Dr. Farwig is very thorough, friendly and has good technique. The Joint in general rates a 5 in convenience and plans to meet an individuals budget and needs, but lacks in consistency between practitioners. Ive been going to the joint for 10+years and have found that the good ones are either shifted to different locations or leave the company after a couple of years. Hard to find one that is talented and that you can stick with.

Friendly environment,, great service and flexible schedule that works out perfectly for me. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.

Dr Griffin and Howe are the best, always get everything in the back. But for the love of god please fix the scanner, people shouldnt be saying out loud their last names and DOB, thats a very private information. Train the reception desk to ask for ID instead.

When it a little nervous, it was my first time ever. I sit at a desk all day, and just recently started to lift weights and felt I needed a little bit of help getting my body in check to help in the future. LOVE the Joint. I will say it DOES depend on who you see. If you are a newcomer, try out the different doctors. I love Dr. Scott and Dr. Howe. Dr. Scott used a lot more pressure. I like to see him when I am really hurting because he has all the moves to relieve stress. I went to him at the start of a migraine and after an adjustment it went away. If you are more sensitive and require a lighter touch, I would see Dr. Howe. He is very through and gets the job done. They are both AMAZING.

I went to the joint yesterday because I have a horrible headache. I go see Dr. Scott and he always cracks me and relieves the pressure. Works better than ibuprofen. Always am headache free in about 20 mins.

I arrived The Joint Avondale on June 23 2020 due a issue on my neck and hip caused by car accident few years ago.Since beginning of my treatment I started to recover my flexibility and feeling less pain.One year later. I saw this Famous YouTube In San Diego, Ca named BRAWADIS aka Brandon awards . He had made a video on the joint . He said he felt good after. So I was looking up locations in my area! Found one in Avondale. I went and I was greeted at the door and the doctors were very nice and very knowledgeable. I was scared at first but talking to them made me feel comfortable. I went there with 5 months of back pain that first visit did it for me . I felt brand new. Thank you to everyone at the front desk and the doctors for being welcoming. This place is amazing. I walked in yesterday any different ailments in areas of pain. What is my problem was I could not bend my right hand forward or backwards at the wrist. Within one adjustment the next day I have full mobility in my right hand at wrist. Their work is amazing.

The way I felt walking into the Joint this morning I couldnt even hardly stand after sitting for 10 minutes and when I left my pain went from a 9 literally to a 2. Tried to go back in today, drove 30 mins to the location waited 10 mins to be able to check to be told that they close in 45 mins and since I had t seen them in over a year I count as a new patient so they wouldnt see me today because the exam takes 30 minutes. The Joint doctors were miracle workers. I suffered from sciatica pain for years before I got help. Within a month of chiropractic treatments my pain has completely gone away. I walk so much easier, I’m pain free and I have a greater range of motion. I’m continuing my membership to keep normal stiffness away and to remain aligned to make sure my body is working at its fullest potential. Dr. Smith and Dr. Alex have been awesome and give me lots of information while helping me. Plus it’s a super affordable investment in my own health and well being. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve never had any back issues, while doing some yard work I experienced what can only be described as “my back going out”! I was completely immobile and waited an excruciating long day to see if it would go away. The following day I hobbled into “The Joint” and was greeted by an extremely friendly staff that guided me through the paperwork. The 2 doctors I’ve seen (Dr. A and Dr. Scott) are amazing! My whole life I’ve been skeptical but the results speak for themselves! After my first adjustment I was already feeling a lot better and was able to walk and breathe without pain! Highly recommend “The Joint”! Thank you!!!!***UPDATE***Highly deceptive charging methods. They sell you monthly packages, that they don’t make clear don’t expire and continue to roll on month after month. (Mind you, I’m filling out this paperwork barely able to breathe or walk my back was in such pain)They have technology to greet customers with a personalized phone answering system but not to alert customers that you’re 4 months over on your “3 month package” with zero activity, no they’ll keep quiet and keep pocketing your money.Called and asked to speak to someone and got stuck speaking to someone claiming to be a manger. She was extremely condescending on the phone, as if she’s heard my complaint a million times, and was clearly trying to impress someone in the background who was shouting orders at her.Overall, the adjustment sessions were amazing unfortunately the customer service from the front desk and billing methods are amateur and deceptive, I would not recommend doing business with this establishment or this chain.

