This office gets 5-stars alone for all their precautions taken during the pandemic. It took a few tries to get an appointment, with all the restrictions, but the admin/eye technician kept me up to date and made sure I had my appointment secure and settled. All my interactions with her were very pleasant and easy. They made sure to only schedule one patient at a time (they were strict with overlap) and everything looked well sanitized/we all took the time to wash our hands thoroughly.Dr. Simonek was upbeat, informative, and patient. Some of the new technology they used I had never come across before and it was extremely easy and efficient (goodbye horrible burst of air in the eye and dilated pupils!)- super cool! As she showed me my results, she offered up tons of useful information about my results and what I was seeing, in ways that I could understand. I really appreciate this and am naturally curious, so it was nice to not even have to ask.The total services/products were a bit pricier than I imagined but Dr. Simonek/the admin was able to get me the best deal/rebate on better quality contacts and some free contact solution/cases. They did not try to upset me on new glasses, as my current ones still work fine. I have yet to receive the ordered contacts, but from what I was told- they should be here in about a week or so! Very fast~

My husband and I werent sure what to make of this little medical office in the entryway to a Central Austin grocery store. But after the eye exam by Dr. Emily Simonek and the purchase of new glasses, we had to agree it was a very positive experience. Her equipment was up to date and she was attentive to our concerns about various vision issues. She seemed a bit young, but answered our questions in enough detail to make us comfortable, and her office manager was also very helpful. We will go back!

Dr. Simonek gets all 5 stars because of her efficient, friendly & professional service! Very attentive and customer oriented. Love the place and the eye wear selection is amazing. The products and service were worth every penny that I did not mind spending there...got exactly what I wanted and needed.

Dr Simonek is a Director of a local Austin hate group that will relentlessly spam your phone with inaccurate texts and voicemails.
