Lien and Christy-Lyn are exceptional massage therapist. It is not often that I post reviews about services however I cannot say enough wonderful things about Intuitive Hands. The deep tissue massage and Swedish massage relieved muscle aches and tension. There benefits are countless, decreased anxiety, reduced fatigue, greater energy and just leaving feeling GREAT. Spend the time to locate their Studio and indulge yourself with kindness. On Wednesdays, after your massage you can practice Yoga and Meditation with their yogi- extraordinaire Jackie.

Lien is an incredible massage therapist and her business name couldn’t be more perfect. She truly does have intuitive hands! I started seeing Lien for sports massage to help with faster recovery from weight training. Each time I visit, she takes the time to ask what areas I feel need attention and develops a massage plan just for me. She has also provided some at-home stretches to integrate into everyday so I can continue to stay flexible at home. She is passionate and knowledgeable about massage therapy and it shows! Sometimes when I visit Lien, I go for stress relief. Without fail, I leave feeling relaxed and happy. Lien makes scheduling and payment easy and is a joy to talk to. I have been seeing Lien for a couple of years now. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Whenever I come to her with a problem Im having with a specific body part or region, she fixes it. Its amazing. It may take a couple sessions, but oftentimes after just one session the problem is gone. She is also very caring, kind, and just fun to talk to. I am a dancer and shes even come to a few of my shows! She is truly interested in her clients lives. Whenever I describe Liens work to others, I always describe it as corrective. She really knows how to use her own body weight to apply deep-tissue pressure to iron out the kinks and bring balance back to the body. Shes so good at that oftentimes Ill be sore for a couple of days after a massage with her--but in a good way. She is the person Id been looking for my whole life. I found her via my boyfriend, who found her via Camp Gladiator. Lien works on several CG trainers, so if youre an active person or athlete, shes perfect for you!

It is always a pleasure to visit lien and receive her amazing massages! She creates a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I always feel great when I leave her studio. I love that she takes time to get to know her clients, go over any medical issues, and tailor her treatment to your needs. I had a broken rib when I visited her and she was able to work around my injury as well as do some cupping that greatly helped. Cannot say enough good things about Lien! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage!

Lien and Christy each combine their natural ability to heal through massage with their passion for total health and wellness to bring lasting results for their clients. Ive been going to Intuitive Hands off and on for several years, but most recently for help with severe pain in my calves. They were very thorough in getting to the root of the issue, and helped me understand what I can do to continue the healing process at home. After following their advice, and receiving monthly massage sessions, my calves are so much more comfortable again! So, if you want a massage therapist who is thorough and doesnt just treat and release, then Intuitive Hands is it!

I have nothing but great things to say about Christys massage and healing abilities.Shes intuitive about the human body and how everything works together in a way I have yet to see in another therapist.When I was pregnant, she helped me work out my horrible sciatica pain—for which I will forever be grateful!Having seen her recently in the Intuitive Hands office off of Shoal Creek, I can say that I cant imagine going to another massage therapist for as long as shes in practice.The room was calming and I felt like jello when I left—which I think means success!Its easy to tell that she loves what she does and she is someone who is meant to heal. Christy has been my massage therapist for the past 3 years and she has been great. She is very skilled and her expertise has been undeniable. From cupping, to sports massage, deep tissue, to active tissue release she has helped me through multiple aches, pains, and sports injuries. If you want a great focused functional massage therapy session, she should be your massage therapist as well.

I began seeing Bichlien a few months ago because of limited range of motion in my shoulders due to previous surgeries and injuries. It was affecting my ability to workout, do my job, and was causing chronic pain in my shoulders and neck. Due to her expertise and attentiveness to her patients needs, I have regained my range of motion and increased my strength. I have been able to return to working out and my recovery time has decreased. She has also helped other parts of my body I did not know needed therapy. If you are in pain, have chronic muscle soreness, or lower back issues, you owe it to yourself to give Intuitive Hands a try, you will not be disappointed.

When I left Brooklyn for a new start with my wife and two young sons in Central Texas, it was with great excitement and some trepidation. Ive been coming here for years - at least 6 but I think more! With chronic back issues, a desk job, and moments of more extreme activity Im always hurting myself and Bichlien has always been there to save me! Ive had tandem work with Christy (also great), cupping, graston work done. They have been great about selecting the right method for the job. In addition, when I had some particularly troublesome back issues, Bichlien talked with my chiropractor in order to have a unified strategy, which was very appreciated. Cant rate highly enough.

I count down the days until my next session here. Intuitive Hands is a hidden gem in Austin and you should consider yourself lucky to find it.Ask for Lien. I was specifically referred to Lien by my Kung Fu teacher after dealing with a flare up of tendonitis and have never been disappointed. Not only does she know what shes doing, but she is also fun to talk to and practices what she preaches.I feel welcome every time without ever feeling rushed. You can expect a thorough one on one consultation before you begin where she will listen to your concerns, explain what she recommends and why, followed by the best massage you will ever get!

Ive had some lingering pain on my neck and shoulders area that would not go away (I guess you can say thats where I carry my daily stress). Ive tried a chiropractor and have done some stretching exercises. None of that worked. I was referred to Intuitive Hands from a friend. Lien was unavailable but I was able to see her other therapist, Christy. Christy used a Graston Technique, which is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. Needless to say, I can actually move around and turn my neck without pain now!! They are both extremely detailed with their clients. They asked all the right questions to ensure which method would work best on me. Next time, I will have to explore their tandem massage option where both of them would work on me at the same time. I imagine I will feel like jello after that, ha!! Thanks Christy and Lien!!
