Gave them a poor review years ago due to serious issues. They gave my grandfather a hard time because of it, and forced me to remove the review/ change it to 5 stars. Now that my grandpa has moved on from the Inperial Club, I’m changing my review back to the rating it deserves.

I am beyond appalled right now. My mom who is 86 years old has been living there. My sister and I could not get in touch with her and when I called the front desk to ask if they could check on her they said they couldn’t leave the desk. We had no way of knowing if she was ok. That is the whole idea of her living in this environment. I live 1 hour away and my sister lives closer however, my mom was not feeling well and all we asked is that someone check on her until we were able to get there. This is negligence and although she is ok right now ( my sister ran there and went upstairs), this is unacceptable. Horrible way to treat the resident and their families.

Thank you to the Imperial Club staff for making the short time my brother was there comfortable and inviting for him. All the staff I came in contact were great from the gentleman at the front desk, maintenance, the waitress in the dining room and last but not least was the head nurse Ms Kenya a real asset to your company. Ms Kenya is a super awesome professional. I ate with my brother in the dining and I was impressed by the taste, seasoning and variety of the food there I am Chef /Instructor myself.

I have been a resident of the Imperial Club for almost 1.5 years and have enjoyed meeting new friends, participating in planned activities and traveling with the gang in the club bus to various places of entertainment and interests. Most of all, I enjoy my freedom for I come and go at will, eat three meals a day (DONT HAVE TO COOK), have my apartment clean along with many other amenities. Yesterday our Activities Director, Bambi, took some of the gang to Jaxsons Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor. The experience was big fun. Best decision I ever made for this is senior living at its best!

My dad is a resident at Imperial Club, on the Assisted Living floor since November 2019. Having an aging parent that requires assisted Senior Care is a new territory and unchartered waters for me. Melissa, our Leasing Consultant, has been extremely personable and informative from the beginning, which has led to a smooth transition into my New Reality. Any questions, comments or concerns that may arise, Melissa has been willing to either answer, or find someone within Imperial Club that can assist.Kenya, Lead Nurse on the Assisted Living floor has been attentive and tuned into my fathers medical needs. Recently, his medical needs required him to go to the hospital via ambulance. From the minute he was transported, Kenya contact me and informed me every step of the way what was happening with his care. In addition, Kenya was in constant communication with the hospital, to stay informed of my fathers care as well as prepare for his return, so that there wont be any laps in his medical care.Every person that has come in contact with my father from housekeeping to medical care, to grooming assistance, food service, etc. has provided a pleasant and comforting experience. Not only is this appreciated by my father during his transitions into assisted care, but also assists my entire family with easing into our New Normal!

My 92 year old mother chose Imperial Club to be her next place to live! Moved in the beginning of November and was welcomed with open arms by staff, all workers and of course residents! So far every day she has something to do and has had only positive experiences! They even checked on her when when she missed a meal , this of course gave my brother and I such a secure feeling knowing she chose the right place to live! Great caring environment for someone you love dearly !

I visited Imperial Club in October and honestly fell in love with the community.I was able to view a renovated apartment and was even offered lunch in their dining room. Learning that the community is pet friendly was a huge plus as my mother adores her yorkshire terrier. If and when my mother is ready to proceed with moving to a senior community, Imperial Club will definitely be at the top of our list.

Dont have family move in here. They dont contact you if your family living there is taken to the hospital and wont give information to you as their emergency contacts. My family there has complained its like prison and the food isnt good. The people there are nice though. Its expensive. The elevators breaking down is another issue where people are unable to get downstairs or upstairs by the steps

NOT GIVING ANNUAL LEASES!!!!! January 2019 new owner raised all rents 25%-30%. Month-to-month fees can go up anytime and no recourse, pay or get out as told. Fired staff, bare minimum. Spending on flooring, coats of paint, crown molding to spruce up old building that can never be as posh with similar amenities as “market rate” options. Talk of doing away with outdoor garden and pool to make way for another building, paid by renters. Mass exit of long time residents. Common areas sparsely populated. Sad. Introductory rate innocents, know what’s to come before having to consider the expense and hassle of a next move.

My mom lived there and the elevators constantly broke down which was extremely bad! There are only two elevators in this huge building. The residents in assisted living would wear pendants and would constantly stop working which was very dangerous! Also the caregivers are not the best there! The only good thing about this place was the nurses!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!

The team in place at Imperial Club is top notch. They are highly responsive and you can tell they truly care about the residents. I have visited the community twice and both times I was impressed with how lively it is--great residents, tons of activities going on, and live entertainment each afternoon! If I was looking for a retirement community for my parents in South Florida, Imperial Club would be on my list!
