2 days attempting to fill a prescription, ended up transferring it to Walgreens and it became another experience with ineptness. I’m still trying to process how this kind of attention could be provided in the health care field.

This is the worst pharmacy I ever seen in Aventura never pick the phone pharmacist, should fire very irresponsible and negligent they mix prescriptions they dont know how to use a computer computer and they dont speak enough English. Irresponsible and abusive pharmacy with patients.

I came for vaccine booster. The CVS website welcomes walkins for covid vaccination. When I showed up at the line I was the only person there. None of the less, the staff refused to give me the booster because I had to make an appointment. This is inexplicable since there was nobody waiting for a booster. So I left.

The Pharmacist that is currently working in this CVS is always ready to fight or give you a NO as an answer right there instead of trying to help you or find a solution. He is very defensive and has zero tolerance with customer. The pediatrician of my son had sent a prescription earlier to another cvs location but then he sent it to this one in Aventura; however they sent that they don’t have the prescription and that the other cvs in 79th street had the prescription in process. I asked if they can do me a favor and contact that CVS so they can transfer the prescription, he said that I should call and do that. I know that they can do transfer between pharmacies easier and faster if I call. Those pharmacy really pick if their phone, I mention that to him and basically he yelled at me, “well they won’t pick up the phone for me either. “ he is very rude and unprofessional only wants to help people that he feels like it or want to. My son needs his ear drops ASAP and they were not help. Very bad customer service as a pharmacy, they are careless.

Not surprisingly new about bad customer service around pharmacies in this area but awful customer service here. Rude customer interaction when you call, long wait on the phone, and they NEVER notify you by calling or texting even when they tell you they will. Been waiting for a prescription they said they will let me know after I called them to verify again, two days later and nothing but it turned out it WAS ready.

Been waiting on a prescription for 2 weeks. Still can’t get an answer as to why it hasn’t been filled. Pharmacy staff will pick up the phone and then hang up on you. They also refuse to come to the drive through window.

The pharmacy manager named Sam doesnt know how to handle customers. I got to get my daughter vaccinated yesterday afternoon and Mr. Sam was yelling at a customer that was asking about COVID 19 test. Then he turned to me yelling me What do you nee. I told him not to speak harshly to me and not to please the customers and treat them badly. The service of this pharmacy managed by manager Sam is very bad. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Hopefully the manager Sam gets fired.

Very bad customer service at the pharmacy particularly. No empathy, no help, no understanding of one’s concerns, very little if no efforts to address needs with regards to medication availability and fulfillment. Forget about calling them!! Wait times are super long, and sometimes they don’t pick up the phones. Beware! Need to step up their game!

Is the worst experience that we have!Bad mannered, rude as if the client has to assume their character and bad mood!We went to Hallandale CVS Pharmacy and it seemed that we came out of the jungle to find a Pharmacist who solved the matter for me in 20 min!Don’t go to Aventura CVS

Worst place to go, the pharmacy does not work well, they are very rude, I had to wait for 3 hours for a prescription, not professional!!! change all that people please

First I would like to say the workers in the front, very nice and helpful, my issue is with the pharmacy. Terrible customer service, I was not helped forever while everyone in the back was talking to each other, like they are in lunch time. When I was finally helped, the price of my prescription was said very loud for everyone around me to hear, (didn’t even approach me) which is none of their business only mine! Lastly, ironically enough, I was told to wait where I initially was for my items And was told to “move” so they could help other customers. I’m sorry! When did you decide to start doing your job all of a sudden? Learn respect and better customer service!!

I dont know if this is the most overworked pharmacy but they are perhaps the slowest. At times the phone isnt answered and even after making an appointment for a vaccine the wait is long.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was on hold for 45 minutes on the phone, no answer so I went to the store and got no greeting or acknowledgement and waited another 30 minutes until I forced someone to acknowledge and help me. I will never be back again

There is 4 people at the pharmacy and no one is helping customers at the drop off or pickup.Ridiculous. Bad customer service.You wait for not nothing

One lady 86 years wait more than 1 hour for 4 pictures.

I’m the past I have gotten medications shipped to my home, however I needed a medication urgently due to a surgery, and I contacted them to let them know I would pick it up as soon as it was ready, they assured to let me know within the hour. Five hours later I had to call and ask if it was ready as they never contacted me, and once I showed up to pick it up they told me they had shipped it via usps. Now, i don’t have the medicine I need and will not have it at least until Wednesday, risking an infection because of them. Never again. The pharmacist even tried to convince me that I would get the meds the same day - of course I didn’t.

Absolutely horrible location. Horrible customer service, even by their manager. It’s always so dirty and messy.

Disgusting place.Terrible lighting.Long waiting to pay.The products are way way overpriced!for instance meyers hand soap is from $5.99 to $9.99 for 12oz,while on Amazon is $2.92 for 12oz and not only...I can go on and on and on and on...

This is a brand new store with the WORSE customer service, employees doesnt know Anything when you found one, dont bother to ask, once in a while try to buy things the experience is horrible. Nothing compare with service, management years before. The manager was absolutely awesome, now is zero everything.by the way, are you guys using reviews from last store? Cause 4 years ago was the other management.

Be careful !! the workers do not use alcohol or any Hand sanitizer between clients, not even the pharmacy! They don’t supply it for the employees as far as they told me !!

A++ IN SERVICE!! GREAT SERVICE BY STEFANNY! I had to pickup a prescription and it was for the first time ever a quick stop by CVS. The staff was helpful and I had a great experience!. Definitely recommend this CVS for anyone who needs to quick stop and go.

30minute wait per car for covid test PER person... very inefficient, long wait times . All the cars in front of me had only one person testing and yet took 30min or more for each car

I’m review person I’ll let people know what is good option and not so this is my comment to cvs aventura they have missing product for example my husband’s doctor send prescription and they don’t have it we have to wait until they request and get it at store, they should have everything in stock . But if you buy small stuff for personal is good store no big lines and always clean . I give 5 stars on clean store.

Awful, got my covid-19 test done here on Nov 1, its Nov 9 and I havent received anything yet, other friends went to other cvs locations and received their results already, I am scared and if this was a medical emergency CVS testing really let me down.
