Lisa is at best a used car salesman. In a industry thats all but dead. She aggressively pushs you to what she wants you to have. In this day and age with the internet and all. Its real easy to see that she tried to sell my Wife a $150.00 set of hearing aids for $1700.00. Then Got so ANGRY when She was Caught!!!Anyway she has been reported to the Insurance company. They said they would put her on the DO NOT USE LIST. Beware Shes Bad News.

Do not go here. Absolute worst experience ans the reciews clearly indicated we arent alone in this opinion. Wouldnt be suprised if she was forced to shut her doors, she certainly should not be in business. I am extremely disappointed and surprised at the lack of professionalism or service received by the doctor at this facility. My spouse has been seeing Lisa and her family for over 20 years. He has chosen to be a continued loyal customer of hers, even when it meant that a drive to her office would be over an hour. This year my spouse decided to invest a large amount of money, roughly $6500, in hearing aids and decided it would be best to work with Lisa to get what would work best for him. We made it to our first appointment, opted to get the best hearing aid available for his needs and paid $6500. We scheduled our appointment for a fitting once the hearing aids arrived. On the day of his appointment, my spouse decided to leave an hour and a half early to make it on time. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day and we knew traffic would be cooperative. On a normal day the drive is around 50 minutes. This day it took him almost 2 hours to arrive. As the drive continued the conditions got worse. We called the doctors office 30 minutes from his appointment time to explain we would be running behind, roughly 15-20 minutes. The receptionist said she understood and advised me to tell my spouse that he needed to be there before the office closed or he would not be seen. I called 2 more times with status updates and was told the same thing each time by the receptionist. My spouse made it to the doctors office between 15-20 minutes late for his appointment. The doctor met him in the waiting room and immediately rose her voice at him. She proceeded to berate him about his arrival time. My spouse left the office very distraught and upset. I called the office and was immediately placed on the phone with the doctor. I very calmly explained to the doctor that I had been in touch with the receptionist and asked if I could get a better explanation of what took place. Again, the doctor instantly rose her voice at me, stating that the road conditions and weather were not her problem and that it was not the responsibility of the receptionist to know whether or not our appointment could still be held if we were late. I explained we understood if the appointment needed to be rescheduled but the receptionist never indicated that was a necessity and never explained we would not be seen. I then reiterated I had called in calmly and simply asking for a better explanation and requested that she conduct herself in a professional manner. She proceeded to raise her voice and stated it was not her problem and that she had more important things to do. When I asked her if this is how she chose to treat a 20 year customer she screamed at me and accused us of not respecting her time. She made the message very loud and clear so I chose to end the phone call. Unfortunately due to her lack of professionalism, compassion and choice of poor conduct we have decided to move in a different direction to better meet my spouse’s needs. No patient should ever be subject to that type of hysteria or abuse. This office, specifically the doctor, truly needs to get a better understanding of service and professionalism when dealing with its clients if she hopes to keep her doors open.

Called at last minute-Rose was so nice and friendly. Mike was terrific and very professional. Modified hearing settings, explained all he was doing, taught me how to clean earpieces. Great compared to other hearing centers been to in past.

I do not appreciate the way my mom was treated this afternoon! She was in tears! Lisa was extremely unprofessional! Yelling and getting frustrated when my mom told her she wanted her hearing aids adjusted. Is it not your job to make sure the customer is happy with their hearing aids?! My mom will not be going back to this location.

Felt sketchy from the beginning. Lisa seems more like shes a saleswoman rather than a medical professional who cares about the patient. Had multiple insurance issues with them and they tried to argue the EOB, and eventually kicked me out when I refused to pay the difference when the EOB clearly stated that they agreed not to bill me the difference. Super sketchy and unprofessional . Dont know how they keep business.
