Clean, parking lot well lit. We stayed overnight in our RV in the designated parking. A little noisy from traffic but fir free I cant complain. The store was awesomeFriendly staff.

Went to store to purchase folding directors chair. Knew what we wanted. Young kid when asked said there were no more in the back room, what we have out is all we have. Thank the Lord an older employee overhead and told us that yes there are more in stock. Great guy went back and got us more. We bought our 4 chairs and some other merchandise and left. Great job to the older employee and the guy in optics.

Great place! The kids have so much fun coming and picking out their own fishing gear and seeing all the displays. Great selection of camping, hunting, and fishing gear along with clothing for all ages and sizes. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about the different selections available. The store is clean and easy to navigate around to the different areas. Plenty of parking available and handicap accessible. The waterfall and displays are fun to just go see all by themselves, but chances are you will find something that catches your eye and will purchase. If your into outside activities such as hunting, fishing, or camping you will spend hours checking out all the gear and merchandise they offer.

The experience was great. My 1st time purchasing a firearm from cabelas. The process was simple took around 35 minutes while all information was processed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the weapons. Will definitely be going back. I took my SS card, DL license, and my conceal carry license because Im from out of state. I didnt want any issues.

Ive been going to Cabelas for years. They have good hiking equipment, hunting equipment, weapons (guns, bows, knives, etc), and protective outdoor clothing. They have everything anyone of any experience level would need. I highly recommend as staff seems highly knowledgeable about products.

Dave in fishing was very knowledgeable. He listened to me first(phone conversation) then found what I was searching for. Nice to get a real person on the phone. Operator was nice to. Thank you.

I went in to make a return/exchange for another family member. Staff was very pleasant, helping me meander through the store. Added bonus and completely unrelated .. found Marias Field of Hope (though the field was cleared and ready for next years sunflowers)

First time going into Cabelas I was pretty excited because it looked like a large store to explore. The inside is absolutely beautiful I thought I was in a high end rustic hotel. However, we walked in and the first thing we get created with is an employee trying to sell us on a credit card with them. I asked where the item I was looking for was in the store and the employee just generally told me, oh its in the campering area waving their finger in a general direction instead of possibly showing me where it was as I did state it was my first time in this huge store. I did find the item after some searching and left. Wish I felt comfortable enough to explore more.

This Cabelas is the closest to our home (close to an hour and a half away).Weve shopped other Cabelas over the years, living in other locations. Were looking forward to shopping for some familiar items. Newer location. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, not really busy at all. Not one person greeted us, not one single person offered to help us find anything we were looking for and there were plenty of employees around. Will never go back and will let others know its not worth the drive.

I love shopping here. The customer service is excellent from the time I enter the place until left. The guys in the fishing department today was excellent. Thank you for all the knowledge and great conversation.

Great deals. Card members get premium prices and extra ammo allotments. DOG FRIENDLY. Devin was a pleasure and was extremely knowledgeable. Will be going back soon for the rest of my outdoor and home protection needs.

I like Cabelas. They just charge too much with their buying power! You should be able to buy mo with less from them! I mean theyre supposed to targeting the blue collar worker rite?! Sell us good stuff at a discount! And stop trying to force credit cards down our throats when we walk in!

If you want a firearm, dont go here.... I waited over thirty minutes, yesterday, during a slow time, with two people at the counter and two patrons being served. Neither ever looked at me nor spoke to me, telling me the wait time or if a colleague was coming. One gentleman seemed at the end of the transaction the entire time (having purchased a lot of firearms, I know what that looks like), but it never came. I got tired of waiting and left. Why you wouldnt call in a colleague or, at the very least, acknowledge someones existence, I do not know.Ammunition is overpriced, firearms are generally overpriced (I was there for something on sale from a flier) -- go to Gun Hub or one of the other shops, instead.

Everything about fishing, whether it is by air, land or sea, and everything that is beautiful, look at the pictures 👍🏻.

