I have been a patient with BAYLESS healthcare.for 6 years. I will continue to receive services here because my providers are exceptional. Dr.Raby is very attentive and easy to communicate with. My therapist is a perfect fit.Some negatives;The supporting staff is polite and welcoming however time delays are often when needing prior authorization or records. Phone wait times can be outrageous and the online portal is a hit or miss system. The online portal does function properly more often than glitching. I recommend the portal for efficiency respective of the phone line.I have not always had a smooth transition with prior therapists but that seems to have been addressed as I am very satisfied with my current counseling. Scheduled appointments are carried out via ZOOM and it’s been a major asset towards my treatment.

Dr. Millstein was prompt, courteous, and I believe his diagnosis and prescription have me on my way to a full recovery. The video session made the difference since I couldnt get to his office.

DR Metzger is always happy and upbeat, very personable and she takes the time to listen to me. I never feel hurried or insignificant and her genuine care for my situation comes thru. I highly recommend her.

Staff is very professional & courteous. Dr. Herrera is a very pleasant person to speak with as well as making sure to provide me with all the information I needed. He took the time to answer any questions and to make sure we were both on the same page in regards to my treatment. I left the initial meeting assured that I had finally found a psychiatrist that would look out for my best interests.

I’m extremely satisfied with the virtual services provided by Dr. G Herrera. He is very kind, professional, and thorough while still able to maintain time efficiency. I am grateful for the treatment and plan he has provided, he has addressed each issue over time and I have never felt better.

Anytime I have an appointment with any of the providers at Bayless integrated Healthcare it is a positive experience. I like having all of my Healthcare Providers under one umbrella so that the notes are easily shared and my providers are on the same page. I find that my providers at Bayless are truly very caring and take the time to hear you. I never feel like my provider is in a rush Ender always willing to answer any questions that I have an address all of my concerns.

My therapist is a really good listener and helps me get through whatever my issues are and helps me with things outside of the issues. My psychiatrist is very good at knowing which medication is good for my body considering my health conditions. I have recommended bayless before to my friend who is struggling with her issues at the moment.

Only two stars for how nice and professional Claudia Arballo is. Behavioral health with Gorky is worse then Ive ever seen, they need you to be seen by another doctor since the one that prescribed you blood pressure medicine is on maternity leave in order to get a 30 day supply until you can get back in there. Front desk in no help. Go somewhere else.

Was fast not a long wait, they also had old fashioned blood pressure cuffs to use for checking the blood pressure, because the machine are not always accurate, the doctor was concerned about my health, and it was a regular doctors office not a clinic. And that was great for me cuz thats what Im looking for just one doctor to care for me and get to know me.
