I see and have over the phone appointments with Helene. She is wonderful. She is very attentive and helpful. I also love Dr Solomon. Shes amazing! I feel very blessed to have such wonderful care.

Ive always had great experiences with g i Care Consultants. The nurse practitioner Helena is amazing, very attentive, thorough, and as always addresses my specific needs. I interact with Doctor Solomon when I need my follow-up colonoscopies and she is very professional.

Courteous office staff and doctor.

I’ve had many covid tests done before. One of the young lady’s did my covid test too rough and made my nose bleed. She also wasn’t paying attention and did it more then 10 seconds. She didn’t even tell me i was bleeding and she just asked if i had allergies.

Wonderful staff!!! I am not sure why some of the negative reviews!! The front staff was super nice, and caring. Helena the NP was amazing, she answered all my questions, help set our minds at ease. I honestly recommend this Office. Very educated, compassionate, and understanding. Helenas comforting words helped us digest what my fiancee was up against. Im glad my fiancee is a patient at this practice. Thank you to all the staff, you are amazing!!!

Good doctor, bad staff.1. They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. I have been trying to reach them every day for a week now.. countless voicemails. They won’t call back.2. When I did visit them the front desk lady was super rude. They keep the glass shut and ignore you until THEY want to talk to you. No eye contact as well. If you hate your job so much leave. 🤷🏼‍♀️3. They wouldn’t give me my ID and insurance card back until after the doctor saw me. What’s up with that?4. They used a cheap Walmart blood pressure machine that only comes with one size arm band. They don’t even try to put it around your upper arm and put It on your forearm. It hurt so bad.5. They make you set up all of your blood work, tests, scans, referrals. They print out everything and had it off to you not explaining anything.Besides all of that Helena was AMAZING. She listened to all of my concerns, took me seriously, and is helping me with my medical issues.(More than I can say for other medical professionals I’ve tried to work with.)

**UpdateI have been receiving much better service from the office staff here this year and would like to update my review.They do not answer the phone. You leave messages and they do not call you back. Its too bad because the doctors here are good but it doesnt really matter how good they are if you cant schedule an appointment.

Very clean place

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Ive never had any problems with Dr. Lam, but his office staff are the worst Ive ever dealt with. They send prescriptions to the wrong location (even though I sat right in front of her and told her where I fill my scripts), they never answer the phone, never return calls and never call with results. If I could keep my doctor and replace his whole staff, I would in a heartbeat! I highly recommend finding a different office to go to because this one is a joke!

Worst office ever, Cant even get through the phone, have to leave to many voicemails, and even then they still dont call you back. Dr. Lam doesnt have no interest in really helping, just wants to get you in and out,there is no care in his eyes. They hung up on me 3 times. Never recommend going there ever again.

Dr Soloman was very professional and thorough. My mother and I have both seen her and like her.

Wouldnt know what the inside of the office is like or what the doctors are like because I cant even get anything handled. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail and never get a phone call back. I had to leave four voicemails before I finally got a call back over the course of two and a half weeks just to schedule an appointment and have them tax me paperwork. Now Im calling again because I just need their fax number cause the one on the fax they sent me wont go through and again no one will answer the phone and Ive already left two voicemails at this point about that in the past 4 days. Sucks because its the only GI doctor I can go to with my insurance and the particular situation that I have to deal with. I really miss my Dr. Liz Cruz office. At least they answered the phone and gave me call backs after I left voicemails. This place you cant even barely get in the front door.

The initial contact with office was a bit off-putting, but the second communication was much better. My initial consultation was telephonic with Helena, which was very informative, questions answered, pleasant demeanor. No one wants to go in for a colonoscopy, but she is very good with answering questions, professional, putting me at ease about next steps. I recommend.
