I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. I got manipulated into opening up, then after I did, I got exploited, extorted, and baited over money. If you appreciate what you have now and dont want to loose it dont go here.

Sarah and Rachelle are great. The administrative staff needs to get it together, though. When I first started going to their office, I was seeing a counselor for 3 months before they told me she doesnt accept my insurance. Later on, I received a letter saying my case would be closed since I hadnt been in in a while. I called and asked them to keep it open, which they said they would, and then I received another letter stating my case was closed.

Really rude and seemed not to be attentiveto a word I said, and Melanie was her name and had a dry personaily. Then I had Sarah and I feel she just brushed me off. I now attend a outside counselor by the name of Adele at Old North Church in Canfield and she is awesome. Doesnt take insurance, and she has a full schedule but she is so well worth it. I wouldnt send my dog to Psy Care in Austintown

Extremely rude staff that only cares about money. These people should not be working in mental health at all.