I love this place even though I kinda go into sensory overload, the only trouble I have is it seems dark in the isles so I sometimes struggle to see the gear Im looking for but that may just be me. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

If you have a question they have an answer. Dropped by for some fishing gear and as I have a Tracker boat, I was looking for pointers on a few minor issues and they were happy to have a technician talk to me even though I made it clear I do my own work usually. Also, they were very helpful and understanding of the fact my dog thought their fake tree was a real one. I simply asked for supplies to clean up the job and sure enough, here comes an employee with gloves on and took care of the tree issue. The selection is also a great attribute and if they dont have it, it seems they will find a way to get it or point you a different direction. Appreciate the help Cabelas.

The sales people are over friendly (I personally dont like stores when your 2 feet from someone they ask can I help you). The store was clean and well stocked, even though they didnt have the 1 item I was looking for and the other was very overpriced. The ladies bathroom needed attention but not to bad.Went to the food location was very nice. The food was great, dont forget to try the fudge. It was very clean area. Dan and his staff do a great job there.

Used to love this store. However last few times I have stopped in I have gotten the worst gun counter service of any gun/outdoor store ever. Took 45-55 minutes to get helped at the gun counter when there where three old dudes standing around jacking each other off. What a joke. When I was finally helped the guy was a total fudd only wanted to sell me a $4000 double barrel shotgun but when I asked to look at a nice ar10 the guy didn’t have a word to say. After that he proclaimed that he is a proud democrat. On top of all that their ammo prices have been some of the highest around even fin has better deals than them. Will not be returning any time soon.

Went to purchase a gun on 4/10/21. My background went into delay. Was told it could take up to 2-3 days for background to clear which is the only reason I paid for the gun in full. I get a background check because I’m in the medical field every 5 years. Never had any issues. Now all of a sudden I’m having issues. As of today 4/20/21 still no gun. Only time I can speak to a representative regarding the issue is if I call from a blocked number. They are avoiding me and holding a gun that I have fully purchased. NEVER AGAIN….

I really appreciate Cabelas letting campers use the parking lot over night. But parking storage containers in 70% of the spaces, was frustrating. But helping the campers when the local Walmart has closed its lot means a lot.

If its hunting fishing camping or whatever outdoors i guarantee cabelas has what you need bit pricey but well worth it love going to cabelas for al my fishing gear and needs would recommend to anyone great store

Pretty small cabelas. But they have a decent hunting and fishing selection. More fishing stuff than hunting stuff.Staff was friendly and helpful.

We went for the family fishing weekend and loved it! When 2 of my daughters had bait stealing fish rob them, one of the employees pulled a fish out so they could still take pics! Their fudge is always amazing! The garlic parmesan fry seasoning is fantastic on pork chops!!

Been going there for the past 6 months at different times. They never have any handgun ammo on shelves. They are hiding it from the general public. They are selling to friends and credit card holders. I suggest everyone make a call to corporate and report this location and its manager.

This place is insane. If you thought you saw it all go there. I had my smoker picked out (I am anti-pellet anti-propane only fire) and then I went here and well yowsas. I love you Cabelas.

Received 400+ page catalog for their “big” upcoming sale. Went to store on first day of sale and many things were out of stock, didn’t have common sizes, or didn’t reflect price in the catalog causing a hassle. Attempted to purchase online and still many items were not in stock. It seemed like a big joke as everything was just a big contradiction. This, along with a couple other poor experiences over the last year has made me lose interest in Cabela’s, probably closing my card.

Beautiful store , bit on the pricey side of things, Great service when checking out with your items But very, Very poor service when trying to find an employee to help while looking for items. Purchased a knife from here & took 15 min before someone even acknowledged me looking at the display cabinet .. Took just as long for them to retrieve the item. Love the store just wish their customer service would improve If not , might as well buy online.

3/31/21 called up yesterday as I was looking for a boat trolling motor that I could not see as available online. Was told by a store person that they had it in stock in store and gave me a price. Drive an hr each way to get there and back to be told not only did they not have it in stock but the price given was also wrong. Asked if we could order the correct one and was told they could not. 2 hrs of driving and 45 minutes in the store all for nothing. Was going to spend around $3,000 tonight. I have spent 3k-5k each year with cabellas but not anymore. What a waste of time. Will not spend a dime there from here on. Get some competent people to work for you! Would give zero stars if I could.

