The absolutely WORST hospital in south Florida. I barely was able to walk in limping horribly as no-one offered a wheelchair nor was there a wheelchair anywhere in lobby. The check in lady never even offered me a wheelchair and made me stand at the desk. The parking lot was a ghost town but she said it will be a while without saying a timeframe. I limped out after all that without seeing a doctor and went to a real hospital. If I could give a ZERO star I would. Dont waste you time going to this hospital you will be very disappointed...

If you come with one problem, you will go out with three new ones (unless of course you go out).The biggest doctor is a physical assistant who acts like he is the godfather.They tortured me all day and then said that they did not have a surgeon.Then they took me to another ER where they did not pay attention to my pain for 7 hours, and then they just cut it like a piece of meat

Theres normal they charge you at front desk in ER if you dont have insurance? I never paid at front desk. And thi$ time that lady at front desk just want me to care with me a $1200 in my poquet EMERGENCY ROOM!??? I wasnt there planning Shopping!

Bad experience at the front desk and also with the treatment, the doctor explained instructions of how to take care of the cut as he was hurrying out the door. He was also rude.

The nurses in this emergency room are diabolical. They have no sense of humanity with the patient. they are haughty, rude and rude

Worst place ever. Only came because it said emergency room been here for 45 minutes with an emergency. My back pain just extended to tingling of the arms and legs I let a nurse know who was gonna let them know writing this review is painful but not more painful then the fact Im about to call an ambulance for there negligence and malpractice l. If I could do 0 starts ineould.

Dr. Fiona Azubuike treated me yesterday at the Mount Sinai Medical Center Aventura Emergency Room. Dr. Azubuike’s medical knowledge and genuine compassionate care towards her patients and staff is what sets her apart from other doctors I have encountered here. I felt comfortable with her and she explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. She carries herself with professionalism and grace. I highly recommend Fiona Azubuike, MD.

Horrible experience! The representatives were just rude and I had to wait for so long in the waiting room. I never want to come back. They were so disrespectful and horrible service.

If your urgency is due to cardiac/ vascular condition, don’t bother going to this place.

Useless place. No equipment, no specialists, no even MRI. Do not waste your time if you are in emergency condition! Go to any real hospital. The most you can count on at this place is an X-ray and a pain reducing medication. They will charge your insurance and advise you to see a specialist. Stay away!!!

The staff were friendly and acted prompt to my complain upon arrival. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Awesome place. I would recommend Mt. Sinai emergency.

Never a long wait, patients are not piled up in hallways like in nearby ERs, the staff is very kind and professional, the diagnostics and labs are done on premises immediately!

The worst service ever. Not recommend to go there. Dont loose your time with that.

Unbelievable! Waited for 50 minutes with a child in pain and nobody could even tell even approximate wait time. Or even how many patients are ahead of us. I’ve been in several emergency rooms before. This one has most ignorant people. While waiting I heard another patient asking to release her because she couldn’t wait any longer and nurse didn’t even care. Worst experience ever!

Horrible place, made my condition worse. I am suffering because of them.
