Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable discussing my weight loss goals with the team. They gave me great advice and products to help me be successful.

I tried RM3 and i unfortunately could not do it because my body was allergic to the the main component. I expressed my concerns to the people in RM in Avondale. They were so nice and helpful to figure out a game plan for what to do next. But I was still unable to continue with the program. They were accommodating and understanding to my situation. Everyone at RM are wonderful and I would recommend RM to everyone.

Every since I went there, it has been an awesome experience. Never had any issues with none of the medical assistants, doctors or front desk. Super amazing people there.

Im a new patient, so I dont have any results yet. However, the staff is very professional and very informative. After talking with a few staff members, Im very excited about my journey to better health.**Update: I have now been on the plan three weeks and the staff have been very helpful and encouraging. As a bonus, my pounds are falling off at a slow and steady pace.

I just finished my first month and the program definitely works.But the experience with the office staff has been horrible. I would go in very frequently for my shots and to purchase shakes, when ever I would go in all glammed up and looking nice I would get the best treatment, I would even be offered water more than once. But some days after long days, I would go in not looking my best, with just a T-shirt and a bun and I would get the worst treatment, I wouldn’t even be offered water and I would be ignored and one time I even went in to purchase shakes not looking my best and the receptionist even told me that if I thought I was going to get them for free I was not, I could not believe she told me that, I never expected to get anything for free, I told her I knew that and that I came in to purchase, not get anything for free. I can’t believe how horribly I was judged by the way I looked and by choosing to just wear a tshirt and pull my hair up. If I went in not looking my best I knew I was not going to be offered water. I knew that if I went in looking nice I would get the best treatment.At the beginning I was under the impression that I would have a support system when I went in but the staff is not trained to be non judgmental, it makes me sad. I ended up getting the canister of protein shake (which is not as convenient) and getting shots for home use because I didn’t want to get all glammed up for a 15 minute appointment.I was never called when my medication was in, I had to be calling.I was never weighed in the whole month and my progress was never looked at.I was weighed when I went in to my appointment to start my second month. Today I picked up my medication for my second month, and again I pulled my hair up and a T-shirt and I was not even offered water.I will see how this month goes. I do not look forward to going in that office. I just feel sad that I thought this was going to be a great support system and not just a weight loss clinic.Maybe Red mountain should just not give that impression at the initial appointment, because there are a lot of people with low self esteem or other problems that going in to get helped. But your staffed it not trained to be a support or to at least treat everyone equally.

Im starting the Red Mountain weight loss program again, because it works! Recently I put on a significant amount of weight (due to Covid-19 sheltering in place) and needed to get back to a weight loss program that is powerful, quick and works. I like the accountability that Red Mountain offers, and the quality of their diet, medication, shots etc. Looking forward to seeing a huge improvement in my health, with the weight loss that I am confident I will see!

Love this office! I have referred EVERYONE I know looking to lose weight and they have also had great success. Everyone at this office is great and this is a habit I love! If you get anything from them it’s building good habits and feeling great about yourself. You really have nothing to lose and it’s a great investment in yourself and your health! Had a great first visit with the team at the Avondale location. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were not pushy and asked all the right questions and I am so excited to start my weight loss journey with them. My medical provider, Mandy was great and Tracy, the medical assistant was wonderful too. Excited to have them both cheering me on in this experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would! :)

I love this location! I was so happy when they opened it! Everyone there is professional and nice. It’s great now to be greeted and called by my first name too!

The staff and Drs are all fantastic. Usually the quick check ins are very fast, and you may have to wait a few minutes for your appointment...but everyone, esp the Drs go out of their way to answer any question, fully explain everything and never make me feel rushed.Only negative thing is that no one seems to know that soy is in their protein shake and since Im allergic to it, it was frustrating to be told it didnt have any.

Overall it has been a great experience and a great motivator on your monthly appointments

Im so happy to be back on track with my weight loss. Red Mountain has been the most successful, positive experience on my journey. Couldnt have done it without the resources they made available to me.
