I have switched to few doctors and for nothing because they won’t listen to a pain I have. The latest was being ridicule and mocked by Dr. Daniel High which I find inappropriate and rude and ignorant. If there is pain or symptoms that a patient is telling you, that is serious. When you’re forced to mask the pain, that isn’t good. There should be a deep analysis over blood test results and actually focus on that too. And the attending only listened to the intern/resident Dr. high. She did not even looked through my blood test results to confirm what he said was true or anything. I suppose a cholesterol above 200 is normal since that’s what the resident/intern and attending mentioned. (Aka I hate eating junk food. It’s disgusting and makes one fatigue). Attending should also hear out the patient as well since trainees can miss out on details or do errors and won’t admit due to pride and arrogance.

I was very recently a patient on 2 East Tower, I had a beautiful stay I had very attentive nursing care. I had a great stay, quiet, restful, and medication given on time. People very friendly nice professional going all the way.A FANTASTIC STAY under the circumstances.Keep up the excellent work.

The ER staff was wonderful! Dr. Pearl, Nathaniel was extremely helpful and caring to my concerns. He went above and beyond to help me. The ultrasound technician Steven who was checking to make sure I had no blood clots; was very comforting and made me feel comfortable in an extremely uncomfortable situation, because the ER is a scary place for me I had a lot of my past trauma’s in the ER. I came into the ER in an ambulance because I just had surgery 3 days prior for BBL, Lower body lift, inner thigh lift, under arm lift, and 360 liposuction.

I was warmly handled by all of the people of the Aventura M C ER. I was brought up to the radiology department by someone that brought friendliness the whole way up and the whole way back. I was exceptionally well taken care of by RN Michael, who made sure that I was comfortable, that I was informed, that I was given food, making sure if I have any questions.All of the medical personnel worked closely with my own Dr. G – – leading to the important diagnosis we were searching for.

Terrible. They were going to release my Mother to a facility without asking. Dr. Hannabergh ignores patients and comes in without a mask , saying he works “ 7 days a week” and that is the excuse to ignore patients. Dr. H Too does the same. Nurses ignore and are rude. They are always in a bad mood and angry. Aids as well. They mistreat the sick and elderly at this hospital. April the nurse, Olivier, Agnus, etc. - just terrible. Please don’t bring your loved ones to Aventura Hospital because it truly is deplorable. I witnessed it myself.

Anytime a loved one has an emergency I go straight to Aventura hospital. I have had 2 occasions where I had to take family to ER and have had to speed across Miami for an ER that doesn’t make my sick family member wait hours in the cold waiting room just to leave with a pain killer that masks the problem and costly hospital bill. Aventura hospital there is no wait you see a doctor right away and imaging, labs, testing is done within minutes of arriving. I recently had an emergency myself last week and I refused to go anywhere else.

Had to have a total knee replacement. Arrived to hospital 10 minutes before seven and was taken up to the third-floor day surgery. All the nurses introduced themselves as did the team that was helping my doctor with my surgery. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was the second person to be operated on that day. Everything went very smoothly. After I awoke in the recovery room I was taken to my room. This was in the new part of the hospital. All of the doctors and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.I like the fact that they checked on me periodically. I was released the next day.

Went for a PET scan. After waiting for the tech, I was informed that because I was chewing gum, the test could not be done. It would have been nice to have been told that previous to the appointment. Rescheduled for a week later. Showed up, sans gum, took the PET. Monday, went to my oncologist door results, only to find out that the test was corrupt and unreadable. Now, I have to reschedule and retake the exam. Not a good experience.

Quick and great service. First time I got a follow up call from a ER Doctor. My new favorite hospital. Hope I never have to go back though 😋

Need professional help? This hospital is excellent. Every staff that I came across with had been working in the medical field for over 10 years. You’re in good hands ! Went to the ER had to get a cat scan, wasn’t in pain at all. They way they withdrawal blood no give you an IV is professionally done.

