The last 15min is a relaxing body massage from head to toe 😍👌🏼Wear comfy clothes because it’s so relaxing and your clothes stay on. Just wear leggings or sweats that can be pushed up to your knees. Very happy w our massages. Thought that the reg 60min was 35 but that option doesnt include oil or lotion so we chose the 40 dollar 60 min option w oil lotion and hot towels. Very happy. 20 dollar tip each thanks to the affordable price of massage

I have had two foot surgeries in the past two years and I come to Coco for a foot massage. Julie does an excellent job of getting to the root of my problem because I have arthritis in my feet from years of basketball and running and jumping. I would highly recommend this establishment, and wish I was aware of it sooner . Very therapeutic for the severe condition of my foot and I would imagine any other conditions where massage would be helpful. Clean , courteous and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The masseuse was really good on massaged they really know what they are doing- I was hoping to upgrade their linen and keep it soft and smell more fresher for a relaxing senses..

A decent massage at a fair price so you think. We were hassled to pay a $10 tip per person. THIS IS NOT CORRECT!One of us did not have a great experience from a male masseuse. The male masseuse was frequently coughing throughout the massage and we received a different massage from what we requested. They were also making a lot of noise for what should be a quiet environment.Despite not having much cash, we did not feel the experience was worth a $10 tip (who carries cash these days anyways). The cashier disagreed. He stood up and expanded his chest while aggressively pointing to the desired tip on a sign.We paid the tip on a card plus a $1. LOL!! He added an additional dollar. Should I have disputed the $1? We didnt and just paid.We paid to be civil and not to cause tension especially after a wave of anti-asian violence. We want to support asian-owned businesses but not at the expense of poor customer service, so we WILL NOT be returning to this location.I copied & pasted the definition of tipping below and want to emphasize NOT EXPECTED & TO REWARD HIGH QUALITY SERVICE in case they read this review.Tipping is commonly not expected, but is practiced to reward high quality service or as a kind gesture.

This place is hands down the worst me and the wife came here at first it was to ladies then when they covered our face the guy came in and started on my wife he was shocked when I looked up at him they also rubbed im not sure what on me and 2 days later my hair is falling out... this place is the worst I will never be back

It was alright. I agree with whats said here, I dont think anyone there is licensed but the massaging itself was relaxing. The language barrier is very difficult. Makes it hard to communicate what you want or what makes you comfortable. I had a male massage therapist and at one point when I was turning over he moved the covering in a way that he could see full frontal. Not professional or ok. You get what you pay for and I think Id pay for better ambiance and professionalism next time, even if the massage itself was good.

What a great massage...I wasnt expecting much with such a low price but I was blown out of the water. Masseuse found my problem areas quickly and worked them out like magic. I will definitely be back.

Ive been a here a few times theyre very reasonably priced and they do great massages, its not equivalent to a Massage Envy or other higher end places but I dont mind it, the massages are always great. They do want tips in cash and if you forget theyll allow it to go on your credit card but if you forget to tip, theyll let you know which is not so professional but hey is what it is.

Hubby and I went for a couples massage, it was his first time. Place was clean and friendly. Massage was good. They do charge extra to use credit or debit card and like tips in cash.

I found it very hard to relax during my couples massage when the 2 ladies giving massages wouldnt stop talking in their language. When I went to tip I was being nice and giving $5 but she said no and pointed to a sign that said $7-10 is the required tip for a one hour massage. When my friend went to pay, she wanted to use her card even for the tip and they told her they see cash in her wallet! Ill never go back.

Best prices and I love reflexology massages. It is not a massage envy massage. This is reflexology! I think it is even better. And you cant beat the price!

I dont think the massage therapist there are licensed therapists. My massage was just eh. My wifes massage was the same. At the end when we went to pay, the lady at the register asks for more of a tip because her workers are very tired. I wouldnt recommend this if you want to enjoy a good massage.

I truly enjoyed my experience. My masseuse recognize right where my back pain was and was able to work the tight muscle loose. I would recommend this place. Make a reservation and bring cash for your tip.

Fair massage with language barrier. They insist on a 22% tip. The massage is actually very good, doubt ever had formal training. All end with the 22% tip demand. Still beats Envy pricing though.

My friend came in to have her massage yesterday. It clearly indicates walk-ins welcome. 15 minutes into the massage, they come to ask if she had an appointment and says no. She was asked to leave! Why have a sign of walk in welcome if its not true? Why even start if you are going to be stopped 15 minutes in. They handled it unprofessionally and they obviously dont care about their customers!!! Do not come here!!!!!!

They always do a great job for a reasonable price. Very relaxing and they really care about your body. Little old lady lectures me about my posture lol. I go there once a month for maintenance😊. Love them!!

Ive gone to alot of massage places, coco is one of my favorites. Never have I had a complaint with the actual massage. My only complaint is the tipping, they tell you what you need to tip. I ignore them and give 15-20% of my total bill... Which is customary
