Worked as a travel nurse staff for this facility On the first day staff talked down the company right in front of me saying they are going bankrupt and dont work here. They are ready to quit and this was an Nurse manager and training nurse. On top of that the CNA ratio was 15:1 not practical for an evening or morning shift. Then the ratio was 2 aides for three hallways that have 15 patients in each hall. So two nurses for three hallways. How are staff suppose to take breaks. Over worked staff working more than 8 days straight in a pay period. On top of that i was terminated for a no call no show when I worked overnight and had to come back at 2. When i communicate 2 hours in the shift to still come to work schedule say well get in contact with your Recuiter. But when i was nurse overnight the aide was three hours late for oversleeping and still had a job when i was terminated. Makes no senses After working over 700 hrs in two months. Dont work there as a nurse or aide or travel nurse or aide they will smile in your face a talk about you behind your back. This company wonders why they dont have staff. You dont treat with disrespect gossip about the staff and company.

Best nurses ever!!! They really care about the residents and the families. The poisonous person who posted a terrible statement should never be HR, they dont represent the values of the nursing home and that is why they are not working there anymore. Caring people. Clean facility.

Worked as an HR Director. In less than 1.5 years, I have 3 different administrators, 4 different DONs. Management turned over constantly. Horrible unions. Several nurses should NOT be allowed to work there, but Union protects them. Such a joke. Sanford took over. Eliminated 240 HR positions. I would NOT take anyone from my family there. 2 CNAs, Elijah and Atanus should NOT work there. Do NOT trust your family with them!!

For the HR who left a bad review... you are a horrible racist, that played favorites. Just because you were a poor excuse for an employee. Doesnt mean comforcare is bad. They have some of the best nurses, that communicate well to each other. And as for calling out Elija and Atnus sho are no longer there because of you... are awesome CNAs, and the residents loved them. Take your racist bitter attitude somewhere else.

No staff to find upon going to visit someone & I did not know where the rooms were. I think the front entry should be adequately staffed at all times. I waited almost 10 minutes & then I left.

The name Comforcare is easily confused with Comfort Care which is an end-of-life hospice-like treatment. Terrible name that may confuse health care providers. I can not comment on the care they provide, only on the incredibly confusing name.