Professional, minimal wait. The lady that takes care of you front desk was magnificent. She wore many hats that day. Pleasant polite and efficient. Unfortunately I cant remember her name but I am sure you can find it in the records. That level professionalism nowadays is rarely seen

We spent 4+ hours in ER waiting for help which never received. No solid recommendation, no doctor on duty. No one tells you when you be out or if a professional will see you. Don’t even know what’s the cost of stay. Nurse who attended us was nice, had a lot of theoretical knowledge less of practical. Maybe they are good with other stuff, I had higher expectations from this facility

I was so afraid to be admitted to the hospital because of Covid-19, so I asked the gentleman who transported me to my room if I was going to be on a Corvid floor. He stated that “everybody has Covid-19……

When arriving to the Hospital i was so nervous and scared because of Covid and also being racially profiled like i was at Jackson North ERThe Nurses and Doctors took my condition very seriously and ran numerous tests on me. I didnt have to wait long i wasnt uncomfortable and once i actually talked to the doctor and explained my history He immediately made sure they did everything to ensure we figure out whats causing my pain and seizures. My Anxiety level was so low and i was so comfortable due to the fairness of my treatment. To know i had to leave my family for a couple of days was really hard but what made it easier was the level of concern and care they gave me! Im so Grateful for the 8th floor Charge Nurse whose from the Philippines and Ms.Mary my Nurse! These ladies love what they do and helped me throughout my stay and made me feel safe and heard! I probably wont go anywhere else after this experience but pray i dont have to go back anytime soon. 🙏 God bless the 8th floor Nurses and especially my Charge Nurse 🙏

I am very thankful for all the nurses. They all did an excellent job, they made me feel comfortable, my medicine was always on time. Any time I needed something they would respond very promptly. I had my own room, which was great.

Pre and post Surgery staff could not have been nicer/ They were professional and totally attentive to my issues of small veins & crooked throat. Anesthesiologist inserted IV in legs once I was asleep. This was more convenient that having multiple pokes and blown veins. Room in the new tower is really nice, all rooms private. Construction above was loud & not conducive to post surgery rest. I was movedto a quieter room after it was brought to mgmnt attention. New staffneed to be briefed on needs of each patient following type of surgery.

I don’t know how to thank all Aventura Hospital staff for the amazing job they have been doing for my mom. She’s 88 years old and she doesn’t speak any English. She was hospitalized for about one week.when I called her she said: Don’t worry about me They are taking care of me very well. Overall they have I have great experience with the staff but my only issue is when you call to set up an appointment its seems like the clerks dont want to do their job. Every time I called in to set up an appointment whenever they would picked up the phone they would hang up on me without even letting me to get a few words out.

Initially, I wanted to go to another hospital...I hadnt heard great things about Aventura...However, I decided to go to the Emergency Room for a scan of my knee (at the direction of the orthopedist) because the knee and leg were swollen. First, the wait was very short, and thats totally unusual for an ER. Second, the people I interacted with throughout the process were friendly and helpful. Finally, when I was leaving, a nurse - whom I had never interacted with - stopped me (She knew my name!) because she didnt know I had been cleared to leave. Thats certainly paying attention to detail, and keeping track of patients...

Admitted overnight for observation after a cardiac procedure. The preop, procedure, and postop staff was excellent, attentive, and patient centered. The floor care had one highlight: my nurse Frantz was excellent. He was on point with his care, attentive, compassionate and always communicating every task. Although I was uncomfortable due to the iv line, the monitor cuff, and restricted movement, he tried to make sure that I had some sleep by trying different ways to make me comfortable. The morning shift was another matter. I had requested to speak with the charge nurse and apparently the person at the other end was screening calls. The charge nurse never came to my room. Not a good leadership look. I never saw a patient care assistance in the morning. I was glad that my discharge came so that I could go home.

I had an excellent experience the last three days ago that I was in Aventura Hospital. They have remarkable professional staff. Im very thankful for all the good care they did for me.The hospital is very clean and has very nice rooms, I felt like being in a 5 star hotel. Thank you again.