The front desk new lady said it would be 5-10 mins and it had been 20 mins or more. She didnt say longer nor explain it would take longer. She even didnt mention the new patients go first. She needs to explain these things instead of us just being clueless. Once I brought it to her attention, she had no empathy nor did she apologize. Then she said we had to wait another 40 mins. Although, when we said we would come back later. She proceeded to yell out that its going to still be busy later. As if she was trying to be rude and she handled this very unprofessionally. She was the lady with no glasses and red hair and I had never seen her there before.UPDATE TO THE REPLY BELOW: Not only was there a miscommunication. It was also the way she handled it. Getting loud with me, no empathy, she didnt apologize, nor tried to resolve the issue. I will never go back there again. I would rather drive 30 mins everytime to see my go to chiropractor or miss 2 days. Before I ever go to this location again.

I have been seeing Dr. Scott for over a year and he is always willing to alter the adjustment for what area is currently hurting and I always feel much better leaving then I did coming in! I have tried other Joint facilities and he has given by far the best adjustments. Would recommend him to any of my friends/family.

I accidentally came into this location after signing up at a different one but I think it was meant to be! Dr. Scott has been life changing with his work!! I’m always so excited to come in because he just makes me feel like a brand new person every time! Couldn’t be happier with the service he provides.

My neck is always and issue for me, and this visit was THE BEST neck alignment I’ve had. The woman who was adjusting me noticed I had a lot of tension and my neck wouldn’t release, so she called someone over who was senior in the office. Wow. My neck felt like it was in man handling positions haha but wow I’ve never had a release like that. Thank you! I truly needed that.

Dr. Scot was amazing. I have been a member of the JOINT for a few years now and I travel a lot. I locate the JOINT in every place I go. I was out here in Phoenix visiting my daughter and felt bad. Dr. Scot adjusted my hips, tail bone, entire spine and neck and I felt so a relief throughout my body it was AMAZING!!! There is also another Dr. that is there on Monday, I forgot his name, but nevertheless this location is one of the BEST I HAVE VISITED by far. I wish I could pack them up and take them back to Georgia with me.

Whenever I have pinched nerve they know how to fix it and I dont have to take pain relievers just to numb the pain.

I have a great experience each and every time I go for an adjustment..If younarr just looking for something fast and too the point..but if you go on Fridays and get the older gentleman he really listens and takes time to listen to your body and adjust accordingly well worth my 70 bucks a month.

The process was quick and easy. I filled out the paperwork, was adjusted and out the door in less than 40 minutes for my first visit. My longest wait was 20 minutes and that is only because there were several other patients to be seen before me.

The Joint seems like a great deal so far. I’ve paid a lot more for cash visits at other chiropractors in the valley. To give you an idea, I’m actually paying $41 less per visit at The Joint compared to my most recent chiropractor. Once I got the paperwork taken care of on the initial visit, I’ve been in and out in 10 minutes or less on all of my other visits. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the adjustments have been very affective for me so far giving me relief in my neck and my lower and mid back. I would definitely recommend The Joint.

This is the ONLY location I try to go to... Specifically for Dr. Scot. Hes the best in the field. Stress, work, life, getting adjusted and correcting my joints is money well spent. Having someone know exactly what they are doing every single time eases any and all joint pain... Its refreshing. Plus, not having to set an appointment and seen quickly helps a lot. Ive been going for years and will continue.

This location is NOT following ANY social distancing or CDC guidelines. The tables are in one big room with everyone. I went on a Sunday and it was absolutely packed with people. This company does not care about the well being of its patients or employees. They only seem to care about getting as many people in as they can to make money.They’re not even wiping down the tables between people... or washing/sanitizing their hands after touching people. Which should be standard even without a pandemic virus.

