Going to On Demand has changed my life. The people who work there are incredibly down to earth and not judge mental. They are always there to help and are always understanding and kind. Dr.Josh is great,I look forward to seeing him every month he always puts a smile on my face and makes me laugh. (He’s also very easy on the eyes :P) my counselor is always there for me and tries to give me tools to get to where I want to be. I never feel uncomfortable or judged by her. I also see a psychiatrist who after a lifetime of being misdiagnosed and given meds that don’t work correctly diagnosed me and gave me a medication that’s actually helping me. She actually listened to me and cared. I can’t speak highly enough of On Demand. If you’re struggling with addiction please go here. It is possible to change your life one step at a time.

Like Ive seen others say they are like family. My brothers and I have been working with on demand and new day detox for years . The staffing is great they actually care about you succeeding in recovery if you call or just show up with any issues there going to help you to the best of there ability to help you . I wouldnt be were Im at today without them. Thank you on demand

This is by far one of the best addiction recovery places to go I highly recommend on demand counseling to anyone in need of treatment!

I do give on demand counseling 5 stars. This is the only place I have ever gotten suboxone , gone to outpatient, received mental health counseling, and saw a psychiatrist. Many places I have been to I felt either judged or uncared about, or that the business mostly just cared about money. On demand in Austintown gets 5 out of 5 fromme because my suboxone doctor Josh was fabulous, always willing to work with me as long as I was honest, my counselor was very helpful and kind, they have very nice staff and the staff that was rude and judgmental they got rid of because they knew it was uncalled for. And lastly, Jennifer my nurse practitioner was the best psychiatrist I have ever had. So yes, 5 out 5. You get what you put into recovery, and these people will work with you where ever you are at!!!!!

The best place I’ve even been too been all over around here but here at on demand especially the counselors are great Audra, rose, and Laura are so sweet and the best if you get the change pick one of them you won’t be disappointed all are always very helpful and make sure your okay

I heard great things about this place so I decided to come here. Completely unprofessional, office staff seem to care less about people than money or friends, I had to stick up for my rights afforded to me by the state and federal governments in terms of what medical and mental health providers are legally required to perform and provide, was disregarded and pushed to the side, then several days later I get a call that I am being discharged because I was disrespectful. Im not saying I was an angel, but i wasnt a demon either. I simply said that their mishandling of my situation was unacceptable and it needed to be fixed. They discharged me because im not a pushover. My cousin who also goes here told me of countless times they broke the law in terms of patient rights violations, ultimately telling me that they said thats just how it has to be sometimes. It is unacceptable that they prey on peoples insurance to get paid for pushovers they can abuse into silence by not doing their job, and when someone stands up for their rights, like me, my wife, or a friend of mine did, they discharge you. And even if you call the clients rights officer to file a grievance you get told they cant help you because there is nothing in the notes about it like if someone were breaking the law they would readily document it. Absolutely disgusting place. Stay away if you care about your mental health, your recovery, and/or your rights as a person.

They help you till you really need it then drop you leaving you with no options. Obviously if you need their services you have trouble staying clean so they punish you for the whole reason you go to them in the first place! I feel bad for the others who commented, I thought they were like family to me too, but family durant torn their back on you when things get hard!