I must say Aventura Hospital & Medical Center has really stepped up their game since the last time my relative was hospitalized there 3 years ago.From the time she was admitted, until she was discharged, the entire experienced was A-1! Timely doctor and nurses visits, all with a great bed manner! I was really impressed and I definitely see the change in culture there!

My first time at this Hospital and the experience was great. I had a surgery and discharged the same day. The registration was fast and good customer service. The 1 Day Surgery Department made the 5 star in this review. My pre op nurse was so professional, sweet and human. I wish I could remember her name. She was a truly passionate nurse who loves her job. I was in pain and cold and she took care of me immediately. Surgeon Samir Shah and entire hospital team were very professional and made me feel and was in good hands. The post op nurse was also very professional and his smile made me feel I was fine. The surgery was successful.

Was told by my shrink who was extremely busy and booked solid if I was feeling side effects to go to the hospital. Once there they did everything possible to admit me into the mental health ward, lol. Thank goodness the head Doctor knew from speaking with me, this was NOT what I needed at all! I was then told to wait and someone from the ward would come and evaluate me and put me on another medication. I waited and once they finally showed up, again they tried to get me to voluntarily check myself into the mental facility!!!! Said they could not do anything for me unless I checked in! So basically I was there for hours for absolutely no reason. The staff needs to communicate with the other departments and understand what each does. And , NO! I don’t need to go to into a mental ward. Thank you

Great Hospital, Great Care, Great Staff. Was very pleased with the personalized care even with a full ER. Couldnt be happier with the outcome of my procedures. The nurses and doctors really listen and cater the best they can to their patients needs. So happy to have had such great care!

Some of the security staff to get in to visit a loved one I encountered were impatient and rude. They are understaffed. They repeatedly got the good order wrong. Some of the nurses were very good. The doctors were excellent! They treated my 89-yo mother who was sick with pneumonia and after 2-weeks send her home. The discharge from the hospital was not smooth and we were not explained anything about what meds to take. If they could address these issues, the hospital would be a 5-star facility.

This was an excellent hospital with the best nurses and staff. Everything was exceptional even the food choices. The staff took very good care of me. And the occupational and physical therapists were the most professional and explained everything so well. I would recommend Aventura Hospital highly. Thank you

I was taken care of immediately, I wish there were more test that could have been done and given a stronger pain killer to take.Other than that as always I have no complaints from the staff everyone is caring and eager to assist you. I was in and out within an two hours.

I have to say all the TEAM at the hospital were exceptional to me. This people saved my life. I was there for a month because the COVID and since the beginning they were very professional and took care of of me 24/7 for 26 days.Thank you all of you for saving my life, god bless you all.CC

My time of arrival was 6:00 am. Everything went as smooth as silk. I was greeted by smiling faces and cared for by skilled nurses and staff. My doctor, Dr. Hiller, performed the 3 hour surgery with great care and expertise. I didnt even need a nerve block for pain. 10 Days after surgery I am very happy with my results.

This hospital has had moments where it was wonderful and others where it was not so greatBut its back to wonderful very safe and very helpfulI just think while Im the e r they should run more tests and really figure out whats wrong with you

I’m from Ohio and was on vacation at the time I had to visit the emergency room and can I say, what a change of pace and completely different experience from the emergency rooms back home! I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly the doctors were able to get to me and assess my injuries. All of my doctors, nurses, and x-Ray techs went above and beyond!! The doctors also did an absolutely beautiful job stitching my face back together and is healing very nicely! So much thanks and praise for the wonderful staff here!

I am appreciative of the care provided by the medical, nursing and rehabilitation staff at Aventura Hospital.Though the majority of days during my stay required being bed-ridden, and a constant and heavy O2 use, I was able to ambulate and perform personal hygienic functions in my room. The nurses were excellent motivators for a stubborn person like me.

