I visited Biotech Wellness yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Great location, easy to find parking, and the setting is very elegant, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff is outstanding— all of them were very professional and caring with me. And Dr. Vega is warm and answered all of the questions I had. I really appreciated that they do NOT give you the “hard sell” on services or products. I highly recommend Biotech and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I know Dr. Vega, for more than 8 years. He is truly the sweetest, kindest and only does what you want him too. He never pushes you to do anything. He will give you his opinion if you ask for it. I feel they are great! The staff is always courteous and well mannered. The doctor is amazing I have never been with a doctor that I feel no pain whatsoever. It’s like he has magic hands. Since I moved to Miami I found him to be the best for all my cosmetics treatments.He gained my trust and confidence.I chose to have a liposuction and J-Plasma done with him. I purchased a 6 month laser hair removal treatment. I paid in full and each visit would get asked for payment and then would have to wait until they found my profile to verify. They can never find my profile right away. 3 months into treatment, my upper lip still has hair and has barely made a difference. I call to reschedule my 4th appointment to find out that they are NO LONGER OFFERING LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENTS!!! I am highly upset as Ive already started the treatment process and NO ONE CALLED ME TO NOTIFY! I was told I would get a refund in January, 2-3 weeks from today (12/23/19). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and spoke to an office manager who assured me I would get a call back today with my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS wellness center. This place is completely unprofessional! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY with this place. How dare they start treatments to then cancel mid to halfway through treatment!!

Be careful, they continue charging you although your membership is cancelled. I Called them and they kept saying they would refund but never do. So had to call my bank to dispute the charge.Their laser machine doesn’t work properly and they have a lot of claims from customers so they make you sign many forms to protects themselves. The place is not clean. Be careful!

This place is amazing! Came for my first time to do the lip fillers and the staff was very professional. Dr. Trini Vega knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I showed him the pictures and did the procedure super fast and painless. I love my new lips and I will be coming back for more. Dr. Vega and everybody that works for him is very nice and professional. The spa is very clean and the prices are also very reasonable. I never considered getting full body laser hair removal because I just assumed it was too expensive, but a friend told me to just check and see how much it was and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is also right in aventura at the promenade shops, so it’s super convenient for me because I live in aventura and there is also lots of parking always. It was my first treatment so far for the laser hair removal. I can’t wait to see the results. (Also it didn’t hurt as much as I though it would) I highly recommend this spa.

I did 12 full body sessions of Laser hair removal at Biotech Wellness center. After a year of this painful and expensive treatment, not only do i still have hair everywhere, but i have these red little bumps all over my thighs that i have never had before. I called Biotech 4 different times and each time they told me to leave my name and phone number and someone would get back to me. It has been weeks and i have not received a call back.
