My last visit with Dr. Meuse was beyond impressive! I’ve left 5 stars for him a year ago, and have come back to leave a more detailed review. He’s a very kind, caring, and compassionate doctor. He took such great care of me through many years that he had made sure that my transition of care is going to be flawless upon his departure. Made sure I would not worry about what was going to happen next! The only thing is that it’s just so sad that he’s leaving ADC! He’s one of the best neurologists I have had the pleasure of meeting!

Ive been to doc after doc for almost a year trying to figure out what it is I have going on. After 5 different specialists, Dr. Meuse is the only one that has given me actual valuable recommendations that have improved my symptoms. Hes very down to earth and easy to talk to and I felt like he was a great listener who took addressed every little (probably excessive) concern into account. I highly recommend him.

This is the worst doctor and staff I have ever interacted with. Dr. Meuse did not listen to me or my symptoms, ordered incorrect testing that cost me thousands, and works with the worst and most unprofessional sleep center in Austin, who monitored my EEGs. I got my results months ago, and on my way to the appointment the office called me to say he “didn’t have time” to look at them, so they cancelled and did not reschedule. They have not attempted to call me since, nor have they responded to any messages I have left. Their staff is impossible to talk to directly on the phone, for any reason. Never go to this neurologist. If you already have, get all of your information and take it to a different doctor. Unbelievably ignorant and unprofessional people all around. Especially for people in the medical industry. Awful.

I have been seeing neurologists for 29 years and Dr. Meuse is by far the best doctor I have seen. He listens to your concerns, is never to busy to thoroughly explain all your treatment options and doesn’t have that “listen to me because I’m smarter than you” attitude that a lot of doctors seem to have. He doesn’t rush through my appointments, they are always on time and even the staff at the check in/out desk are always pleasant. I recommend Dr. Meuse’s office for anyone looking for a new neurologist in the RR, Pflugerville or Austin area.

Worst doctor ever! I went to him while he was still in Oregon. He diagnosed me with a psychogenic disorder, lied, and he has a horrible temper! He even refused to help anymore because he was so certain I was a nut job. Turns out I have a rare genetic disease and genetics dont lie. He missed and opportunity to diagnose and treat a rare disease. I tell everyone to avoid this doctor.

Had a seizure and was referred to him. He’s really nice and listens. He explained what could have caused it and what we can do. Definitely recommend him!

Dr. Meuse, is wonderful. He really heard me and really followed up on and trusted the things I said and explained all the possibilities from his end, and also differing opinions - giving me lots of options.I have a chronic condition that involves routine followups with neurologists and neurosurgeons, so I have consulted with all types. Thus far, Dr. Meuse was the best experience among them.I havent been able to go back to him in two years due to insurance change, but now that my insurance is changing once again, hoping I can go back and check in with him once more.

One of the worst doctors Ive ever seen. in 2015 Meuse insisted every nerologic sympton I had was conversion disorder and would not listen to my psychiatrist who insisted that my symptoms are not consistent with conversion disorder. his chart notes caused me to get substandard care from other providers, and it took me 4 additional years to get the test I asked him for, which was small fiber neuropathy. guess what? it was positive. guess what else? in the 4 years Ive fought to get proper assessment, the neuropathy progressed so that my back is also effected and I live in constant debilitating pain that got so bad I planned to kill myself as soon as possible. Im glad my new primary care physician is smarter than the OHSU specialists I was going to!