I was treated extremely well, starting with the 911 paramedics. The hospital staff was very professional, well versed and kind. Thank you very much and may God bless all of you and protect your health.

The women’s center at Aventura gets 5 stars because the registration is good, the technicians are great and the Physicians are awesome. Everyone one that I encountered was pleasant and professional.The staff is encouraging and compassionate. This can often be an anxiety producing experience, the staff made me feel more at ease.

My experience at this hospital was excellent. It was fast and the staff was very attentive. I mean everyone that I encounter was very nice and friendly.

I arrived to Aventura after leaving another hospital with the wait time of probably 2-5 hours before being seen. when I entered the ER there was only 1 person there and I was seen right away and the doctor that assisted me was amazing. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hour. I will always make them 1st choice from now on.

Great attention and thorough checking.I was surprised that they served fried food in a hospital, where they should be serving healthy food to keep patients away. Maybe they want us back soon?

The doctors lost 60$ worth of my stuff when I got admitted, nurses were being rude and yelling at patients, they lied on my discharge papers, I didn’t get half of the help they said I did. I went in with a bloody knee and a swollen wrist and they didn’t even treat my knee or wrist, just an X-ray to make sure nothing was broken, which has lead to my knee now being infected. I have now completely lost faith in the Mentalhealth system, so thank you Aventura Hospital.

I received all the attentions even without have show my ID and insurance card.I Went to emergency room after a motorcycle incident. The attention was quick and professional. I hope I don’t need to visit them anytime soon. :)

Hi, I had a positive experience at the Aventura Hospital last week. I was driven to the emergency room, the minute I walked they started to attend to my needs. It took a while to do a total diagnosis, but that was due to results from blood work and urine test. Overall I would return any time, and I would recommend this hospital to anyone who would need competence in hospital care.

Everyone was very nice and I was taken care of promptly and carefully. IN and out for a mamo and bone density in under 40 minutes. Linda was great.

It was such a pleasant visit from the time I entered the waiting room until my check up was completed. The technician was so professional and made me feel very comfortable while examining me. After receiving the wonderful news from the doctor personally, I left with a total feeling of relief and am looking to my next visit.🙏🏼

I was admitted for 33 days and from day 1 the staff was exceptional. I vaguely remember how critical i was coming into ER but i do remember the staff being attentive and friendly. I was then transported to 6 Norh for a few weeks and all the nurses were incredible. My last room change was 7 North where i was more alert and attentive and i must say from the Drs to the nurses were beyond expectation. I felt as if i was being cared for by family, because thats how they made me feel. I cant thank the staff enough. It was truly a life changing experience for me and i am forever grateful for God putting the right people in my corner.

Do no come to this place if you need medical care I have being in this hospital since yesterday we I arrived to the emergency room like about 2 pm with a heart condition AFib well I was keept in emergency room until at 10pm they told me that they found a bed and I was moved to a room and I was going to finally see the doctor Well gest what my Afib is now worst and the so call doeems to caractor or P.A. came to visit the patient next door but left because he forgot he had to see another patient, Im feeling worst and Nobody seems to care. Dont come here for nothing take my advice. Here I leave you this pictures if you still have doubts this is my blood, they came to collect it and guess what I found it on the floor next to my bed minutes later

ER was clean and efficient, very low wait times. The people who took care of me addressed my condition and listened to me as a person. I would trust that team with my care.

I am giving five stars to Aventura Hospital Medical Center for such amazing rapid care for my 92-year-old mother. Due to the nature of her complaint she was seen immediately, our emergency room physicians and nurses and ancillary departments Wasted no time and stabilizing my mom. I appreciate all you did for her with love and care, this is the type of health care we deserve and desire.

