My husband went in for a physical and and drug test. He had an appointment at 2, he didn’t get seen til almost 3:30, was called back into the room to wait for another hour Til anyone came to see him. Around 5:30 he finally went to ask the doctor if anything could speed up the process. Apparently they had forgotten him in the room. After that they sped through the process and we left around 6. There were only a few cars in the parking lot the entire time we were there. I would recommend going elsewhere or plan to spend the day

My daughter had an appt there. First time by herself as an adult. The woman at the front desk was absolutely RUDE. If you are going to work a front desk, you need to have a little compassion. Thats really not good customer service.

This is not the first time I’ve been here, but it will be the last. Today I needed bloodwork and an X-ray done, and had the orders from my Doctor. I was blown away at how rude the woman was at the window to check me in for my bloodwork. There was also no soap in the restroom, or paper towels. Beyond unacceptable.

Very poor instructions for where to go/what to do for Covid testing. - I waited for 35 minutes before anybody even came to my car . I waited for an hour for my rapid results

Went in to just see how much I would be charged for a visit to get my ears cleaned because all the otolaryngologists in the area were booked for months. Receptionist said since I was self-pay, it would be $100 for the visit and that would cover whatever I had done while I was there... and if it was less than $100, I would still be charged $100. If it came out to be more than $100, I would have to pay the difference. So I went back the next day at opening and a different receptionist told me the exact same thing. What the doctor did to me to clean my ears I had done two days prior at home with a $5 kit from WalMart that didnt improve my situation. After doing the same thing with a similar kit, the doctor had no luck either getting my ears cleaned out. He told me he couldnt do any more for me and said to keep trying the same procedure at home with my store-bought kit. Then I get a bill in the mail with a whole bunch of hidden charges on it, none of which I understood, and I was charged an extra $80 after miscellaneous discounts from these outrageous extra fees. On the bill I could see the charge for what I had done was only $88, which means I should have just forfeited $12 out of my initial $100 according to both receptionists. If you are self-pay, make sure you get an exact amount quoted to you before they do anything to you. Complete waste of money and my time!
