Xavier the audiologist technician is a genius. He figured out how to make my husband hearing aids work without any problems. He has had them for about 8 months without working properly and without being to hear properly. In a matter of 30 minutes Xavier figured out how to make them work. So grateful to this Hear Center. His assistant is sensitive, intelligent and kind, Very grateful to the both of them

Javier is an amazing expert! I brought my mom to have her Starkey hearing aids adjusted. She purchased back in Serbia where she lives and was never able to get used to them or to find them useful to begin with ever after a series of adjustments back in Serbia. When she arrived to Miami we made it a priority to make them usable and useful to her. And Javier was able to do that. I watched him as he took the tests and adjusted the device for her. He took a lot of care and showed a lot of expertise. I have a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and was very impressed with his knowledge and explanations and the ability to take the most out of the technology built into these devices. And his assistant Janine is very forthcoming and professional as well. This place is a gem for someone who needs help with their hearing or the hearing of their loved ones.

My primary home is in Oakland, Ca. Was due to go back when virus hit. When right HA wire broke, needed service. Neighbor referred us to Mr. Benitezs office.. Called to make appt. and receptionist, Ms Gomez, was very professional. She gave me same day appt.Mr. Benitez was SUPER nice and PROFESSIONAL. He not only replaced the broken HA wire, he looked in my ears and cleaned them of my chronic wax buildup. I need my ears cleaned 4 times/year. He did the best and quickest job of any of the ear cleaning people I have ever seen.I will definitely buy my next HA from him even though my HMO in Okld. would be cheaper. (Their service is no longer good.)

The attention in Hear Again America is outstanding. The hearing devices are very good. The branch that I bought (Starkey) is made in the USA. They are very confortable. I adapted the first day using them. I´m pleased with every detail.

It was a very efficient hearing test that was done on me. Very friendly staff and very punctual. Very honest because after the exam I was informed that I had such little hearing loss that it was not worth spending money for a hearing aid at this time and was given other options to hear TV better.

Very different place for your hearing needs. I went to 2 hearing tests before and both recommended very expensive hearing devices. Javier Benitez, told me my hearing was weak only in a segment of the high frequencies (which is what I was told before), but he was honest enough to tell me that, right now, the hearing aids wont be of much help because of the nature of my problem. You hardly find people like him anymore. I will recommend him widely and go back in a couple of years to have him check me again.