I was very well looked after by all, from the time I visited the emergency room until my discharge 7 days later, from the main hospital, North Tower. The nurses who took care of me were very professional and caring throughout my stay. I stayed in the Aventura Hospital for 5 days. I couldnt say enough how satisfied I am with all the care I received in it. All personal that was involved in my care, was top notch. I was treated with respect, and attention to detail all the time.I want to specifically recognize the wonderful service and attention that I received from two nurses: Shakira and Jessica. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Actually, in times when you feel the most vulnerable, is when you need to find warmth and caring people, just like they were to me. This hospital is by far the most accommodating my husband has been to. The doctors, surgeon and all the nurses and staff have been great and deserve 5 stars!

Surprisingly I had a pretty enjoyable hospital experience at Aventura aside from me having to be there in the first place. My nurse were great, the NP & doctor that I interacted with was good. I have no complaints. Apparently I lucked and was in the newer part of the hospital, had a room with a view on the 9th floor. All good reviews from me for my overnight stay. God willing I never have to return but Aventura did right by me.

I had a pretty bad fall and had to visit the emergency room at Aventura Hospital. It was my first time there, and I am glad it was the closest hospital. I was checked in and seen very quickly. Everyone was pleasant, empathetic and helpful.I had to get six stitches on my brow, and Dr. Dubinsky was great. He made me feel confident that he would do a good job at making sure the scarring would be minimal, and he delivered. He called me to check up on me, and even said I could ask for him on my follow up to remove my stitches.When I got there, they were literally expecting me, and I felt really taken care of.My experience at this hospital was really A+.

My husband been admitted in the Aventura Hospital for 2 days. Im a nurse myself from NY and I may say its a huge difference from our Hospitals. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The hospitality of the Aventura Hospitals staff is on a highest level. I really appreciate everyone for the help and support. I wish that NYs Hospitals to be clean, supportive, respectful and professional as Aventura Hospital.

It was very good I go to the Rehabilitation department to get treatment for Lymphedema. The therapist is excellent. The office supper helpful, highly recommend them.

Very attentive care for the 4 days in 8N tower. Keisha, Sam, Agnes, Roni, Natalie and Becky(or Beth) were quick to my needs and comfort. This was my first ever hospital stay and couldn’t have been in any better care!

I had a blocked catheter line after TURP surgery. The staff irrigated it and got me relief. 2 days later another blood clot blocked the line. Once again the very knowledgeable and efficient doctors and nurses were able to clear the blockage. I cant off Dr enough praise for the doctors, nurses and technicians when treated me with kindness and great care and explained to necessary procedures to me.

Every staff/nurse were professional and very helpful. I was well taken care of. Room was clean and well sanitized.

I had never been to Aventura Hospital before. So I was very surprised how everything was. The staff I must say was very attentive, helpful and beyond their duties. I had to go in for some tests and people were very friendly. From the day of my surgery till my discharge, the nurses were amazing! (Ramon, Yaniel, Rose, Barbara). I felt truly blessed and cared for. Made my recovery a lot better. The ONLY part that was a bit disappointing is the security guards. They are very harsh, rude and I understand they have policies to follow but they also have to remember people are trying to see their loved ones.

Aventura Hospital & Medical Center has provided the worst patient experience and standard of care to my brother who is currently hospitalized at the facility. My brother is there with a dislocated hip and femur fracture. The orthopedic surgeon and trauma team has given me every excuse as to why they will not operate on him; thereby making him disabled and wheelchair bound for the rest of his life. My family has made several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to the director of nursing and CEO to request this situation is reviewed by the ethics committee; since my brother has mental health history and was deemed incompetent by your facilitys psychiatrist; however we were unable to reach administration. My brother requires maximum assist and can barely do much for himself because of his inoperable injuries; however the doctors and staff have made several attempts to (unsafely) discharge him home to me despite me telling them that I am disabled myself and cannot provide the assistance and care that he needs.My brother is unable to transfer from his bed to a chair. In a final attempt to force me to take in my now disabled brother; an employee(social worker from 7NT) at Aventura called Department of Children & Family and made frivolous claims of abuse/abandonment about me because we do not feel it is safe to discharge him home.At Aventura Hospital Medical Center do you provide below standard care to all of your patients and call DCF on their family or just the black ones? We know these false claims came from someone at your facility because of the sensitive health information that was included in the false allegations which DCF disclosed to us.It is apparent your facility is for profit; your only concern is money; you want your bed for an insured patient and are trying to force an unsafe discharge.P.S- We will be filing a complaint against your facility with ACHA; so they can investigate the care/ lack of care my brother has received during his admission.

