First time checking this place out. They were clean, professional and did an amazing job with our massages. We liked them so much, we got memberships. Definitely recommend!

I received my very first massage here and Jon made sure I was comfortable and had a great experience! He was professional, and both he and the receptionist made sure I was informed of the service I was receiving and the different options. I felt comfortable and will definitely go back.

Be careful about signing up for a membership. Each individual location is franchised, so if you signed up, your membership is linked to that location. Ive been a member for 14 years and just learned during a visit that the Georgetown location where I originally signed up is closing today. Both locations have known since August, but no one at this location or Georgetown notified me, just cancelled my account. Any prepaids have been wiped out. This location tried calling Don, but no one has called me back, and if it is their last day, Im not holding my breath.Apparently, individual owners/managers are not afraid to ruin the reputation of the company.

Massage ended in 40 minutes even though the booking was for 60min (despite the fact that I arrived early.) Another issue was that the Masseuse’s mask wasn’t covering her nose. This isn’t her fault (she was a great masseuse and super sweet) but the management should make sure they train their staff about the massage duration and the right way to wear a mask

JR is easily the best ever. He really knows what he’s doing and focuses on what you need. You get more than your money’s worth.Pam is also the sweetest receptionist. So friendly and personable.1000000% recommend this place if you’re trying a new place or you haven’t had a massage before or any reason really.

Relaxing environment, friendly staff, and my massage with Jennifer was AMAZING! So good in fact I went back three days later because of how good it was. She got deep into my muscles where no other massage therapist has before. Oh and if youve never tried the Hot Stones- do yourself a favor and ask for them! Definitely worth the upgrade!

Exceptional massage therapists who are very professional and provide excellent deep tissue massage therapy. The front office is very capable and appointments are handled very effectively.

Patrick gave an amazing deep tissue massage at this location. He really listened to me and focused on the areas that I needed. Also gave some advice afterwards on stretching to help my back. Cant wait to return!

UPDATED: AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW I HEARD BACK THE NEXT DAY FROM MASSAGE HEIGHTS. THEY REFUNDED ME THE SECOND PAYMENT THAT I MADE AND INDICATED THAT 1) THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER ESCALATED THE ISSUE OR THE COPIES OF THE NON-VALID GIFT CARD AND 2) THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A CODING ERROR WITH THE GIFT CARD I HAD PURCHASED. THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS APOLOGETIC AND PROFESSIONAL. SO I HAVE UPDATED TO 3 STARS SINCE WHILE THEY ULTIMATELY REFUNDED THE DOUBLE PAYMENT IT STILL DOES NOT FULLY NEGATE THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE OF THE FAMILY MEMBER NOR MY MULTIPLE TRIPS AND TIME TO GET IT RIGHT.BUYER BEWARE FOR GIFT CARDS!!!! Unfortunately I have to give a poor rating for a massage I gave as a gift to a family member. It only gets one star because the gift recipient did enjoy the massage and the front desk receptionist was pleasant, if ultimately completely unhelpful. More than a year had passed since I gave the gift card, but it CLEARLY SAYS on their provided card holder that the card does not expire. The gift card number was given at the time the reservation was made, before anyone ever arrived on the premises. Nothing was said to the recipient upon check in, but when they came out of the massage, they were told that the gift card wasnt any good and they had to pay! They of course called me. I came in and at first the receptionist told me it was because the card was never activated. When I asked how and when I was supposed to activate it and noted it didnt say anything about activation on the card holder we had, then the story shifted that when she first saw the number on the reservation, she thought it might not work....Then why on earth would you not address this prior to the client receiving services?!?!? My family member was embarrassed as they didnt have the money to pay after the massage....I had to come in and pay a second time since services had been rendered! I was told that a manager would get back with me. I went back on a Friday since no manager had called and I was told that there is no manager except on a weekend, but that I would hear from them on Saturday (this was new news)? So now I have waited two full weekends and no call back. Absolutely terrible way to treat the customer buying the gift card who now has paid a second time as well as ruining a first massage for the recipient. Take your business elsewhere!!

We have had memberships for several years now. I’ve always had good therapists, although when I find one I really like I book with them! Booking is easy, either online or a quick phone call with a lovely person that helps you find something when you already have a difficult schedule. Nice environment, clean and relaxing. I appreciate their service!

Lindsey has been superb helping me back from a back injury. Her professionalism is unmatched.

