demand to him that he sit in the chair with me. He sort of froze and didnt obey then until I called him over. I pulled him up into the chair, but he sort of ended up on the end of the chair where he immediately slipped off again. Honestly because hes 4 he found this amusing and climbed up to sit on the edge where he fell again. The woman very rudely exclaimed that he needed to sit still and stop running around. The woman on the other side of the wall hearing this also began berating us on policy because its a dangerous place where kids cannot run around. Now my son was never out of my reach. He was not loud. At no point did he run around. At no point did he touch anything at all. All he did was try to hide behind a chair and slide out of the high offthe ground chair twice. Ive had blood work done in many locations usually toting a child along and never have we been scolded for the wiggles of a 4 year old. It was uncomfortable and a complete over reaction to his behavior. I have a fear of needles and so its a rough visit for me to make without having to worry about putting a choke hold on my child in case, God forbid, he moves a little.The wait was excellent. The woman taking my blood was quick and didnt hurt me. But I wouldnt go to this location again. I recommend that if you happen to have a wiggly toddler/preschooler or worse yet a child having to have bloodwork themselves find a more kid tolerant location.

I came here with my mother and got a very rude, unprofessional younger woman who did not have proper work ethic and needs to be trained better for how to treat people who have fears of needles and just people in general.