I went in Avon ,Cabelas to update my sonar and get an electric motor.i talked to a Vince delucca.im not tec savy to put it mildly.he explained it so I could understand it.walked me thru all my options,answered all my questions and was very patient.i bought what I needed and felt confident with what I purchased.ive been to a lot of sporting goods stores in my 67 years,but never had such an enjoyable experience making a large purchase.whatever this man is being paid its not enough.it was worth the 2. Hour drive.

Hell, if you are into the outdoors how could you not like this place they have it all! A bit dark inside for my taste but I get it with the design scheme. I was on a mission so I glanced around but made a B line for the ammo of which like all others they had next to non of. But yes this is a beautiful place and if you need it they should have it except currently guns and ammo. But thatll change in time... I HOPE.

Great place has everything .

Have been in this store several times. Never purchased a firearm due to price is usually higher than most places Ive been. Decided to give them a shot and purchased a Kimber ultra carry 2. This gun does nothing but jam does not even cycle ammo properly. However, once you leave cabelas it is no longer their problem will never ever go back to the store again.

I mean..... Its Cabelas and I have been shopping with them for over 15 years and customers service is outstanding and the quality of goods here are excellent thanks for bringing one to N.E ohio

Recently purchased a new 22 ft fishing barge with some upgrades. Even though I accepted the boat as it was very disappointed in the appearance of the pontoons. I had already spent three hours there and figured it just needed a cleaning. So I took it as it was. Tried cleaning them they still look terrible. Thats on me. The guys in the back were knowledgeable and helpful. What also upsets me is that I was given incorrect information as far as the requirements for the state identification numbers. The young lady that sold me the registration tag and one of the guys in the back both told me the numbers were not required just the tag was. Did not seem right to me. Everything that I can find online tells me they are absolutely required. If you dont know just say I dont know.

Yep..... i go to Cabala’s too..... they have some really nice fleece jackets on special for $10. Adults and kids jackets, I really liked those. And it’s one of the few places that you can get ammo at original cost, they just sell out quickly.

Beautiful store ... lots to look at so be prepared to spend some time taking it all in. The area for gun sales was extremely congested having a number system set up to manage the customers. Overhead a Cabella employee state we sold 700 guns over a three day period.

My first time to this location. Very little bass fishing gear compared to the pre bass pro buyout. They had single boxes of some ammo on the shelf. No handgun ammo at all, no 12 or 20 gauge less than 3.5 inch. The 1 hour drive was not worth it. If you want to see a real tackle shop, check out Fishermens central in person. It is the largest tackle store in the world. If you want guns and ammunition, try Fin Feather and fur. Prices are high but they have everything. I wont go back to this location. Very disappointed what Bass Pro has done to Cabelas.

I love cables but they have drastically cut down on the Ammo selection.

Customer service lied to my face saying they couldnt refund a $572 purchase to me because the card I used to originally purchase the item was expired and I didnt have my new one with me. I called after we left and the other associate I spoke with told me they CAN refund to a different card (I had another debit card with my name with me) so the lady I spoke to blatantly lied to my face. Now I have to drive 1.5 hours up there again tomorrow to get my refund. Wasting more gas and money. Bullcrap service. And she was incredibly snobby. I rarely wrote bad reviews but I do not like being lied to and screwed over.

Ok but didnt have what I was looking for

I was gifted a bow and wanted to get it fitted for myself. The archery tech did all he could but the older style bow just didnt have enough adjustment to it. He still took the time to help me pick some arrows and assemble them for me. He also walked me through what I would be looking at if I wanted to get my own properly fitted bow and took the time to explain how it all works. I wasnt sure if I was just going to be a walking $ to them but we had a good personable chat and I feel like David really had my best interest. Definitively glad I stopped in and cant wait to go back and get fitted for my own bow!

Closest outdoor retail store near me. Always have that hard time when I come in for one thing and leave spending three times as much. But that is a good thing. Closest and most stocked fly shop with all the fixings.
