While nice and amicable, I was disappointed in the fact that she was very much uninformed about prices for contact lenses. I explained that I was interested in purchasing contacts for my wedding day and return to my trusty glasses. I asked about them and she quoted a wide variety of prices, but was never given a clear answer. She explained that she would speak to her staff and they would give a more precise answer. I received a call about prices and a consultation appointment within a week. I had my eye consultation today and felt rushed to figure out how to put in/ take out my lenses in about 20/30 mins. I was told to go home and watch a video on how to put my lenses. I paid a consultation fee to be told to watch a video on youtube. I am not only frustrated but feel cheated from this place. I am very likely not coming back, not going to get contacts and just keep my glasses for my wedding day and beyond.
