I had surgery in March and lymphatic massages were recommended to help throughout the healing process. The relief I experienced immediately after my first massage made me a true believer in the benefits.The best decision I made for myself was making the time for these massages each week! I have seen Courtney and Jessica multiple times and can’t say enough good things. Not only do I leave feeling markedly better each time but the improvements hold for longer than I have experienced with any other practitioner. I’d never heard of lymphatic massage until 3 weeks or so after having major surgery which had triggered sporadic, yet incredibly painful nerve pain. Awake in the middle of the night (again) with such pain I was desperate and started googling my way to a solution. My online search led me to lymphatic massage and its myriad benefits to those suffering from my similar problems. I then did a google search for lymphatic massage specialists in ATX, and Austin Lymphatic caught my eye; I wasted no time booking an appointment. To my great fortune, I was paired with Carlin who has taken outstanding care of me since our first session together. (I only wish I hadn’t wasted time in writing this review!). Carlin and Jess (owner) are both amazing, careful, and thorough. I began to feel relief after my visit and have recommended them to several friends in the ATX area. I cant rave about Austin Lymphatic enough! My doctor recommended here for some post-op TLC, so I started visiting Carlin regularly. She was so sweet, honest, and gave me a thorough assessment of what my journey would look like. Every visit was given with so much care and I healed nicely and much quicker than anticipated. They are extremely attentive to my needs and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing they are at scheduling. I love these ladies so much! I had surgery a couple months ago and have been seeing Carlin mostly, but also Annie and Jessica. They’re all wonderful! After educating myself about MLD, I decided to have two sessions prior to my procedure and then have gone bi-weekly or weekly since then. If you’re having any kind of surgery, this is a must! They understand your body’s response to procedures, what’s normal, and how to keep you healing. It’s nice to have a “care team” in addition to your surgeon as well. This is truly a worthy investment!

Courtney is amazing. I have been going for lymphatic massage after a surgery. She has helped immensely with swelling, movement and scar reduction. She explains what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. I have had lymphatic massage before in Austin and this has been a much better experience. I highly recommend Austin Lymphatic.

I honestly say my sessions here are easily the best hour of the week and something I really look forward to. Ive mainly worked with Carlin and she is very caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I always felt like her treatments were tailor made to my needs and she has very calming vibes. Ive healed up very nicely from my treatments and Carlin and Jessica are so great to work with, you always leave feeling better than you did when you walked in.

I am so happy that I found this place. From my first session with Jess I felt heard and cared for. She has such a healing spirit and touch. And the table is oh so comfy. I have returned several times in the last couple of months.I love this place!Jess demonstrates a genuine concern for health and well-being. I can tell that she lives this stuff.Beginning in 2020 I experienced some fairly serious autoimmune issues as a result of a covid infection. Going to Austin Lymphatic was a sort of Hail Mary attempt to address these issues. Fatigue is one of the main symptoms. Its hard to say exactly how much the lymphatic massage has helped. Recovery in this sort of thing is a process. I definitely feel better and more energetic in the 2 months (4 sessions with 2 different therapists) since I started the lymphatic massage.The main thing is that I feel absolutely cared for when I visit. The massage itself is delightful. Each session is tuned exactly to what I need that day. For example, Jess worked on a shoulder issue today in addition to the lymphatic stuff. I feel relief in head pressure after every session.I am so glad that I found this place. Given the results so far, I plan to make this a part of my ongoing health protocol. I highly recommend it. Jess is wonderful. Being in her care has been a blessing. She is a treasure.

Best massage studio in Austin!!! Jessica has given me some of the best massages of my life! I work on my feet so I regularly need work done. She is amazingly talented and has done wonders for my body- they really know what they are doing here. Jessica such a professional, is so sweet, and has such peaceful calming energy. (Ask her for her signature massage w her feet, trust me, its incredible) I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Annie has been a lifesaver after my foot surgery ten weeks ago. After eight weeks of immobilization in a boot my foot and lower leg had completely wasted away and had significant swollen. I started weekly treatments with Annie who addressed my postoperative edema and scar tissue helping reduce the swelling and improve my mobility which has made a great impact on my recovery and the knowledge she has provided has helped me better understand my recovery and set reasonable outcomes. I initially went to Austin Lymphatic’s for lymph node massages after a surgery. Carlin did an amazing job and made a huge difference in my healing process! After she addressed my lymph node issues I continue to see her every other week for a full body massage! She asks lots of good questions and does an incredible massage.

I found Austin Lymphatic after a surgery that I was having a lot of inflammation. I am a member of a different massage spa and they advertised for lymphatic but I was not seeing results. I opted to search for specialists in lymphatic and LOVE the results! Carlin became my go-to and my scar is lighter, my belly inflammation was visibly less immediately after each session! I am currently 12 months post op and still being treated every two- three weeks. I don’t necessarily “need” it for the post op at this point, but it has become a necessary part of my self care routine. Not to mention I’ve gained a new friend from the experience!Highly recommend this place over any spa or massage service in town!

Jessica at Austin Lymphatic has helped me on numerous occasions when my pain levels were at an 8/10 or higher. I usually leave with pain levels around 3/10 or even at times 1/10!They are honest, accommodating and will always work to do whats best for their clients. I had explant surgery a little over a month ago and Carlin has been an absolute god send in my pre and post opp recovery! There are so many things to navigate after breast cancer and a mastectomy - including lymphedema. Annie has helped me so much. Jess has helped me so much. I have lymphedema in my left arm due to removal of my underarm lymph nodes. My arm was swelling up and sometimes in pain. She changed everything. I see her bi-weekly to keep it under control. But also to see her beautiful sweet smiling face. This crew is fun and so personable.