I was welcomed, attended to, prepared for surgical intervention, served by OR staff very well, cared for until I left with positive, helpful, friendly and caring professionals, more like friends than staff.

The nurses were really nice and attentive. They even bought me a cake and sang me happy birthday. I’m not kidding they actually did that.

I went to ER on night of 27th. After having all tests completed I was waiting to be admitted for 12 hours to get a regular room. The space I was occupying in ER had no call button or phone to let my family know where I was or status on my medical condition. I totally understand if there was no other space available. The medical staff was excellent in addressing my problems.

I was very surprised that while I was in the Trama section that not one of the nurses that took care of me for the few days I was in that area that not one was vaccinated. The care was fine but I was thankful that had been vaccinated.

For the night, my mom stayed at the hospital where she was in recovery. The air conditioning was not functioning, she requested for a change of room, the night team told her they couldn’t help her because it was an issue that had been happening across the hospital for the last three days and to leave her door open (no privacy whatsoever). For someone who was recovering after a post traumatic event where her heart stopped, her breathing stopped and she had to be resuscitated and then she was recovering or trying to. An air conditioning not functioning, where other patients are also ill and trying to have a comfortable and safe stay and couldn’t, is unacceptable. Unfortunately from not having air conditioning, my mother didn’t sleep and had a migraine the other day, all day long. The hospital is supposed to provide better service and the upmost and best conditions for their patients.

I’ll never forget September 30th 2008 when my water broke and the ambulance had took me to the closest hospital which was Aventura I was a teen at the time with Medicaid and they made the ambulance people put me back in that ambulance and take me to Joe DiMaggio where they had to perform an emergency C-SECTION because all the water in me drained… I hate it for that experience stupid asx hospital I hope they fired whoever that doctor was.

Getting dialysis is never easy. I was stressed, scared, and nervous. This was my first time after the catheter surgery. I can’t tell you how amazing the staff were. They were so respectful. They were accommodating and compassionate. They made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions. They were so patient. Truly, I am a hard person to please and they went above and beyond, making this difficult time as easy and as enjoyable as possibly can be. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My wound wasan operation done by an other doctorwhich did not turn out, originally theysaid at the wound center it would take6 months to heal, thanks to their greatcare it was done in 3 months.Highlyrecommended!Thank you all, Kari-Mette Pigmans

My father passed away there on 7/23/21 and had his jewelry taken from his body from one of the ICU nurses. This is deplorable and disgusting. Worst nursing staff ever. I dont know what kind of staff takes jewelry from a dead body and keeps it for themselves. Terrible, terrible nurses. They left my father in soiled clothes and did not dress him in a gown,only to cut off his clothes when he passed. Worst hospital ever. How dare they give us back torn clothing but not his jewelry. This is a terrible hospital filled with thieves.

I had a great experience going there but Doctor Johnson (woman). She look chinese to me. She was very heartless and harsh. I hope I never have her as my Doctor again. DR Johnson stated that I should get over my illness. Mind you am pregnant with HG. She said every pregnabt women pass that stage, so you just gon have to be strong she was talking with so much rage. This happen 10-15-2021 (Room 816)in the morning. I was so hurt and cried even more, until now I cant stop thinking of what she said. You can never tell someone how to feel about theur body. I hope you never get to say that to another patient DR Johnson.

