I was referred to Dr. Jennifer Ramirez from West Valley IV. After coming down with the death flu, I thought there was absolutely no hope for me. 7 days of fever over 103, an inability to breath, and main aches more painful than broken bones left me absolutely helpless and hopeless. On the 8th day, I heard the voice of an angel! Dr. Ramírez called me offering an immediate opening for a virtual visit. Right away, she could tell I was in desperate need of help. She prescribed me medicine that I think saved me a trip to the hospital, let alone potential death. Since that day, she has called daily to check in and make sure I was doing better. I can’t thank this beautiful soul of a person anymore. She is simply incredible and I promise to send every single person I can her way. Thank you to the moon and back for your compassion, dedication, and support.

I was referred to Kahlo Healthcare by a family member. Was feeling really ill and had gone to the er but the er had just told me to go home and rest. Decided to text the number I was referred to and they answered right away and made a zoom call in less than 30 minutes!! Was given antibiotics and treatment and what I really appreciated about this place is that Jennifer followed up with me for the next days to see how I was feeling. I didn’t feel like I was a patient but more of a friend to them. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? Jennifer Ramirez is the most kindest, and sweetest soul and i’m so pleased that she is my primary care provider. Setting up appointments is so easy and simple, and it doesn’t feel like going to the doctors, it feels like a family! I have horrible medical anxiety and going to the doctors has never been so fulfilling for me! They call you by your first name, welcome you, and treat you with kindness!

I first saw Jenniffer when she was the NP at my new doctor’s office. I liked her bedside manner and felt comfortable with the care she gave. She helped greatly with the health issue I was experiencing at the time. When I went to make my next appointment and found that she’d left to start her own practice, I followed her and that’s been a great decision for my healthcare. She is a compassionate and thoughtful healthcare provider and is always prompt to respond to questions between appointments. I love that she offers telehealth appointments - it makes scheduling easier (as I live in the West valley but work in the East valley) and appointments are convenient and quick (but accommodating if I need more time with questions, etc).

The form process is simple, I had all forms filled and signed within minutes from my iPhone, The communication is easy as I can send her messages via her telemedicine application, She is flexible with my schedule which allows me to not miss any work when I need to make appointments. I have seen her via Tele medicine and in person, and she has always answered all my questions. Also she has helped me with several forms that needed to be filled for my employer.