Worst experience ever!!! My name is David Rodriguez, i signed up for a membership on July 19, 2020 for lower back pain. I was a little skeptical about whether or not this will fix my problem so I asked, Can I cancel at any time? I was told yes. Another question I asked, If i dont use all 4 visits can my wife come in and use one? Again, I was told yes. So cool, I bought the membership. After two visits and talking to a few physical therapists I decided the chiropractor was not for me. I never used my last two visits for that month and I called the store to cancel my membership. I was told I have to wait two months after my initial sign up before I can cancel. I was a little bothered by this but, what ever, I waited. After the second payment came out I called again, saying I would like to cancel my membership. I was then told I have to come into the store and sign a paper. Once again, a little bothered, but what ever! I went into the store having already paid for my second months membership, and having my wife with me, and she was having pain, so we asked, Can my wife use one of my membership visits since I am not going to use it and I already paid for it? I was told yes. They had my wife fill out new patient paper work and she was a little worried. Why so much paper work? But I figured new patient info is standard. My wife asked again, just in case, Im not getting charged for this, am I? The lady said no. While we were waiting for our turn to go to the back, we over heard them telling another guest that he has to pay for his last visit because his cut of date is today. So he didnt get to use his last visit. So my wife asked me again if I was sure there not going to charge me. I told her no, the lady said you can use my visit. We finally got to the back and my wife starts talking to the doctor. First thing he starts to do is up sell his service! Whatever! Ok, cool, he has to make money. After all is said and done, the doctor asked us if we are going to want to sign up for a membership for my wife. I told him no, money is too tight right now, and I told him that is why she was using one of my visits. He said OK. We walked to the front and I walked to the lady at the desk to say good bye. She informed that we still have to pay. I was shocked!!! What? I asked you if my wife can use one of my membership visits since I just cancelled my membership and already payed for four visits that Im not going to use. She told me, I would never say that. Not wanting to make a big scene, I said, What ever! I paid the fee. The people there are just a bunch of crooked sales people that will say anything to get you to sign up for a membership and then change their story saying thats not how we do things. So I ended up spending $170 for three visits. I would give negative stars if I could. I will never again go to The Joint!!!

I love this place. I have Insurance, but its cheaper to pay cash. I was sore and hurting all the time and couldnt sleep. After going to the Joint I got the relief and now feel great. I choose to go a few times a month for maintenance and I stay pain free. Its quick, affordable and gets it done. I love it

I was in pretty bad shape with back pain and major discomfort. The Joint Chiropractic was the ONLY place open that was a reasonable distance from my home. Starting from the initial phone I spoke with Elizabeth who was EXTREMELY informative and empathetic to my circumstances. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from both Elizabeth and Maité. They were able and more than willing to answer all of the questions I had. Dr. Howe is who I had the pleasure of seeing. He took care of me, and with an adjustment was able to relieve the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. Oh my gosh Dr. SCOT (with one T) gave me the best adjustment Ive had in years! I cracked, popped and even said that I that felt like a musical instrument. One leg was shorter than the other by 1 and he fixed it, its the first time its been fixed where I FELT it back in alignment. I immediately felt like I was standing taller and my mood was immediately boosted too. I was on air after I stood up (er, maybe it was that neck adjustment). I cant say enough. All well trained, and each chiropractor is different - you might receive a different but equally beneficial treatment from each one. Located everywhere, you can visit the closest place each week - we have used weekly adjustments for 9 years - really helps to keep us balanced, any tweak you just make an extra stop or move your adjustment day closer.

Scott is by far the best chiropractor I have since. This is no joke. I have been seeing a chiropractor for 20 years and I never felt so good plus I feel like I am going in the right direction. FYI he is not a gentle man when it comes to making you feel great. So if you don’t like a ruff adjustment or like a gentle move here and there. He is not who you want to see. BUT AGAIN YOUR NOT HERE TO BE HANDLED GENTLE. Your here to get relief and that what Scot does!!!

Just like to start out by saying i am a Marine Corps vet who has been suffering from lower back pain, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain for the last 4 years. About a month ago after getting to a point where sitting and laying down at night became next to impossible without pain medication i decided that id seek out chiropractic care outside of the VA system due to its lengthy process and i decided to try out The Joint near my home. After only a few visits i noticed a HUGE difference and now that i have been attending regular visits for about a month my lower back, hip and shoulder pain has been greatly reduced and the longer i go the better i feel. I definitely recommend The Joint to anyone who is in any type of pain or just wanting to keep their body in shape and especially to any vets out there! They offer a Vet discount and treat any and everyone greatly and they really care about your health and well being.

I am very pleased with my treatment, however as a nurse I was disappointed that the providers were not wearing masks and were reluctant in wiping off the table after each patient. I would like to see the joint require all who enter to have a mask on in such close quarters.

I came in to see Dr. Scott for an adjustment a few weeks ago as I had been experiencing neck pain and severe headaches for months. After that day my quality of life has been alot better!