The services that I received from Aventura Hospital Team were excellent. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident I was receiving expert medical care. Dr. Pearl and Nicolas Hanabergh and the staff were friendly and ensured that I was receiving the best medical care. The staff was great, too. Walked away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Staff is good, i gave it one star because the emergency room staff gave me a covid vaccine without my authorization and they did not tell me they were vaccinating me. That should be illegal…. Stay on alert if they tell you they are injecting you with a new medication or an experimental drug that you need a follow up in two weeks. SHAME ON YOU !!! FORCE VACCINATION UPON PEOPLE WHO ARE INJURED IN THE E.R.

The hospital is very clean and the ICU nurses are really nice and attentive. The team at Aventura save my mothers life. The only complaint I have is the Doctors could be more transparent. There were times when I felt like I had no clue what was going on because I got different diagnosis from different doctors. In addition, I caught one of the resident Dr in multiple lies, so it was hard to trust anything that specific Dr. said. He is the ONLY reason i am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

First of all I would like to thank Aventura hospitals and medical center. One of the best hospitals that I ever been to. that’s why I keep coming there. My wait is not long according to the time and day that I go there. I also like to thank the staff on board that day I went. My doctor was soooooo caring and kind I broke down in teas of some things I was going through and he understood my pain. The nurses also was on time in helping me they were very caring also. I would recommend anybody to visit Aventura hospital I love the care that I have gotten throughout the years of me come there. Also who’s every at the front when you come in or also very nice by helping me with me signing in. This Hosiptal is a place that I always go to and always will. I was treated so nice and I was treated with a lot of care and love. GOD BLESS THE STAFF AT Aventura hospital you all are in my prayers.

Unfortunately my ex husband was taken to this Hospital a week ago due to a shortage of bed in Memorial Hospital. He had severe shortness of breath. He was discharged a week after in worst condition. Antibiotics where administered for three days with none prescribed at discharge. Now he is worst and have a fever and he is very weak.It is the first Hospital that Drs don’t explain and or give instructions at discharge.Food is terrible, Nurses are ok. Most of the Security personnel are very rude.Take your love ones to another Hospital.

Couldnt ask for a better, anything! From support staff, nurses and doctors on up to anastheologists and surgeons. They really care for u as a person, not just another bed! I highly recommend them!

I was admitted here for my mental health. The 4th floor had no air conditioning it was super hot the entire time. They do absolutely nothing to help people recover mentally. They have no activities, they just make people sit in their room all day with a tv and nothing else. Someone with stable mental health would 100% go crazy here. It was awful.

The experience was much quicker than I imagined or have experienced before. Security, triage, the nurses and doctor were Quick and to the point. I wish I would’ve listen to the ER doctor to get a procedure done that day - now I have to wait in pain for months to get the same procedure I could’ve gotten that day 😞 The ER doctor was correct.

The nurses Ramola and Ramon, went beyond and far to give me the best care. Im indebted with gratitude to them. All the other nurses and doctors were great and caring. I spend 2 weeks and recovered from Covid.

I just completed my annual Mammogram. I want to thank the entire Breast Center team for an experience of Excellence. I was taken in immediately and taken care of right away .Special thanks to Linda, Evelyn, Glenise and Dr. Kosove.Very positive and professional care.

I was at the nicest office and best mammogram I had in my life. I was a little nervous as one of my daughters had both breasts removed and then reconstructive because of cancer in 2020. So super nice and helpful the office, technician & all. I would give them 💯%. Great place to go..❤️❤️

My experience with the staff was wonderful.But I got blood drawn here twice and they did not complete the prescription, only doing half a test. Completely screwing me over. A few lies were told as well but at the end of the day this could’ve all been avoided.Clean facility.Wonderful staff (excluding the liars).

The doctors and nurses and other staff were really nice and they explained everything.

OH MY GOD, I have to say all to the ER STAFF, at Aventura hospital they were exceptional good to me. I was hurting so bad, I had a pain level over 10 they didnt take long to see me either. Although , that demon COVID they practice social distance they were very professional and took care of me. I said it was less then 45mins I was seen by the Dr. thank yall so much.God bless the Doctors And nurses job well done.
