Zero stars!! Ever since the Aria clinics meshed together. For some reason costumer service has declined significantly! Im not sure who the manager is but every time I go here girls are rude and talk to you like youre annoying them and they just want to move on. When I call over the phone its no better, they never answer and when they do they are very rude and try to rush you not even asking for your symptoms or how youre feeling. I understand the pandemic has been difficult for many health care workers, but you guys need to reevaluate and realize you shouldnt be taking it out on people who are sick and simply want to be seen..very disappointed in the service here ever since it reopened. My mom and other acquitences are always complaining about the horrible service as well.

Horrible service!!!! Im not giving no stars. My son had an appointment and he was seen 2 hours after his appointment. The Doctor did not explained well either. They have a lot of nurses and secretaries but they seem to just be talking with each other and not working. I have been calling for 2 days in a row to get history on my son got done and they keep transferring my call to the lab and it rings then the voice mail picks up and says that the voicemail is full. I call back again and they transfer my call to another lab office or person and they dont answer, i left 2 voice messages already and after day 2 i still havent received no call back. Ive been calling all day and i still cant talk to anyone that can help me!!!

0 stars, VERY rude service. My appointment was at 9:30 am, I arrived in time and have been waiting for MORE than 3 hours.
