Enjoying coming to this office since in reminds me of my childhood, walking with my mom to Dr. Yost & Mayer office. I live locally and its great I dont have to drive out of town to see an eye doctor. Small office which makes it perfect. The doctor and staff (Rosie) are amazingly helpful. They dont have a big selection of glasses in the office but they can order you whatever you want. obvious there is a wait time. For me it doesnt bother me. Thank You

Dr. Mayer did an amazing job, the receptionist was affable and courteous and the place itself was nice, however, my only problem was with the woman who helps you choose the glasses after your examination with the optometrist. I felt hurried, she didnt let me choose the glasses I wanted; she was hand picking glasses for me, she pressurizes into getting additional ancillary lenses without explaining what they do and what they are for and lastly, I got fugly glasses that she practically chose for me. :(

The doctors and staff are friendly. But the glasses sold here are very expensive.