Wonderful experience

Ive been going to Larry W. on a monthly to bi-weekly basis for over 8 years. He knows exactly the areas of my back and shoulders that need the most work and specializes in foot reflexology. At first I was hesitant about going to a male therapist, but Larry is highly professional and maintains my privacy throughout the sessions so I feel completely comfortable. I moved to central Austin 5 years ago yet still make the drive to see Larry, he is THAT good! The staff are also great and the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Love this place! Hope they reopen soon! I’ll be first in line!!

Amazing therapists here. Various massage styles used from very relaxing to more bodywork if you are in need of that. Prices are reasonable and they offer memberships which saves you money.

I have been to Larry for the last 10 years at the same Massage Heights. He is a great massage therapist and is consistently good. He specializes in reflexology. I always get an hour and half massage from him since an hour is simply too short. I would recommend Larry to anyone!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Although I have had a different therapist at each visit they have all been great. The membership is definitely worthwhile and there are no problems trying to schedule a visit

I have been a member at Massage Heights for about 15 years or so. I have been coming to the Parmer Crossing location since it opened and I have always had a great massage. The personnel are always friendly and the atmosphere there is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this location.

Called in for my first massage the day before Thanksgiving and they booked me that evening. I was very grateful, as I knew I had knots in my shoulders and pain up my neck, too much stress. So Larry was my therapist and we hit it off pretty well. He was very good at pushing into all the spots even though reflexology is his passion. He really listened to me and towards the end, I asked him to really get deep and he pushed into the spot and then I heard and felt it pop and I had instant relief. You can always tell if the massage is good by how dizzy or lightheaded you feel afterwards.The next day I was a bit sore, but it was a good sore. I would have gone back to see him had I not got a different job and dont ever pass by that area anymore (I did consider the membership). I dont know about the other therapists, but Larry is very good at his craft

Larry is amazing and hilarious! I came here just to rave about him. He makes me feel better when I’m in pain and makes me laugh. I hate that I have to move out of town because it will be hard to find another massage therapist like him.

Anytime Im feeling stressed, sore, weak, or just in pain; I pay a visit to the excellent staff at Massage Heights on Parmer. Rather than seeing a chiropractor once every two weeks, I go see them. The results are much better and it is far more enjoyable. I feel re-born after every visit. Dont be in pain, go see them!!!

As a monthly member, I receieve massages semi regularly. Unfortunately, the staff turnover is such that I am not sure if the massuse I had this visit will be there on the next one. Aside from that, the visits are always pleasant. The facility is always clean and welcoming while the staff is friendly.

Ever since I moved to the Cedar Park area, I wanted to have a goto Massage joint!I then stumbled upon Massage Heights!I started going to Massage Heights ever since! I tried various Masseuse and then finally I chose Courtney as my fav Masseuse.If yall want an awesome Massage experience! Ask for Courtney.

I love my massage therapist, he listens to my concerns and addresses my injuries with care. The staff is very professional and prompt at keeping me posted on schedule changes. The membership option is excellent, the best value Ive seen for massage therapy.

Dont buy the contract!!!! I had an excellent massage but the management is awful! The manager was so rude that I told her I wanted to be reimbursed for the remaining time on my contract (approx. $150). She said no so I told her I would go to the owner and she told me to go ahead, they would believe her side anyway (how professional is that?). So I knew a gentleman in Georgetown that knew the owners and he called on my behalf to leave a message for them, but guess what.....they NEVER returned the call. So their claim that if youre unhappy youll get a refund is BULL. If you go with them, proceed w/ caution. Im 65 years old and cant afford to throw away this much money, but I guess that just shows the character of the organization.

Im so disappointed in my massage.I came here because it was close to my work and i have been in so much pain and stress lately, i fogured why not. Ive been finally debating on a membership somewhere because i do struggle with constant stress and pain from how strenuous my job is. And Ive had my good fair share of massages, but this was by far the worst service ive ever had. My therapist didnt listen to a word i said regarding my desired focus areas, and instead worked mainly on the areas i said i Didnt want- not to mention she spent the first 15 minutes grilling me about my intake form, making me feel belittled and felt like she was looking for any and every excuse as to why she shouldnt even do the massage in the first place- and then she spent the least amount of time on the areas i Did want. I was so disappointed after it was over, because i left in the same amount of pain i went in with. So much so, that I cried the whole drive home. Not how a massage should be. I will not be returning.

Staff consistency prevents me from rating as a five. Some turnover occurring regularly.

This review is for a massage about six months ago.I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. My experience here was so bad that I actually stopped the massage about a third of the way through and left. It was as if I was the first massage they had ever given. It was really that bad.

Christines location is wonderful!! My therapist, Jessica, is amazing!!!! I wont go anywhere else!

Google says theyre open until 9pm and so does their sign, but they closed around 8pm. This is very disappointing considering how highly rated they are.
