Staff was great. The nurse exlpained everything, was very compassionate and put me at ease. Dr. Wagley was very informative, compassionate and put me as ease as well. I definitely recommend.

Been trying to get them to submit to my insurance. No one calls you back. they ignored my referral dentist, the insurance company, My HR dept and my wife and I. Not one return phone call. TERRIBLE. If I ran my business this way I wouldnt have one.

I have an extreme phobia of the Dentist. So much so that I have pushed off removing painful and decaying wisdom teeth for over a year. It just got to a point I couldnt push it off any longer. So I called the office, and they managed to get me in the same day.Im not sure if it was a nurse or a dental assistant, but she sat with me the entire time. Distracting me from panicking before the procedure. She was kind, and understanding. Giving me tissues and holding my hand because I was there alone. The medical field needs more compassionate people like her.The doctor was also extrordinarily kind. He never once invalidated my feelings, but instead was encouraging and patient. He is a talented surgeon. Not only was my mouth numb the first try, but two teeth were out in less than a minute. Im not exaggerating. It was fast. He also talked to me on the phone an hour after the procedure to answer a question I had. They explained aftercare directions, and gave me scripts to fill as well as extra gauze.Incredible experience. I wish I had done this sooner. If every dentist I had gone to had been like Dr. Billy, I dont think I would have a fear to begin with.

All 3 of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Billy. His mild manner has placed all 3 of them at ease and his great skill has had them in and out of the appointment quickly with very minimal post op discomfort. I recommend Dr. Billy to all my patients. I highly recommend Dr Mark Billy. He did a procedure on me as a child and as an adult. He made me feel very comfortable. He did my wisdom tooth extraction on 4 impacted wisdom teeth. I was extremely scared, he sedated me and had it done in no time. I was not overly drowsy when I woke up. I had no swelling or facial bruising. I was so impressed. Definitely the best!!

Unfortunately, I cant really comment on the work done by this surgeon, as it seems next to impossible to give them my business.My girlfriend has been suffering from 4 infected teeth, which need to be pulled, and this is the only oral surgeon accepted by her insurance within a two hour drive. Upon calling to make an appointment, I was told that she needed a referral. No problem -- she has one right here from the local dentist she visited (x-rays, dentist notes, everything). But then I am told that they dont accept referrals from that dentist. Again, no problem -- I ask what dentist I can get a referral from. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to give me the name of a single referring dentist, and gave the very obvious impression that she didnt care whatsoever whether they retained our business or not.Having worked in customer service much of my life, I am at a loss for words. The rep at my insurance company didnt even believe me -- until they called themselves, and confirmed to me that the receptionist was by far the rudest person [they] have ever dealt with.If you are lucky enough to win the lotto by getting referred by a dentist off of their ultra-secret confidential list, Im sure the work done will be acceptable if not outstanding. The hardest part -- giving your business to somebody who obviously doesnt want it to begin with.

Dr. Craig Wagley is a superb clinician. He did surgery on my mother for a fractured jaw. She is elderly and he is very compassionate. Answered all questions thoroughly and spoke to me on the phone. I live in Florida and was unable to be there for the surgery. I highly recommend this doctor!

Had to get all my Wisdom teeth removed plus another that I neglected. This office took care of me. It was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Recovering is going nicely and for getting teeth pulled it wasn’t a bad experience. Brush your teeth!

I had a phobia for Dentists that I NEVER thought I would get over, but the staff and Dr. Billy made me feel like I had my teeth pulled in heaven lol. They were absolutely amazing and the level of professionalism was outstanding!