I was suffering from severe lymphedema with lots of fibrosis in my neck after numerous surgeries and radiation for head and neck cancer. It was affecting my enjoyment of life. I got connected with Annie Choi who is certified in oncology rehab & lymphedema and was a God send. After the first session I already noticed improvement. Each session got progressively better. Unfortunately they were not able to take my insurance and my case was going to take years to fix but Annie was able to connect me with a colleague that could take my personal insurance. I can’t recommend Annie highly enough. I’m sure she is certified & licensed in numerous areas but finding a therapist experienced and educated in head and neck is rare so if that’s what you need please schedule time with her ASAP!

Have you ever had a sandwich that looked good but then when you bit into it it was AMAZING? Thats what this massage last night. Jess is knowledgeable in many different massage disciplines which really allowed her to tailor the session to my needs. 100% recommend.

I’ve had such a fantastic experience with austin lymphatic! i’ve seen annie following face and neck procedures for lymphatic drainage massages, and i always leave feeling great! annie has a very gentle touch; however, her technique brings such great relief. she is so knowledgeable about her craft, and has even taught me some techniques to do at home. i will never go anywhere besides austin lymphatic!

After foot surgery, Jessica was so helpful with my recovery. After just one session the swelling was significantly down and she taught me how to work on my own scar. After 2 sessions, she greatly improved my range of motion and comfort level in my foot. I will be returning and give her the highest of recommendations. The build up of lymphatic fluid had gotten bad after I had my Thyroid removed. After just two sessions with Jessica I could tell a noticeable difference! The sessions are soothing and relaxing, as well as being productive. Highly recommend!

My swelling is always lowest it’s been after I go to her for Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I am so thankful for the treatment I received from Courtney Rolnick at Austin Lymphatic. After more than 2 years of pain and many various treatments, I had lost hope that the pain in my right foot would ever go away, but thanks to Courtney, Im able to return to my normal activities and feel myself again. I really appreciate how she carefully studied the mechanics of my gait, explained what was happening, and then prescribed me very specific exercises. Her studied knowledge of the human body, extensive experience, and incredible intuition during body work makes her a unique and talented practitioner. Later on she also helped me with pain I was having in my left shoulder, and thankfully that issue has been resolved with her help, as well. Needless to say, for any issue of pain in my body, Im going to her.

Ive had right arm lymphedema since 1997 and Jessica provides the best treatment I have ever received! She seems to be able to see the lymph and where the constrictions are and how to open those pathways for the proper flow. Its magical!

I underwent a double mastectomy with ten lymph nodes removed from under my right arm in October of 2018. Afterwards, I was incredibly concerned about lymphadema. I decided to be proactive about it, and booked an appointment for lymphatic massage at Austin Lymphatic. Jessica (she is amazing!) and her team have been my dream team ever since! I see them regularly for preventative maintenance and have been free of any swelling the entire time. I play tennis, and they have done everything to get my range of motion back (Courtney is a PhD in physical therapy, as well as lymphatic massage) and make me feel absolutely safe. They truly care about me! If you have any worries about lymphadema or post-surgical swelling (Ive had FOUR surgeries - all without any post surgical swelling since I see them before and after each surgery), dont be concerned because you are in good hands with these ladies.

Jessica is one of the most wonderful people I know! I saw her after serious swelling from surgery. She worked with me, listened to me, and has inspired me ever since! She was able to help with my swelling and was simply amazing! I saw her pre-op before two more surgeries, as well as after each operation. My swelling and healing were much better and I cannot thank her enough!♥️

Jessica is an absolute gem!! Shes so cheerful and lovely to talk to. She (maybe the practice, Ill update if I find out) specializes in post surgery lymphatic massages to help get fluid moving and out, this helps speed up the recovery. I recently went under 10 days ago to have my diastasis recti (separated abs due to oregnancy) repaired and came in for some belly swelling and back swelling. She was so tender, it didnt hurt at all and to be honest I was pretty nervous/scared going in because I am already hunched over and in quite a bit of pain, but there was nothing to fear and she made me feel completely at ease. I have my second appointment booked for next week! Also, she texts which is just so much easier than missed calls and voicemails, huge plus!!

This place is awesome. I went here after having my wisdom teeth removed which was absolutely miserable. I was so swollen, in terrible pain, and I looked like a chipmunk. A friend recommended I go to Austin Lymphatic cause they helped him with swelling after a surgery he had. They were so sweet there and took such good care of me. After my first visit I felt SO much relief. I couldn’t even believe how much the swelling went down and I was so much more comfortable. I wish I hadn’t suffered for so many days before going to see them. Highly recommend this place.

The best lymphatic center in Austin by far!

I had been sick with allergies for weeks when I woke up one morning with my jaw swollen like a chipmunk. My mom sent me to see Jess at Austin Lymph and I got in that afternoon.She got the swelling down immediately and my allergies improved over the next few days.

Jessica is learned and skillful practitioner, but what I experience and appreciate the most is she is a true healer. She is very present, I feel listened to, and the quality of her touch connects and I feel so much better after sessions in comparison to experiences with other practitioners where I have felt somewhat unchanged.

Love this place! Great results and awesome team.
