I am cash pay and called every imaging facility in town for pricing on an mri of c spine. not only are they the best pricing (by a mile! half of ARAs price), they accept Care Credit which is a saving grace. the staff are all exceptionally friendly efficient and provide Stellar service. I am coming here for any future needs for sure!

Nobody is ever excited to have to get an MRI, however with the service, speediness, kindness, professional manner of this place…if you ever need any imaging of any kind this is the place, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the way this business is run and at affordable rates.

I’m a physical therapist and absolutely love this place. I’ve had plenty of patients utilize it and just recently used it for a family member who is uninsured… They have fantastic private pay rates for their imaging and are super friendly and accommodating. Paige was fantastic on the phone and they helped us get the images out quickly to the docs that needed them.

Quick, Efficient, and Cheap.Note you will need a referral for imaging but that can be done via a quick telemedicine appointment.I didnt receive an X-ray report which was unusual though

Kendyl and her co-workers at Central Park Imaging delivered world-class service. In my experience, the lack of pricing transparency of most medical facilities, you know where you ask what it costs and they tell you they wont know until after they bill your insurance, blah blah, and then you get the service and 2 months later receive an outrageously high bill in the mail.Kendyl made certain that I knew BEFORE I had my image what the range of costs would be if covered or not, so I knew my worst case scenario. If felt totally at ease with either outcome.The imaging tech let me see the images when she was done and she suggested I take photos of the screen images to share with my family doctors back home, explained to me what she saw, made me feel at ease.The whole experience left me feeling really cared for as a patient, like they got my world. So rare in healthcare these days. I cannot recommend enough. If you need imaging, dont go anywhere else.

Paige at the front is very friendly, scheduling appt for next day and was very efficient in contacting insurance for our copay. Next day my husband arrived for appt, was seen on time and received great service from Paige and the technician. We overpayed and Paige was excellent, going above and beyond her scope of duties to get our credit taken care of. Thank you for your great service.

My experience at Central Park Imaging was outstanding. Huge shoutout to Kendyl for making me feel at home as soon as I stepped in the front door. Most medical practices are late and behind schedule, but not here. They are EXTREMELY punctual. All staff members are receptive, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Central Park Imaging.

Really slow service. I took an X-ray here early in the morning and they sent it to hospital almost in 10 hours. I had to wait for TEN HOURS! Staff said they didnt think my case is urgent. How can they say like this? If I was not really urgent, I would not need an X-ray.

I had an excellent experience at Central Park Imaging regarding some cardiology-related ultrasounds yesterday. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the professional who conducted the ultrasounds was pleasant and extremely thorough. Superlative service all the way around. Thank you!

Wow, its not every day I get to share a super positive experience in medicine, but I spoke with this really lovely lady at what Im imagining was a front desk (-laugh-) and even though she didnt identify herself for me to acknowledge as properly as I wish I could here (she was in the middle of something when I called (I only know this because she was trailing off as she picked up), so it seemed like she was multitasking! Im only saying this just in case her mean ol crumugenoy boss (-laughing- Again, Im imagining!) grumps at her for not identifying herself!), she was an absolute delight! I want to say that even not knowing her name, youd be able to identify her! Shes jovial, charming, has a soft hint of an accent, and is probably -- again, only guessing here! -- in her mid to late 40s-50s? May she forgive me if its not true!I called, today, because Im what you might call a seriously nervous MRIr! I had no idea that being mashed into a metal tube scared the crud out of me, until I was inside one, once, and without any consent to either my brain or my body, literally started to freak out! Knowing not only what youre getting in for, but what your options are is kind of vital in that situation! I didnt figure the person answering the phones right off the bat could answer my specific questions, but boy howdy! She was not only sweet, concerned, compassionate, and kind, but she did so with a professional attitude, but also without seeming like, as sometimes people do when theyre being ultra professional, holding me at arms length. People in medicine can sometimes range between totally cold and dispassionate, to like weird and all up in your business. This gal was none of those things and just everything lovely and positive!I am grateful theres not just ADA to rely on. After having a pretty negative experience there, Im really glad I can schedule with someone else who exemplifies all of these awesome qualities. As I was finishing with my questions, she asked me if I knew what they were wanting to MRI (the area of my body) and I explained to her what the orders were. She added, Well thats a 27 minute test. Just so you really know what youre getting in for! =D I mean! She was totally thorough with me! I think if youre like me, looking for a new place to go, this place sure shows itself to be outside the norm! And with representatives like the sweet gal who helped me, it can only shine favorably on the kind of service they really give. Ill update once I know for sure! =))

I don’t think I’ve ever been to an imaging center this amazing. From the scheduling of my appointment with Green Imaging and the lovely front desk lady (Paige) and the tech( Greg). They were all very kind, attentive, they made me feel at easy. My experience has been a 100%, from scheduling and the friendliness on the phone, to easy parking, and super friendly stuff. My appointment was not rushed and my ultrasound was done very thoroughly. If you dont have insurance it is great as well, half the cost at another place. What else can you ask for, perfect all the way around.

I needed a ct scan...insurance co pay would have been 798$ plus they would approve it, thought they new more than my Dr. So i went in search of a cash alternative. I got bids in the thousands from Seaton and ARA. I started researching and found this place All i can say is wow the cash price was less my co pay. The managing partner Kendal was so personable and was easy to work with. GO HERE. Call them if you want great service and feel like family.

This office runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was extremely kind and efficient. Ive unfortunately had multiple MRIs in my life and this was unquestionably the best experience Ive had.

Thank you so very much for offering an affordable option for those without health insurance. I wish I had learned of you MUCH sooner. What I spent on my MRI with w and wo contrast was 1/3 of what I spent on a CT scan with contrast at a local big name radiology association. Although the service was great, I honestly couldnt have cared any less about that. The savings was a blessing to our family.

Needed to find a dependable Radiology facility after a ski accident required an MRI. I had already had six appointments cancelled by a big box organization over a 10 day period and couldnt logically wait any longer to get my shoulder fixed. Calling a number of other facilities, Central Park Imaging was the only business to immediately call me back and aggressively work me into their schedule. Central Parks staff from the CEO, Kendyl Richards, to the technician were superb. Of special note, the Dr. who administered the injection for my MRI, performed exceptionally. The whole experience was painless and a Well above average experience. Central Park Imagining is our families first choice from this day forward.
